Best Hotel I've Stayed At: 5 star resort which lives up to its rating. Absolutely fantastic in every department, staff extremely friendly and would go the extra mile for anyone. The 2 pools were fantastic also. The rooms were very luxurious and cleaned at least once a day by the maid. The resort grounds were massive and included complimentary tennis courts, gym, beach area and many too quality restaurants. It really feels like you are in a tropical paradise, especially with all of the surrounding nature (including the hotel parrot). Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hua Hin.

We have been here for 3 nights. The service here is outstanding, the staff is well trained and experienced. From 0-10 they would definitely get a 10 from me. There very thoughtful every night they turn our bed sheets down, and leave us a sweet note. Absolutely we will be back.

Tranquility combined with world class hospitality are the prime reason why we choose to stay here. The food and drink are incredible, Their fruit punch at the lagoon is a must refreshment you should never miss.

On arrival met with delightful staff and even the chef came to meet me to discuss dietary requirements. Very attentive staff. Beautiful grounds, green, and lush and spacious. The lagoon area is a very serene part of the resort too. It’s a great mix of beach and quiet lagoon area. I’m looking forward to trying the spa.

Very relaxing. We upgraded to the lagoon rooms. The pool is worth it. Had breakfast in our room twice. Very nice and romantic. Helpful staff. Only down side hotel bar and food very expensive.

A lovely resort to start our holiday with. The staff were lovely and very attentive to our needs. From our check in with Nan and all through the stay Boss, Nan, Dawan, Johnny and house keeping were all great. The room was big with comfy bed and little details of fresh fruit made the stay more delightful. We had the seafood BBQ on the Tuesday and as this was the second time running still had some kinks to work out however was a great dinner. Food was fab. You must stay here.

I'm really disappointed on this trip. I took my family to stay here by using the point of Anantara Vacation club. I paid cash for deposit at Baht 3, 000. — /3 rooms. The receiption did not tell anything about this deposit. But they deducted it for all expense when we checked out. Actually, they should ask us in advance to deduct this deposit or not. But they did not say anything. So we still have the Vouchure to spend. The vouchure could not refund by cash. So we need to use it all. We think this is not the good way to do like this. Your people has to clarify us more detail.

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely stay in August. We were very impressed with Chai who helped us at check in and also was on duty when we were leaving. She was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome.

This is our second visit, our first was our honeymoon. We love this place are vet excited to be back. The service is amazing. The rates are very food. There is a local spa service or if you prefer, there are multiple spots within a 1 minute walk on the beach to get massages. We love waking up early and walking during low tide looking for seashells. Then heading to the most amazing breakfast (see the video I posted). From there a quick walk down to a full body or foot massage. After that relax beach side or enjoy the pool with a swim up bar. The restaurant server dinners to die for. Cap the night off with some live music. This place is truly paradise!

Room is spacious and clean. Premise are well maintained and lit adequately at night. Good customer service. Only drawback is the mosquitos at dusk/night and so so sea view with light breeze.

So many reasons to give this rate to the hotel during the long weekend 1. Late check in
2. Booking was disappeared on the screen at first place
3. The bed type was not the way it supposed to be…
4. The bathtub was dirty
5. Very late check out (long que) As expectation your price and service must be delivered better than we experienced Sorry to say but I hope this will help for your improvement.

Resorts is charming n staff are friendly and helpful. Love the intl buffet breakfast — hv everything we love, western, chinese, thai and Indian food. Like a semi lunch too. A good place to relax.

Great resort with stunning territory.

A large sea-side hotel which offers also relaxing lagoon and garden view. Good range of breakfast buffet but no air conditioner in the breakfast room, all open air. Very attentive and friendly staffs in the hotel. About five different restaurants to choose inside the hotel. It would be great if the swimming poor can be larger.

The hotel premises is very big and the room rates are reasonable compared to the amenities and facilities. However, the service wasn't as expected. I used to stay at Anantara in Phuket and I was very impressed with the service, especially, the breakfast which was super good. I was amazed by the variety of foods they offered. Here, the variety was much less and the tastes were just average. Another thing I wanted to mention was the car park. There was no reserve for the ♿. When I arrived, I saw one car parked near the entrance of the lobby so I informed a person who was giving the service there that I wanted to park my car next to that car because I, the driver, must use the ♿, he simply said I could not and offered a valet instead. However, I told him that I preferred parking by myself because it was equipped with a special equipment. Still he refused. Luckily, when I was driving to find a spot to park in the parking lot which was far away and almost full, I saw another guy who was standing there and asked him to find me the best spot for me, he immediately offered me to park at the place near the lobby entrance; although, I told him that I was just being refused to. Finally, I got exactly the same spot I had requested in the first place. I knew that it wasn't the responsibility of the first person I asked him to help.

A great blend between traditional thai and forest design resort. The place is quiet and relaxing, and the facilities are great. Really impress with the break fast buffet; it tastes great and has large variety of selections. Nevertheless, bad impression on the service side. — Long check-in wait time. — Room not properly clean (found a glass of half drink milk tea in the fridge) — Not sure what cause this (perhaps the weather differences) but when we woke up the area under the television is all wet and so is our stuffs.

Room in the lagoon zone is far from the beach and swimming pool; it’s not convenient for a family with kids and baby. Good breakfast, many foods and drinks. Nice staffs and good services.

