Nice modern boutique hotel along the Homtien Beach. Excellent service and good price quality.

Whole place smells of raw sewage. Sheets are stained, water doesnt get hot. The free breakfast costs money and the menus are in English but the staff speak almost no English. Menus have no prices so the prices likely change depending on your skin color. Cant buy a glass of wine only sold by the bottle. A terrible experience so far, staff has been cold and brainless. At least the Wi-Fi is fast…

Very convenient and comfortable place. 7-Eleven, atm machine, taxi motos… everything is just beside. Laundry is extremely fast and rooms are just perfect. My favorite place to work and also enjoy the location.

Good roms bit å bit expensive because we dident book om internet … But great breakfest and service.

Don't know the hotel as such, but they have great coffee and pastries in the lobby bar.

I am in love with the now hotel. Services are excellent and the room is so WOW and clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Hotel got Beachfront view is perfect place.

Love this place, chic and romanic rooms, fantastic services, food is great with reasonable prices. Good for couples and family. A must to come here.

The decor was in black and grey which was not appealing. Rooms were nice and basic. Breakfast was good if you are a non vegetarian — not good for others. Foot massage is good and value for money.

Love it but sewer runs right out front… not a pleasant arome… better to stay inside.

Clean modern hotel on a quite street,, half way between Pattaya and Jomtien beach.

Beautiful room but that's all the good thing. The hotel have only 1 small elevator. So, you have to wait for a long time if you don't want to walk.
The breakfast not variety and not worth for the money. There are only one staff in the breakfast room and table not enought. When I arrived all table are full and staff do nothing when I inform them. I've to walked around the room to find the table and need to request staff to clean the table. The staff only removed the used dishes, no mats changing, no remove unused forks or knifes, no table cleaning. When I ask for fork and knife, staff tell me to pick it myself but it depleted. The dish and glass also depleted.
When I checked out, the queue so long and staff work slowly. The hotel know the amount of guest that booked the room from website and this is long weekend that they can predict. So, they should have better preparation.

The staff and reception are very polite. The interior and lighting is perfect and romantic. Very peaceful.

They advertised that they do have a free Wi-Fi… it doesn't work… as I was consuming there I did asked for other Wi-Fi of the place with a password… got as a reply a kind of stupid smile and never the requested one.
Asked for a Chang light at their bar facing the sea, waiter said yes then bring me a normal Chang, when I told him it is not what I did ordered, one more stupid smile…
Forget the place…
No one also when I wanted to pay for the beer… no one there, have to ask and to wait.

Good price and service no swimming pool.

Rude unhelpful staff, room smells like urine and the room wasnt ready when we arrived on time. Avoid!

Numbers are not prisbosoblenny for persons with disabilities. High price.

Horrible hotel ever! I used agoda to book this hotel. The picture and real place are totally different. Also, this hotel try to trick you to charge extra more and more from your original booking.

The rooms are not nice, it's far too expensive for what you get. There's not even a free toothbrush. There is a nice view but not nice enough to charge what they're charging. I would stay somewhere cheaper with the same quality. Dont be fooled by the great photos on the website.

I think it is one of the coolest contemporary hotels in Jomtien. And it is direct on Jomtien Beach rd.

When I hear someone talk pattaya was beach and city now I seem so interest the busines and all hotel, guest house is hight price.

I'm sorry but the industrial look concrete is taken to far I have a disability and some carpet would have made it less dangeres for me very slippery floor the food was OK at best.

Excellent hotel for single male travellers. Not a family hotel. American owner who has a wealth of knowlege about whats happening. Good size rooms that are kept spotless. Also has penthouse rooms that are amazing. Close to all amenities and nightlife.
