Good view from the window! There are no hats! Big fridge! Wi fi disappears from the way, streaming video does not watch! Overall pleased!

Nice hotel, booked on Executive Club, view is superb. Service is good. Furniture is a bit worn out, but doesn't really matter. Will come again in December, see you soon.

I saw awesome pics on the website but the actual room which was allocated to me during booking is very old. The water tub is broken. I demanded for room exchange for which they told the hotel is full. make sure you check the rooms before you book.

Just returned last night from DVAREE! The hotel is tired, it's time to upgrade, the view from the room is really stunning! Breakfast is good, a lot of things, but more focused on Chinese, the staff are friendly, smiling and friendly, room cleaning every day, Wi-Fi is everywhere, two pools on the ground floor and on the fifth, on the ground paddling pool with small Jacuzzi on the fifth deep. Three more years ago, I'd put five. It's different this time. First disappointing cocktails. A dry martini is a banal martini with water against 1 to 3 at a price of 250 baht. Very beautiful hotel in Jomtien. Was here on a visit. Pleasant atmosphere and helpful, attentive staff. Especially liked the time spent at the rooftop bar! Stunning views of Jomtien night, the sea and the city! The staff is attentive, the cocktails tasty, prices are acceptable! If to prepare in advance — you can make great shots! Will be back for sure!

One of the best semi-budget stay places right on jomtien beach. Multi storied star hotel. Food is Good! Rooms are very clean. But balcony was a bit dirty.! Overall up to the mark.

I loved my stay at this hotel. I only spent on night there and it was perfect. The welcoming drink was on the 38 th floor. The panoramic view of the city and the beach was incredible. The room was neat and clean but furniture a tad old. I didn't mind it though.

Hotel good location quiet far from the seen.

The hotel is big enough, the whole is very good, the nearby place is more quiet, suitable for the person who can stay for more time, have a leisure vacation.

Great hotel with many extra's, roof top bar really amazing there and such nice views ever sea and to bangsaray and Pattaya city. Also the coffee bars with excellent quality cakes, little expensive. And maybe little out dated rooms but still good choice to stay. If you take extra with your room, like VIP, you can enjoy your breakfast on the rooftop.

Location is great. Right in front of the beach. Great lobby. Restaurant is good. Rooms have nice ocean view. Rooms have electric kettle, a fridge, and a hair dryer. Little disappointed with the room decor because it doesn't do justice with the superb lobby that this hotel has.

Great public rooftop bar. Beverage prices increased slightly. Nice view.

Hotel quite ok. Only the bathroom needs to be refurbished as still provided with tub. 2 pools and breakfast also fits.

For smokers, sea or superior sea view rooms are more suitable, because there is a terrace to smoke and see the sea view, cool! Room is not too old, bed is good sleep, bathroom not small general bar.
And the pool has two, a larger in the G-layer (next to gym room), and make a small pool (in fact, not small, compared to some hotels larger) in 5/f, and the hotel staff are very friendly. Choose this hotel to consider clearly, because you like to play friends in the pedestrian street and Central District every day/night, take a two-row car to a lively location for 30-45 minutes. If you do not like the lively and want to calm, this hotel is also good, near convenience stores, restaurants, night markets are also available, so this hotel CP value is not bad.

A great hotel with all the facilities you might need in a Pattaya area a little more relaxed than the busy beach Pattaya but very close to the fuss in case you want to spend a night party on Tuesdays, the terrace on the 38 floor is a disco full of people and music Disco the rest of the days, the terrace is a paradise to see until the island of Ko Lhan at dusk.

Great place. Loved the room. Such a great place for lovers. Ocean and pool view. Breakfast didn’t disappoint me at all, great food and choices. Will definitely come back. Nice view at the rooftop bar too. The only thing that disappoint me was the spa and the masseuse. I wanted a whole body massage but she wanted to massage me with my clothes on I was like “ what the” she told me I should choose an oil massage so To make it short I agreed for additional 100 baht total 600 baht which is so expensive compared to others but its ok since I’m not in the mood to go out, then after I gave 1000 baht and was planning to give a dollar tip US dollar so I can keep their currency, she gave me only 300 baht saying thats the only change she has. The massage, the service and masseuse I’m so sad I had that experience. So to those who are planning to have their massage at their spa its a no no. Better wander around Pattaya and choose which spa to go cause there’s a lot.

