Very good, clean rooms and lovely staff. Reasonable price.

Very nice but sadly staff not speak any English room had cockroaches and not child friendly swimming pool to much colrine.

Previously were pleased with the hotel and service, but this time put in an old room, the furniture is scratched, the air con is not adjustable, the walls are dirty. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast was very good too.

I rented a two room suite, the room was comfortable but getting a little dated. The good news is that it has two restrooms so no waiting. Good location and a very good massage shop on the outside. The restaurant and bar was so so. Alot of choices in that area especially across the street. The price was about right for rooms of that caliber upper $20's to $30"s in American dollars.

Great place and really competitive pricing — it's tucked away from Beach road which makes it nice and quiet — powerful air conditioning and really good internet — the staff is really friendly and helpful — the cafe downstairs serves good food and beers till late — tuk tuks are just a 2 min walk away that will get you to most of the touristy places.

Room in hotel and service was very high standard. I cannot recommend the restaurant and bar exept if you vere sitting around the bar, outside the bar and restaurant, service was non existent. Choose another establishment if you are hungry.

Must be the customer of a site at the side of the hotel and the noise of the workers Ezt insupportable. Especially for a long time part that the view is on the jobsite is the worker looks in the room.

Basic hotel comfortable and clean 2 mins from beach and in shopping area bar and restaurant on ground floor offers room service swimming pool on roof.

Rooms are spacious. Aircon is weak. Swimming pool is a bit small. Keys are bulky. Location is nice. Massage service is not 24hrs. Receptionist are friendly. Only one elevator for eight floors. Wi-Fi speed is so so. TV has a good amount of watchable channels.

Good and central location but not so much else.

Have stayed there a few times but I'm bored of this hotel. Not so good value for money. No wiew unless you are on the top floor.

Nice hotel, clean, cool, balconies, bar, swimming pool. Center.

Nice location on Soi 13 in between soi 2 and beach road. Paid $50 a night on agoda. Clean rooms, Wi-Fi, good service. The sportsman pub next door is a great bar. Highly recommend.
