They are wonderful. The staff is super helpful, specious clean rooms, the pool and gym.
Are great, it’s close to everything and there is parking for cars and scooters. I hope to.
Stay here again in the future!

Great place to live. Very well run building with great staff. I've been living here for 2 1/2 years.

The apartment has good services, a nice place, nice environment, friendly people living around here and the price is not too much that I can't afford. If I have another chance, I will come back again with my friends for sure.

I stayed 1 Night at The Precious service apartment in HuaHin. Largest and Cleanliness Room suitable for Big families. Full facilities in Room under Blue concept. Have a Water heater. Panoramic mountain view. Good Environment. Private swimming pool. Fastest Wifi access internet. Very nice staff and safe security. Comfortable to stay on Holiday weekend or long stay Highly recommend. Thank you for Great accommodation make me get happiness and relaxation moment and Hope to see The precious soon^. ^

I stayed at The Precious for 6 weeks, June 2nd till July 10th, I have to agree with previous reviews that it is well maintained, spotlessly clean, the pool + surrounding area is user friendly, the jets in the jaccuzzi are strong enough to massage on, the staff in the front office are efficient and friendly Thank you Thu, Gung and Net for your help. The bars and restaurants in soi 88 are good, particularly Baan Kun Por. I have no hesitation in recommending The Precious Apartment Hua Hin as a great place to stay.

It's the second time we stay here. Everytime it was very fine. The rooms are big and super clean. The maids are doing a perfect job and are extremely friendly. The area is quiet, only at sundown there are in that area some dogs singing some sad songs. We 'll come back for sure. Only one small recommendation: please install a safe in the rooms. Everybody of your guests have some valuables to keep in the room. And the feeling will be better if the nnnn$ cam or the nnnn$ watch is in a save place if the people is going out. Please don't misunderstand, your personnel is perfect and above everything bad thinking. It makes a better feeling anyway if a safe is available.

I stayed here a couple of times and each visit was very pleasant. Friendly staff who will go out of their way to please the guests. The place is super clean and reasonable new. I would highly recommend. The property manager picked me up from the bus stop in the evening and helped me out with a lost package after I had left the apartments. I am for sure staying here next time I visit Hua Hin.

We got the corner room on the upper floor. It was huge! And we can the the see from the room too! Highly recommend for a family trip.

I stayed at The Precious for ten nights in December and can't fault it, the room was huge, with a sofa, fridge and TV with enough channels including sport which meant you had a choice of live games to watch from the UK. Also very fast Wi-Fi connection in the room. As most of the sockets and switches still had polythene covering I think I must have been the first guest to use the room. The room was spotless and serviced every day with two bottles of water supplied along with bedding and towels changed daily. The outside area had a great pool, with both beds and umbrellas as well as trees providing shade if you wanted to stay out of the sun, also shower and WC available. The location is a fair way from the beach and bars of central Hua Hin but there is a motor bike taxi stand at the front of the apartments, walking will take you about 15/20 minutes. There are plenty of small bars and places to eat locally, give Mona Sport bar a visit as well as the Reggae bar close by. If you turn left out of the apartments and take the side road that will lead you to Soi 94 and all that has to offer. Soi 88 has laundry services as well as a Family Mart and 7/11 and there is a small Water park with slides which if you've got young children they'll enjoy. At the top of the Soi before you cross the railway there is a night market with a lot of food/drink stalls that has a Thai band on each evening which is worth a visit.

The precious apartment is a great place for me to stay… because this is the first time I take part on a thailand Big Mountain Music Festival 7 and I make a request for early check in after I back from the festival and feel very tired … and the staf make me check-in on the very early time when I arrive… thanks very much.
The room are huge and clean and the staff " Net" help me alot on my trip…

Booked as new but noted Disappointing substandard fixtures and fittings wearing out. Looks like previous tenant trashed the place and I am being blamed for suitcases damaged cockroach infestation toilet basin defects — leaks. No safe no insect screens!
