The room was comfortable and quite cleaned. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of kind of delicious foods. The location is closed to pattaya beach, it takes only 5 min by walk to there. I recommed this hotel and I will choose this hotel again when I visit pattaya again.

Nothing wrong here. A very competent 4-star hotel (service and rooms reflect) but the standout if the kids pool with a fantastic jumping platform and super fast waterslide. Breakfast about par for the price point. Speaking of price probably fully priced at 6000 baht per room per night. Plenty of Chinese but thankfully not low market so no issues.

Clean hotel but service staff falls short of expectations. Kids pool is too small. Had to use 5th floor pool instead as it's not crowded. Breakfast place is too cramped. Everyone is knocking on every one else's chairs when walking to and fro the buffet spread.

The place, service and staff quality were good. I thought the swimming pool with slides and diving swimming pool was quite big, but turns out that it was a lot smaller than we thought compare to thr pictures online. Also the view from the room was not too good because the sea view is blocked by Holiday Inn. If planning to have a sea view room, book Holiday Inn instead of Mercure.

Good hotel, kids like the swimming pool. Do not buy day tour in the hotel lounge. Sales are nice, but experience is very bad. They mix different tour package on one boat. We didn't buy sky fly, but have to waste hours waiting others finish. The guide was rude, said no refund, you wanna go on or go back? It was on a platform in middle of ocean. We have no optioning. They're killing tourism industry.

Very good facilities especially pool & small water park area for kids. Hotel not situated on the beach but just 3 mins walk to Pattaya public beach. Good breakfast and food.

Conveniently located between Beach Road and 2nd Road a very good family hotel. We go here for the pool as it has some water slides and is great for children. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very good facilities, friendly staff, delectable and elegant Thai cuisine, lovely swimming pool and they have environment-friendly sustainable practices. Food is really great whether breakfast or lunch. Thumbs up!

The rooms are v nice with fresh clean sheets, friendly sockets for charging. Their infinity pool has clean waters, not warm nor cold. I am happy there is no trace of chlorine that can hurt the skin or nose or eyes. The buffet has quality Thai dishes. Additional amenities like game rooms or spa can enhance the services.

Very nice hotel with two cool swimming pools with one for the kids. However my child hurt herself even when the life guard was there. Also the restaurant took 40 min to serve a normal Thai dish. With the price the food should come asp! Sorry.

Nice and clean hotel, within walking distance to the Beach. Free parking and breakfast included in most rates. An excellent place to bring kids as they are well catered to with play areas and a large water park on the premises.

Nothing for those seeking peace and quiet. One side construction sites other side Aircondition from the neighboring house and what is really noisy and without a break. Good starting point to visit restaurants and shops. Breakfast very Asian (but we are in Asia) but there are fresh omelets, what more could you want.

Good budget hotel, cheap and cheerful. There is a good pool for kids, with a life guard on duty sometimes. The staff are friendly and helpful, the pool side bar and restaurant is relaxing with a short menu. The breakfast was a little chaotic with not enough staff at 8am, this needs addressing. The room was good, well worth a visit.

Very good place to enjoy holidays. Hotel is very near to beach and ambiance is too good for spending holidays. All amenities are nearby like money exchanger, pharmacy, hotels, super market… even the hotel provides good entertainment activities for childrens. Pool is too good to use. Breakfast is cool and its free too…

We arrived on Monday and checked out on wed. Even though it was middle of the week, but I find lot of families and the hotel was almost full. Checkin experience could have been better, welcome drink and a cold towel for the people travelling from far will really make a difference. Rooms were small, but enough for the small family. Staff were very responsive and cooperative.

I was extremely pleased with the service and the front desk staff. I had a letter from the manager with my name in the room specifying what I got offered additionally and which was quite good to see, I got a complimentary upgrade which was fantastic and overall the staff and front desk was very accommodating to requests and very polite. Hotel location is great, near to the beach and near to the city marina centre. Front desk / reception was excellent.

Your establishment is great. Also, great location and service, from the concierge desk to the doormen, all were excellent on providing service. Your breakfast an all meals at the hotel was also very good. WE enjoyed staying at the hotel and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

We chose to stay in this hotel because we think that the swimming pool facilities are great and indeed they brought so much fun for my kid but the water is a bit cold even the temperature during our stay was around 28-32, so we couldn't enjoy the pool all the time as kid may easily get a cold if swim in the morning or even noon without sunshine, a bit of wasting the exciting facilities! Suggest to add heated system to the pool. The food in the cafe was great too, the breakfast buffet included a large variety of food and all of them tasted yummy. The hotel location is very convienient too.

Fantastic hotel — close to beach road. Great value for money. This was only my second time in a Mercure hotel (only other is the one in Schiphol) but was pleasantly surprised. Room very nicely decorated (appreciated free upgrade) w great amenities, service tops. I ll definitely return here on my next visit.

Room is nice and clean. Front desk also nice but still room to improve. Staffs at restaurant were friendly and helpful, nothing to complain. Menu is quite limit, better has some special menu from time to time or it will be boring.

This hotel has good pool for kids.

It is over price! Rooms and facilities are just standard. No seaview despite pre booked.
And no breakfast included.
Must carry over own luggage up the room with 2 small children.
And lastly, my 4 yr old and 7 year old is not allowed to have a small sandwich that I buoght from nearby convenient store. They said no food ad drink from outside allow?!? Only a small miserable sandwich?!?! They want us to order from pool bar.
Its stupid, we paid about 5500 Bhts for a small room.

Hotel was ok all round, with good views and service was ok but nothing special. My principal criticism is that our bathroom had no separate ventilation and most of the time the room smelt like the bathroom, which was not great. Suspect most rooms are the same.

Great hotel. The staff does not speak Russian, but will always help. The new hotel. Good gym, normal pools. Great location.

Hotel is new, clear! But not close to shopping mall and walking sheet! Swimming pool very good for child but not for adult.

Suit for Family with young children.

Recomnend Deluxe ocean view room which has a stunning sea view but barcony is too small. We love coffee machine and free mini bar in room. Swimming pool water is extremely cool! It was my first time to experience such a cold swimming pool in Thailand. It'd be much better to have heating system in pool. We didn't enjoy much time at the pool and water park. However, staffs are very nice and fast to service.
