Wifi is great! Great for video conference and meeting needs. Rooms are very small.

That sucks. I have to wait for check-in, long.

Not highly recommended anyone to stay in the room, a superstar, a waste of money as such, but the state room is small and doesn't look good that small shower room enough to turn around and toilet door facing the bed, bath time, water splashes out if the shower, ignoring doesn't know is that waterlogging outside the room, pillows and linen, flaky skin on your shirt stick head, calling to tell me about it, then go down and tell the staff it was then, 2 rounds until the back almost hit 1 pillows is the original state do not change it difficult? just change the pillowcase contemporaries feel bad dust, it's a lot, why not check out before put a pillowcase like this to customers. At check out told again that yesterday find anything for the matter to it for it-so no words, sorry, from the mouth of the just pay homage to the subject. Is Chonburi. What seemed to be a very nice cruise liner themed hotel, turned out to be a nightmare when I got into the room. Imagine my shock when I saw not one, not two but THREE COCKROACHES in the bathroom of a supposedly four star hotel! I asked to speak to the manager on duty, and the lady was completely unapologetic about the incident. Even when I threatened to post the incident on Tripadvisor. What she basically said was — we do our cleaning but these things happen, if you want we'll shift you to another room. Can't figure out what was worse — the attitude or the lack of proper pest control. I'm from India, and I have travelled extensively in my country, but not even in 2star and 3 star hotels here have I seen such pests INSIDE the rooms. Points to a serious lack of maintainence. (On that note, what is supposed to be the new wing is in worse state than the 'old' wing) I didn't dare to eat in their restaurant, because imagine if there are cockroaches where there's no food, the restaurant kitchen would… :-O.

Hotel is very good near beach, swimming pool is adjacent to beach which makes fun double, rooms were clean, the snacks served in mornings are not to great as compared to Singapore hotels, they need to work a lot on Indian food, lot of oil was there in om lette and sunny side up.

Hotel location in the lively area, walking distance to the shopping place.
The rooms are furnished in a navy style, with a large balcony in each room, which offers smoking guests to indulge. Self-service bar breakfast dishes should be noted, live three days almost all the same, there are divided Western and Chinese, service attitude is very good, but vegetarian selectivity only bread and salad, eat not used people pay attention.

Good hotel to stay in pattaya. Right on the beach.

The hotel facilities and toilets beds are very comfortable, suitable for home travel accommodation.

Not enough European cuisine. The breakfast menu was not changed for 10 days.

A very good four. The room was clean and comfortable. Come back and not once!

Nice friendly stuff across from the beach. We left our luggage free of charge at the hotel while we traveled to elsewhere.

Near pattaya beach best option, grate experience…

The hotel is located in a very convenient location for outdoor enthusiasts. Step out of the hotel you get to the Beach Road is one of the most active streets of Pattaya. In the daytime, it is filled with lovers of beach relaxation, and in the evening by amateurs available women.

Had a bad experiance the hotel staff dint listen anything n take out the things from the room while you were not there plz be carefull with this hotel staff…

An amazing hotel by the beach located at the heart of Pattaya. Walkable distance from the Central Centre Pattaya Mall and many other food joints. In short, best place to be in when you're in Pattaya.

The hotel has great potential with good management, great location nice well designed rooms and a nice pool. However, sheets were dirty, AC wasn't working, had to wait 10 mins for hot water in the shower every time. Pool is open only until 5pm (both pools) and they will kick you out. You can't go anywhere far with the pool towels, not even to your room,, meaning you have to walk wet and cold through the lobby to your room from the AC and no one to complain to we tried. I would try Amary Gardens if you are looking for a friendly hotel nearby that would cost about the same.

Location to the beach, shops, cafes. In the hotel itself and the room and breakfast. There is this fuss from our ljuda, against both the Ambassadore.
