Great place for accommodation in pattaya city, not far from Big C and same distance from pattaya beach, this hotel is in center and around 500 meters far from both points. With facility of speedy lift, break fast, rooftop beautiful swimming pool, and wheel chair accessibility every where. A great worthy place for your money, if you are planning to stay in pattaya city, sunshine vista is best place for you.

Big rooms. Great breakfast. Easy to get around by baht bus.

Superior room without breakfast Overnight stay 4020b at 3 nights. Rooms and buildings are not as fresh as HP posted photos. The location is less than 5 minutes on foot to the beach. There is a shopping arcade (Ocean Center) in about 5 minutes in the direction opposite to the beach and it is very convenient. Unfortunately it seems likely that there is no room here, unfortunately the amenities of the room are slippers, towels of handkerchief size, toothbrush, toothbrush, tissue, comb, shave. Seven-Eleven is nearby and there are almost necessary items that are not enough. Restaurants, stalls, and massage shops are eating around the hotel. In the room, TV, hairdryer, body gel, shampoo, coffee cup, glass, security box, 2 mouthwash water with bottle, microwave. There are only two outlets in the power supply outlet in two places, the back of the sink and TV. This hotel so far is och aye just far from the main road going to beach. Cars, motorcycle are a lot to small road which for me is dangerous. At the back is near to a nice mall. Buffet breakfast as you can see is just like that, room for me is so-so not pricey, A/C running good condition, have fridge and water pot. Complimentary include 2 bottles of water, soap, shampoo, tissues etc, ;

I recently stayed at this hotel. The manager was great! Rooms are very nice, with breakfast and gym facilities. I had some friends come and the manager helped with translations and provided a room at the last minute. I recommend highly!

The location is convenient, the staff is very friendly and polite, the breakfast is very rich and the room is very clean, so people will want to live again next time.

Nice, clean place with great staff. Only problem is the Wi-Fi which is a problem all over Thailand.

Rooms are fine and have climate. The shower flows well and you always have hot water. The beds are daily covered. The pool on the roof would be very neglected nice. Chairs and chair refurbishment would be in need of to pads, towel, sun (if there is one) and the ashtray you have to take care of yourself. The employee does not understand English and does not care really about the guests, although he is very friendly and made an effort. The pool bar is sparsely decorated, since he makes it the Best. But you have to be enrolled in school by the guests. The beach is the last, dirty, and soon completely washed away. However, we have seen that a part of the beach was already filled up and enlarged. Then, when the Promenade would be cleaned regularly, the beach would also be ok. With children I would not come here. The Sidewalk is bumpy and stands and poles barricaded. Sometimes you can only go on the road. Crossing the road is dangerous to life. A pedestrian counts for nothing here. But there are also traffic lights. Ha ha, the cars continue driving in the red. I no longer come here, the prices are on the rise but the performance decreases.

Great location and comfortable rooms. Just 100 meters from the beach, 100 from city center and 400 meters from alcazer show. Food is good though buffet variety can be better. Staff is slightly rude. Rooms are large and fully equipped. Pool on the terrace is great.

Location: 3 min. From the beach, 2 min. To the newly opened shopping center.

Gross. The pillows are stained with seaman. The chairs with poop or something that looks like poop. All doors, floors and amenities are filthy. I'd rather sleep on the beach… until I saw the beached jellyfish. Honestly Im not sure what's worse. A lot of whiskey is what will help me sleep tonight. And hopefully I don't wake up with bedbugs, an STD or a working girl next to me. The Trojans they leave on the vanity is one small sign of how classy this place is. Unless You're renting by the hour, please safe your money. Don't let the pics online of the rooms fool you. I'm fairly certain it's another hotel.

I spent one night in the Pattaya Sunshine Hotel and Residence on May 28. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. There was a group of families staying on the same floor as myself. These people kept their doors open and were yelling to each other across the hall. They let their children treat the hallway as if it were a playground. They were running up and down the hall yelling and screaming for hours. I called reception and asked if I could move to another floor. I was told no, that If I wanted to change rooms I would have to wait until the next day. I asked if they could send someone up and ask these people if they could be a little quieter. Nothing was done. This was absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I know other rooms were available because I checked online and there were rooms. It's obvious that they just did not want to bother. They also did not bother to send anyone up to try to get these people to be quiet. The noise was constant. In addition to the horrible customer service, the rooms are small, claustrophobic and dirty. They look nothing like their pictures. The Wi-Fi did not work. The air-conditioner has no settings so you're forced to constantly turn it on and off. If you're reading this review you're probably looking for a hotel room. My strong advice is to keep looking. I found a very nice hotel at the same price only a few blocks away. I would never stay at this hotel again.

3 star hotel at Pattaya Beach Road Soi 3.

Stayed April 2015. Stayed 5 nights. Good service. Happy staff. Some can speak english which is not always the case in Pattaya. Breakfast ok but if your a late sleeper you may miss it. Plenty of restaurants with breakfast available in nearby streets. Great cleaning service and rooms always neat on return. There are bars on this street that play till late so better to have room on rear of hotel. Also rooms on rear are not as hot on balcony. Close to massage, bars and Big C shopping centre.

The first day. The settlement immediately to 9 am. But do not know Russian. Internet first for 60 baht. But then corrected free of charge.
