It’s very good place for family. There is a beautiful atmosphere there are many beautiful buildings. I love the pools, the food and the rooms. I hope to go there again.

Bad service mind, they will never listen to your requested. When you arrived and you are not happy with it, staff will asking you to cancel your booking at the counter. Very stupid, the worst hotel ever.

Good location. Clean room, friendly staff and good service.

No parking on site. Not enough parking at the hotel had to go to adjacent parking lot off site. 1 hour to check in. 1 hour to check out. Will not let delivery service people bring you anything. Can’t even leave it at front desk. Have to go out by yourself. If you are in a suite all the way at the beachfront it’s a very long walk and shuttle service is generally slow. If you are paying 2-3000 baht then okay. But if you are paying close or more than 10, 000 baht for the suites go find another hotel is better. Not overcrowded hotel like the Marriott. Makes it a 3 star experience. If you book a room for 3 times more than a regular you should get better service. Access to parking should be reserved. Some special perks should be included. Just the room being a little bigger is definitely not worth it. Other hotels in this price range have pools and exclusivity. Dirty cups found upon checkin in the room as well. Will not go back or recommend this Marriott to anyone. Plus noisy kids can be heard in the rooms, probably good for family outings with kids but for quiet and relaxing atmosphere not so much. Too many people. Some people had to wait in line for breakfast buffet, what?!

Super family friendly, especially for the ones with small children. The breakfast is pretty amazing and the pool is a lot of fun.

Dined at Big fish. Nice food presentation and great service but the food flavor needs improvements. Big fish is used to be much better than this. The old menu with east meets west was very good. New menu: Snapper was too hard, the skin was soggy. Lavash in the bread tray was stale and chewy. Wagyu beef main course was mediocre. The proportion of food in one dish is not well balanced. The portions is way too small. I think theirs sweet with valrhona choc was much better than theirs foods!

Very cool family friendly hotel. Breakfast is amazing. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and facilities are very well though out.
The swimming pool area is fun for the kids and my son made great friends from many countries who he played with all day.
The staff are friendly and fun to chat to. One staff brought us mango everyday. Great friendly touch, above and beyond but helps make great memories. Highly recommended to anyone. Thank you to all the staff who looked after us so well. Magical!

This hotel is great. Room is nice and clean. Pool area is very nice too, can swim round the hotel. Safe jogging along the beach. Staffs are very helpful, nice and friendly. Thanks for Khun Pinky, Amber’s Kitchen staff who advise us for buffet dinner at Amber Kitchen. Great quality of food. The breakfast has a great selection of choices. We definitely come back again.

Big room with well equipped amenities, very good breakfast varieties especially for Asian with fresh fruit juices. Coffee is good too. The staff service is exceptional. The environment and facilities of the hotel are very good also. Everything is clean. Highly recommend.

Beautiful resort. Pool room was amazing. Very friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Pool and gardens are a wow. No down side for our visit.

One of the best resorts 5 stars for service and cleanness. Staff are very friendly and attentive the facilities are well maintained and managed good for families and couples I gave it 4 stars because there is room to improve the maintenance of the rooms bathroom some attention to detail in terms of the shower box and tile and carpet. Over all will definitely come back good atmosphere.

5 stars resort hotel. Nice facilities and services. The swimming pools are shallow and suitable for kids. The breakfast spread was fantastic. We're not so lucky that the sundecks area facing the seas was under renovation. However we still go out and enjoy the beach. However the water in the toilet sometimes smell funny like sea water smell.

We have a great experience staying at a V-shape room near the pool, with a shower for two. Good breakfast, fun pool floating around the resort. The Beach is nice. Nice landscape and lighting. Service is a plus! Excellent for families.

This hotel is one of the best we have experienced so far. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The landscape is so extensive and beautiful. The pools and water bodies are amazing, almost like a small water park by itself. The kids have enjoyed themselves very much. Highly recommended for families with small kids.

My stay in Hua Hin, Thailand at the Marriott hotel was very pleasant, with a pool that runs all around their facilities, and their breakfast is spectacular and varied each morning, they start my day in an incredible way, Marriott has a very friendly team of staff, from the moment you arrive and throughout your stay they treat you amazing, although the only thing I found a bit inconvenient is that every day that went out to the beach for safety person had to get a red bracelet in the hand,

My stay in Hua Hin, Thailand at the Marriott hotel was very pleasant, with a pool that runs all around sti facilities, and its spectacular and varied breakfast every morning, which made my day to begin in an incredible way, Marriott has a friendly, and professional staff, from the moment you arrive and throughout your stay they treat you incredible, although the only thing that seemed a bit inconvenient is that every day I went to the beach the security person had to put a red bracelet in my hand.

Our kids love this resort. The room, the pool, The beach and the service are very good. But we think that the kid club is too small for the number of guest you have and the Breakfast area and food line should be more better than this for the five star rate hotel with this price.
Anyways, we are very happy to stay here and will be back again. Thank u.

Celebrate Songkran Festival 2018 at the best resort in We have been to for 8 times but they never let me down, wonderful services and warm welcoming its make my holiday memorable. Special thank to F&B team K. Wat, K. Bow, K. Koy, K. Gif and all staff at and K. Jiffy and room service team. Many thanks for wonderful services to all Concierge Team epecially K. Jaray and K. Peaw to help my mom to find her lost item. All staff at Front Desk very nice and helpful. We will definitely come back.

