Review of Casa del nardie 2*

Great place supercheap payed 11.50€ a nite stayn 8 nights. Girl gave me 10% off right at the start without me even having asked for it. Fridge with beer and softs in the room. Supercheap too. Tv with lots of int. Channels incl. Sports thrasher got lids so no smell. Place is located right in the heart of all the action. Only downer if even are the electr. Sockets. Plugs will hardly stay in place but hey who cares seeing all the rest. Place is 100% clean. No pest control needed. They come every day to take care of the room. Towels are changed every second day. Owner is a dutch guy said to be very good heartet. Staff is perfectly polite and very attentive. Room got ac so no sweating. It has a little safe there too it s not fixed to the wall or locker though. Reception and front door closes at 01.00 am but no worries you get a key for the backdoor so you can actually show up any time during night time. Due to the fact you are in the heart of the red light district some areas appear creepy but it s still absolutely safe around here. No pickpocking or gbh or assaults. Very different from south america. Place got no pool but if you go right next door to the soy palace you can use the pool for 100 baht. There s a 7/11 right across the street and ATM too. U can buy food on the street right outside too for just 20 baht you get a meat or chicken satee. Rice is another 20 baht. You must not smoke inside the room but you got your own little balkony table 2 chairs where you can enjoy a smoke watching the action down in the street. I d rather stay here as in the Hilton any time. Gets my full recommendation. The quality to cost ratio is unbeatable. I will be back here next year. Walking street is like 5 min walk but actually the neighbourhood here is much better as its not that overcrowded cheaper and just a step from the door and more than enough bars n restaurants to discover.
