It's the only place where I would stay in pattaya. Staff great and Always Remember you when you return. The manageress is a lovely woman who has great staff.

What a perfect located area this hotel is in, on Soi Buakhoa, 1 minutes walk to all night life, cafes and bars. This hotel employs the friendliest staff ever.

The service provided was really good. Food was really good. Although only having hallway Wi-Fi might have been a let down but the overall ambiance was really great.

Air con not good, always trying to get some money from guest. No free water anymore. Dirty towels : this is for delux room.

It's a hotel with managers and staff who are so unfriendly, broken air conditioners and facilities, and environments that don't care about customers. The shower was broken and the pillow was covered with stains. And take out the broken bed and leave it in the customer's pathway. Very uncomfortable.

This place was really worst of all i've ever been to. First of all staff were like illiterate, they don't know how to treat their customer, prior to my arrival to hotel we sent messages to them on expedia which they never saw this shows how serious they are in business. They charged 1500THB from us when our key was stolen from our room. 1500THB is way too much for a 1 star hotel key. They are all fraud, I wouldn't recommend anyone booking in this hotel. Book at your own risk. Staff was worst of all worst people. Street was full of cheap hookers, avoid it.

Good place. Near to the beach, easy on budget. In proper location.

Room clean and good air con, fresh clean bedding and towels and very helpful staff, budget hotel right in the middle of the fun, I'd stay again.

It would have been 5 stars if a lazy girl and maludecata didn't work in their Mini Mart. Asking for directions on a product, listlessly pointing from afar, to my insistence cries me that there is not. Who does not want to work must stay at home.

For the price what okay what okay 1 2 nights you can spend there.

Big Room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Air conditioner quite noisy.

Great place to stay in Pattaya. Budget friendly hotel. Walking distance from Pattaya beach front. Cool swimming pool to chill. Russians will mostly find it great to be at the poolside. Good people around.

We got an top floor room on the Conner with balcony toward outside not inside building. It was nice and not noisy. Room was large and clean swimming pool is big enough, price was good, staff were nice (in Patthaya level). No annoying rude customers! (a lot in Pattaya…). Overall it was nice for us!

Cheap Hotel in the center. Everything was arranged.

Very good for budget choice in excellent location, deluxe room is spaceios, refrigerator, good bathroom, pool view, my choice in next visit.

The hotel is terrible, the rooms are old (although I had a deluxe room), the Russian channel is not working, the sea is dirty. Not recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay at Eastiny. I was there for 5 nights from 22nd to 27th Dec'17. The rooms are quite spacious and cleanliness is well maintained daily. 1) Amenities: They have provided electric kettle, hair dryer, mini fridge, television, AC, table with drawer and table lamb in the room. The toilet has nice bath tub and hot water access. Fresh towels are provided each day. 2) View : Also my room has a nice balcony with view of swimming pool from it. The balcony has 1 table and 2 chairs where we can sit and chill out. Also it has facility where we can soak wet clothes. 3) Free safe deposit facility : The hotel provides a free safe deposit facility where we can deposit our cash and valuables free of cost. This is available between 8 am — 9 pm. 4) Hotel location : Also the location of the hotel was great with just few steps from the beach road in Street no. 8 (Soi 8). So, you can easily get to beach road and chill out over there. There are lots of pubs, bars and massage shops nearby. 7 Eleven shop is also nearby for pantry shopping. The hotel has also got a parking space. 5) Staff behaviour: The room service staffs as well as the reception staffs are quite courteous and helpful. They are able to understand English which is such a relief 5) Overall feedback: All in all it was a great experience and next time I go to Pattaya, it shall always be my top priority.

Location is somewhat convenient, walking distance to th beach and also to the central festival mall, however the hotel is located in one of the many alleyways and can be difficult to find. The breakfast is decent enough with good fresh fruits. The room is spacious and the bathrooms are clean, the room also has a balcony with faces the opposite block of the hotel.

Ideally located, it would need a little maintenance both in the rooms and in the other environments not to mention the pool accessories that are fruit…
I still gave 4 stars for location, cost and staff, the thing that I did not like is the discontinuity of the Wi-Fi network in the room.
I do not exclude to go back for the next holiday, of course I will assess other neighboring solutions.

Room is very dated. The bathroom sink leaks, my balcony looks out onto next doors hotel wall. No LCD TV as described. The aircon is good but look elsewhere.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Avoid this place at all costs. Dated, dumpy rooms. Room we stayed in stunk like ash tray Ugh. Upon checkout we were charged 50bath because we used their "free" water. We paid breakfast and had a problem getting into cafeteria, nobody bothered giving us breakfast ticket when we were checking in. Next day in the morning we were not on the list of guests with breakfast so we had to wait 15m untill they figured it out. We got to the cafeteria at 10:15 to be informed that "no more breakfast" breakfast is from 7 till 11 f**k their customer service. There are much nicer places in Pattaya than this dumphole.

Rooms are decent with good room service. Swimming pool is well maintained. The street is very live in the night.

Nice budgeted hotel in pattaya near to jaumetein beach.

Cleaning service check out all my stuff and steal 500 baht out of my suitcase. Never will I go back to this forsaken place.

Ok if you want to be close to centre but rooms are dated, and superior rooms are definitely not superior old T. V. Dirty stained sheets noisy air con. One great thing the staff are fantastic.

Our room fit 3 adults comfortably. Parking available (difficult to get into and out). Old tube TV. Pool available. Free internet, decently fast enough to watch some YouTube on 480p without lag.

Great aircondition. Nice people working there. Room had fridge where they filled wather every day. Nice pool. Bathroom is only that puts down a little. Fantastic location. Very quiet. I would for sure go back there. Very happy with everything. For the price it is amazing. It was like 20£ a day but it was in mai. Low season. I have no idea for other months.