The sea view of the upper floors is spectacular and the rooms are OK. Delicious refreshments in the coffee seat on the 1 floor lobby are available at half price after nine o'clock in the evening, and the hotel is not recommended for consumption by roadside Japanese restaurants.

This is a great hotel, we was there only 2 nights. But ours experience is, this is one of the best hotel we tried in Pattaya. First the view, is scenery, rooms great, with all you're ever need, bathroom with bathtub. Swimming pools great again, Restaurants at hotel also great. Very near beaches This fitting families or single.

Most valuable hotel in Pattaya with stunning seaview from the room! Highly recommend for who looking for a pretty peaceful place, away from the crowded tourist spot. This hotel located in Jomtien Beach (approx. 15 mins from Pattaya) giving you a different atmosphere but still convenient if you want to go in town. There's also 7/11 next to the hotel.

Beautiful and a great view.

The hotel location is perfect for sea beach lovers. All rooms are sea facing and having two big swimming pool and three restraunants including one roof top bar. It's located in south Pattaya which is quite peaceful and family oriented place than North Pattaya. Been there with my family (two young kids) and they enjoyed this place a lot. Everything was just perfect in hotel (in terms of a four star rating hotel) except a small complaint in my room which they corrected upon call. Will recommend this hotel for families with children. Be prepared to face a large group of tourists (Chinese) in lobby area most of times.

Great location with lots of good restuarants. The staffs tried hard. The rooms can improve with better cleaning ladies. Balconies are dirty and dusting can be better.

Good location. The hotel is located on Jomtien beach. The hotel is large. And hight building that gives me a beautiful sea view. Delicious breakfast.

It is located right next to the Jomtien Beach and is easily accessible by Baht bus. The room we were given was a bit old and bad odour was coming from the toilet, so we had to call the housekeeping. Its got a nice swimming pool, fitness center, video games for kids and a pool table. We were given a welcome drink on arrival. The staff were efficient and very helpful. There is a bath tub inside the bathroom.

Nice clean and friendly hotel. Beautiful pools and the bar on the top floor where you can enjoy a breathtaking view. Maybe even if you are not guests would be a jump… or rather a ride! ;-)

Overall a good hotel. Great view. Total 38 floors. All the rooms are beach facing more or less since they are in U shape. Service is good but could have been better. Has a Swimming and GYM. Had few issues with Wi-Fi not getting connected. Please note this hotel is situated on Jomtien beach which is 8 KM from Pattaya. There is a shared Taxi serivce called Tuk Tuk which runs and it only cost 10 Thai Baht per person. If you have the budget and want to enjoy quite beach time this is the hotel to be.

One of the most vibrant hotels Jomtien, evening dinner with haute cuisine and live music. Suites old enough, but the cleaning quality. Two swimming pools, comfortable deck chairs.

Rooms disappointing hard mattresses, furniture that another age, wallpaper off, not clean, bathroom pitiful, just good for buses from passing Japanese, it would be time to renovate arriving outside is very nice, but then it's complete disappointment I reported it but I think that my remarks have remained at the front desk.

What a dump… food very poor… get better food at a street stall… Lack of water pressure in shower… lifts have a mind of their own and generally some staff rude. Would not recommend a stay to anyone.

I had booking coming of June and I had required High Floor and Nice view, also early check — in if possible as I had a long trip and really need to rest as soon as possible, but one thing! I'm alright if the room is not available in the mean time but at lease, they should have more responding for the guest anyhow but she reply me just only " Please contract reception on arrival directly. " (Supervisor) That is it! this is all the service you give for any other guest? seriously!? I'm very disappointed for this Hotel very much and I've never write any bad comment to any hotel… you know what! at least you should give me the answer we can understand that but this is not nice to treat the guest.

All rooms have a great sea view and a balcony. The pool and sun deck are excellent. A decent gym with a squat rack. Rooms are ok but need some renovation. The bed was very hard. A big hotel so it's a popular stop for bus tours.