I was there for lunch only. The food was good but the price was quite steep. The hotel was very crowded with children as the hotel was designed for the family. Most of the guests were foreigners. There were big pools for children with a slider. The parking was ample and easy access for wheelchairs.

A peaceful beachfront hotel with nice pool and wonderful breakfast. Lunch is so so. Seafood dinner buffet is great. A nice tree house and play spots for kids. Great for couple, family and business trip.

Our stay at the hotel was nothing other than fantastic. The staff is always smiling and are there to assist you whenever you need it. Our room was perfect, partly sea view, always clean, good bed and pillows (I think you can choose between seven different ones). The food is excellent, both at the pool and in the restaurants. I must point out one off the staff especially. Nont and White at the adult pool was absolutely super. He was always smiling and went beyond to make our stay at the very best. We will surely be back next year.

Very nice resort but it's quite pricey. Breakfast alone for one person was 990 baht. Pool was good but cold for me in parts as it was in the shade. I'd imagine on a scorching day it would be ideal. Theres a kids pool area which have a slide which is different and the kids club had lots or activities for the kids. Staff where friendly and happy to help.

Very beautiful pool area. Great drinks and friendly service. The chairs by the pool are sparse, so come early if you want to get one. Many chairs are empty but "reserved" by towels, which should not happen in my opinion. There is an extra pool just for adults, so you can relax without children playing next to you. Drinks are pricey but worth it. Happy hour is late at 8 pm. There are mosquitos at the bar area but free insect repellent spray is provided.

The Marriott shows itself at its most beautiful. In several U-shaped buildings on three floors are the beautiful, modern and spacious rooms and suites, from some on the ground floor the guest has direct access to the huge pool flowing through the whole complex. This is divided into several active and quiet areas, also a part for adults only. On the beach there is a bar as well as ample loungers, which on several levels ceded a great view and bring the cool breeze from the sea. A recommendation for a 5 * resort.

This is my second stay at Hua Hin Marriott. My experience was fantastic! This resort is my favorite in the Hua Hin area. We stayed 2 nights during the week. The temperature was quite cool, about 17C, and the winds were strong due to typhoon Kai-Tak. So the beach had unusual high waves. Red danger surf flags were up so It wasn't possible to go in the water off the beach. But the pools were active. And the pools one great feature that sets this resort apart from others. Hua Hun Market Village is an easy 2 block walk so I was able to take in a movie and do some shopping. And then there's the breakfast buffet which has outstanding Asian, European, and American selections. Had a very relaxing 2 nights and 3 days, away from the Bangkok hustle. I recommend this resort!

Poor service, whether in the pool — or restaurant area. At breakfast there were sometimes 3 people at the table. The waitress was rather busy printing any evidence than tea nachzuschenken. I've often gotten some myself. Were not attentive at all. A large plastic bag was placed by the pool and everyone had to get their own towels. No service, nothing. Facility not clean, for me never again Marriott hotels.

Very nice Resort with a "new" feel since it is a quite new resort. There are 5 pools and a quite a few water slides. This hotel is kids-friendly with a children activity center. Very friendly staff too. As general in Hua-Hin the beach is nice but the ocean is not for swimming. Since it is quite shallow the water is brown / green.

Nice facilities and services. It could get very crowed on long weekend. You even have to queue up for breakfast table. But not very long. There are sososos many kids as well as it is a family oriented hotel. So if you do not like kids, there is a adult only pool in the middle. Room is clean and nice, regular room has no bath tub.

The service is professional with smiles in all areas. The room is nice and clean. The breakfast buffet in Amber Kitchen is superb! Again, One of the staff, Kai, is very awesome. Thank you! The pool bar is a good place to relax to before you turn in. The hotel is located in downtown, but it is easier to take taxi to Chatsila night market. However, if you like walking, you can get a good walk.

Had a fantastic stay with friends at this resort. There's a great view from the beach, a few pools for adults and families, and the best part is the amazing breakfast spread. Definitely a great place for a getaway, albeit it seems more catered towards families.

A beautiful stay, every detail in this hotel is well thought out and elegant. Not to mention the absolutely amazing customer service everywhere we went. Two members of staff that stood out the most to us were Khun Oil (female) and Khun Beer (male supervisor), both providing such a special, unique service to us all. We even had a chat with the GM who was very professional and friendly providing an amazing face for Hua Hin Marriott hotel. Breakfast was amazing with beautiful fresh food and smiley kind attentive waiters. The rooms were spotless with a beautiful new towel sculpture every day. Even the gardening staff were friendly and respectful. Big respect for this place and would definitely recommend to any one. Keep doing what you're doing Mariott!

Great looking hotel from entrance and throughout. Feels very up market and fresh. Staff are superb at reception and again through you will meet some lovely welcoming friendly staff. Rooms are excellent and cleaned to high standard through out your stay. Pool areas are excellent, family pool is large and clean. Kids club open daily and is good. The staff are happy and will talk away to the children. My only critisism is that it is open sessions rather than a structured time to the club where adults would feel more assured their children are there for a certain time. We had breakfast each day within the Amber restraunt, very extensive range of foods available and all prepared well. Staff are friendly and happy to help.

Very good place to stay with family. My kids enjoy the swimming pool very much, clean room, good services, yummy breakfast… Will come next year:)
