Beautiful beach with clean water. Quieter than Pattaya and only a 20 Baht Bus trip to get there.

FOOD POISONING! 1 man died after a WHOLE group got food poisoning at the hotel. Others were lucky enough and not died, but one man did! Worst of the worst is that they are trying to hide this fact, is unethical. In stead of storing fish well and buying fish from a good course. Of course they think no problem. Let people die and just keep quiet. It cannot be allergy since a whole group got sick : ( Immediate medical attention needed but somehow ambulance only arrived 40 minutes later. Bangkok hospital is just around the corner 5-10 minutes drive away.

Very nice hotel. Clean, polite and very convenient location of the hotel. Large swimming pool with hydromassage. Good breakfast. The sea is across the road and quite clean compared to other areas.

Very good location, close to all shops needed, very close to the beach which is very busy. Have 2 big swimming pools, very good restaurant. Have two buildings; old which is closer to the beach but less rooms facing the sea, the new building have many rooms with sea view but little further. I got a room in the new section but seem that this building always booked for big groups which was very annoying in the lift and noises. The room was clean and spacious. Little bit noisy A/C but it covers other noises caused by those groups. Toilet with bath tub but the shower was not good. Staff are kind but need courses in other languages like English. Breakfast was limited for us but seem very good for the Chinese.

The hotel is just wonderful. I was afraid there would be food problems. Warned you to say ' no spices '. In the dining room about 15 hot dishes, spices stand nearby. There is food for every taste. Even salads are simply cut, and the dressing to them stands separately nearby. Very nice pool with clean water. A towel is given next to the pool. The beds and towels in the rooms are changed every day. There are air conditioners. The room has a remote control for electricity and air conditioning. Internet access is available throughout the hotel. To the sea 15 meters. There was a slight problem with the iron. To stroke things they need to bring only at a certain time, and you can be at this time on the excursion. You won't get the iron. It is good that there are a lot of laundries near the hotel. They stoke one thing for 10 baht. But things also give away not immediately, and assign time.

It is a joy to be able to be in this comfortable and very clean hotel not far from the beach and from the nightlife.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The beach is very close. The hotel is located in a convenient location: transport, cafes, restaurants, shops, markets.

Jomtien Palm Beach is a beautiful place to be. The water there can be a little chilly but I would say that it's not much more colder than your typical swimming pool. The beach is pretty expansive and always crowded so I suggest coming on a weekday. You can rent a chair for 40 baht per person per day which I actually recommend, it will make your experience more comfortable. There are plenty of places to eat some good food and there are always vendors selling food for you to have right on the beach itself. Plus there is a night market that opens after 5 o'clock which is great if you want to watch the sunset and have a refreshing drink or get a delicious meal.

Wonderful hotel was there in August 2017 all enjoyed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean. The food is varied. There was no conflict. The beach is close by. Near the night market.

Wonderful hotel on the first line, spacious and clean rooms, its own pool. Breakfast is worth a special attention-buffet, a huge variety of dishes. Location We will definitely come back here!

One of my memory had the present of the Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel, which in my opinion, is one of the most beautiful Hotel in the Asian area. My first impression with this direction is the beautiful and unique design, with the principle of beautify the appearance of the building without the balcony, which is not a common things in Vietnam Hotel and building with lots of balcony area. Another design feature of the hotel is the eye catching swimming pool. The hotel has 3 swimming pool with the designs featured the balance between nature and artificial decorations that makes you want to swim and dim yourself right into it. About the food there, as I must say, is one of the most finest meals that I had during the trip. Even though it is not so "Thai" food, it is still earn my support as the way it is cooked and displayed. The hotel is filled with peaceful scenery since it stay in the beach area and far from the center of Pattaya city. If you are a person of EDM music, stay-up late bars, street foods and trippers, you should find your place near the Pattaya Walking Street. Asking about the attitudes of the staff? I have nothing to say with their hospitality and friendliness. However, there was one guy at the information desk that pointing to the Wi-Fi password panel instead of telling me what is it or where can I find it.

A neat and clean beach with clear water and adventure sports going on. You can get a bench for 40 bucks and drinks and food served right to your bench. Foot massages and other stuff is also available to buy. The night market is nearby which has a good collection of stuff at cheap rates.

One of the best beach front hotel in the heart of Jomtien beach. The service quality is stupendous. Nice staffs and food is awesome. The view from the rooms are really wonderful. Several authentic Thai dishes on the menu. Nice rooms with immense amenities. The quality and standards they keep up with are remarkable. Definite visit place at Jomtien beach.

I have been staying in many hotels in Bangkok through the years for either business or leisure trips, but this is my first time been to this hotel and I will say it is the worst hotel I had ever stayed. Front desk staff are extremely rude, bad command in English and zero customer service. This is definitely not the friendly and welcoming culture which you will get everywhere in Thailand!

Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. On site bowling alleys, shops, food. Across from Jontium beaches. Parking garage. Access from Beach or Second roads.

Room is nice, breakfast is good, hotel has 2 pools, we swam at ground floor big pool, pool looks nice, but some fragipani leafs fall in the pool and no body clean. Hotel located just opposite side of Jomtien Beach, but this beach is not really nice, full of shell, not good for swimming here.

Best seafood buffet in Jomtien. The best hotel to stay in Jomtien. Hotel is a little old but the staffs are attentive. Breakfast buffet is always fresh and large selections.

This hotel are in the beginning of Jomtien Beachroad and near to various of restaurant and bars. Just 15-20 minutes with baht taxi outside. The room is nice and service is ok. The maids are very kind and clean the room whenever you wish to. The pool area is nice and build with cool exteriors that make it looks like a lagoon. You can find second pool in another part of the hotel on 3rd floor. On that same floor you also have a little gym and spa services. They also have bowling area and pooltable room. In total for the price for a room per night it's ok.

Staffs are very pleasant! We stayed in Mini suite room, was nice, convenient, has everything you need at hotel. This hotel has a potential to be a 5 stars hotel if house keeping does a better job at paying more attention to details. The restaurants and room service are my favorite part of the hotels.

Had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. Hotel and grounds are clean and staff are helpful and friendly. It overlooks the beach and has loads of great bars and restaurants just a short walk away.

Pool area is nice but not enough sunbeds, hotel is ready for renovation. Breakfast is so so. Interior is worn dowm. Deluxe room on the main wing is OK if you get a high discount.

Cons: Front desk staff need training to improve their behaviour. Work maintenance needs to be better planned around guests Hotel restaurant needs improving. Location: excellent location and good position. Stayed there for 10 nights… Hotel front desk staff were very rude and insulting. Had to ask the manager to have two of them apologise for insulting us in Thai. (they did not know my older son who has been living in Thailand for more than 12 months understood what they were saying) Room bar fridge door was broken, drinks would fall on the floor when the door was opened (one beer bottle smashed) Ceiling in room near air-conditioning vent sprang a leak and water was pouring down the wall and ceiling. Was stuck in the room as workman had ladder blocking doorway while they emptied 3 buckets of water from the roof space. Very inconvenient as we were trying to get ready to checkout before 12 noon. Ceiling in outer hallways had water damage everywhere and workman work were cutting large rectangular holes in it. Rooms above ours were being renovated. Noisy grinders and banging started from 7:30am till late every day. Housekeeping phones in hallways would ring frequently from 6:50am onwards every day. Impossible to sleep in with them continually ringing. Downstairs hotel Chinese restaurant did not have a English menu and did not speak English.