What an amazing experience we have had at this stunning hotel. Our stay has been made 5* by Tar. He has gone above and beyond to cater to all our needs. What an amazing young man who deserves recognition. The room was exceptionally clean and the garden view was stunning. You can have your room cleaned and fresh towels when ever you want. The beach towels are ready on the sunbed each morning and can be changed as often as you want. Beautiful pool with plenty of shade if required. The food and drinks are very expensive but a short taxi ride to the night market is where you will find exquisite street food and restaurants very cheap. Overall lovely experience … Once again Tar was amazing.

Nice and quiet! The room is decorated in thai traditional style. Very clean and staff are super nice. Good pool with a bar. At night they have happy hour with live music. Breakfast line is huge! Food is good here ;)

The inexpensive resort garden landscape is better than the beach Guests can play ball on the grass experience hammocks, the sea side lounge chairs empty also not only the lack of the humidity of the quilt is too high from Hua Hin city to 10 minutes drive away.

Great place for weekend getaway from Bangkok. Very nice landscape… lots of trees. And their shades made the resort cool even in midday sun. The pool is nice, quite big. All the facility is good. There also is a small kid club with rotatong activities for the small one every day. The private beach is nice… clean and no rocks or shells to be harmful. The restaurants are great. We love breakfast line. Also we tried Bann Thalia Italian restaurant and really love it!

We have been in the Anantara for a week now hotel is fantastic food very good and plenty to choose from our room is comfortable and clean thanks to Nok our maid also thanks to Happen (Alex) for looking after us and all the girls on reception if you are going to stay in this hotel you will enjoy your stay five stars are not enough.

Great hotel with all the amenities and in jungle romance. It is worth taking a junior Lagoon suite. Directly in front of the balcony a water lily pond.

Beautiful resort. Service is quite personal and attentive. SPA is a must while staying here. Breakfast is worth waking up for. The resort is beautiful, the service is friendly, the hotel is a great place to stay, and the breakfast is worth the extra comfort of the bed.

Very cozy and beautiful resort. Staff are very nice, rooms are always clean and relatively new and fresh. The resort provides free shuttle bus to the city and back to the hotel every hour which is very convenient. Beware of gigantic lizards that live on the territory! They are harmless, but it was quite a surprise to almost step on a 2 meter lizard. Hotel staff never said anything about them. Towels at the beach are free which is rare if you compare to expensive European resorts. Tennis courts are in good condition and you can get a local partner to play a game or two. Gym is very well looked after. In general very satisfied.

If you love sand and shade. Anantara Hua Hin Resort is your answer. This place is called warm and cozy. You will love here. Trained staff make you feel like a home. The hotel is not far from the city it eazy to acess.

Nice resort hotel with traditional Thai interior. The location is a little far from the night market (they offer shuttle service at 50 bahts per person). There are several restaurants, bars and convenience store nearby also. The service was very friendly. However, the facilities need some maintenance. The phone in our room didn’t work and there was only lukewarm shower water sometimes.

Doorman called the car will invaders tourists, I have reaction, the next day or see that car, feel is collusive good, please pay attention. He spoke of about THB 50 in the city, which resulted in a 250 baht on the journey of less than 10 minutes. Later know that the local two cars only one person 20 baht, the most expensive is only 30 baht, do not shout price is very honest, green double car, not doodle car Oh (also invaders). Apart from having a bad breakfast, the rest of the pool and ordering parts are good.

The resort is well decorated but some of the elements need a bit renovation, like the pool for example. The resort is carefully maintenanced and the staff is always willing to assist. The resort is located 10 min drive from the city and you need transportation. It offers shuttle service, we never used it we used local driver instead. We recommend this place for couples and families who are looking for quiet exotic place.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Anantata Resort & Spa! The ambience was wonderful and relaxing with beautiful natural green surroundings. Services are excellent and special mention goes to Ms. Belita and Khun Alex for making our stay very nice and comfortable. Food is great and we enjoyed the Italian restaurant! Convenient shuttle service to town is available. Spa and pool are fantastic. Highly recommend!

I would just like to say thank you to the staff of your resort for making today one of the most memorable ones I have ever had. The surprise cake and staff singing Happy Birthday at breakfast. The beautiful way the bed in my room was decorated when I returned to the room late this afternoon and even the staff supervising the buffet this evening wished me a Happy Birthday and hoped I had a good day. I did in fact have a very good day thanks to your staff. Many many thanks.

This beach resort is beautiful. We booked a lagoon room and it was just amazing. It overlooked a big meandering lily pond with lush greenery all around. The view from our room balcony was outstanding making us feel as if we were living in a village. The breakfast was lovely. All the 8 varieties of fresh fruits were the best you can get in Thailand. And Thailand is famous for its fruits and flowers. The staff here are very friendly and courteous.

Absolutely superb luxury hotel. Sublime rooms, all comforts, lost in an exotic garden close to the sea. Staff to the small care. Amazing Breakfast with a huge and succulent choice of products.
Only downside, the price of consumption is exorbitant.

Were very pleased with this hotel. Very good services. 2 Tennis courses of very good quality. This hotel also has a VIP area, incorporating a Spa, a Loungge bar and especially a fabulous lagoon pool. Magical place in the middle of Hua Hin. Be careful, the beach is far from top.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, nice pool but it misses a little something to feel like going back to our next visit to Hua Hin.
