Really good hotel with lots to do for young and old. Great location. Daily yoga, tennis court, putting green, big slide to a large pool. Great Thai food at the Figs restaurant — the best food we have had in a really long time and we have been coming to Thailand at least twice a year for the past 20 years. Very good quality breakfast buffet. Also a dedicated part of the hotel for guests with fur babies.

Room floor is not clean. Food is so so. Service is nice. Place is pretty. Location is the best!

It, s my favorite place in Huahin. It, s so beautiful hight standard place, good service, good food and a lot of activities.

It's a 5-star program that I really like. The chiropractor is a cute dog, great craftsmanship. The jaguars were asleep, the room was quiet, the service was good. The food was delicious. Come and relax here, you don't have to go out. It's been a long time coming.

We have so much fun right there, thanks all the staff for very great services.

All the staff and service are excellent. Room and bed are clean and comfortable. Great huge pool, slider, jacuzzi and the wonderful beach. 100 points for the Prosecco and non stop served of Mr. Vitto at the regency club. Don’t miss to try archery!

The BARAI is the best spa, I love it. All staff is friendly and helpfully. I would come back for my third time for sure.

We booked this hotel only because it stated pet friendly, but it’s not pet friendly at all, at best it’s pet tolerated. So if you are booking this hotel because you wanna travel with your pet I suggest you to look elsewhere. They won’t let you stay near the beach with your dog, the only designed spots for pets are in the garden, I mean who goes on a beach resort to stay on a garden? Even the place is totally empty with no people near the beach, they won’t allow you to stay there. Every restaurant, bar and chill are is just for normal guests, they have a small patio for pets but you have to walk all the way from the breakfast place and bring your food to the pet allowed area. Very disappointed, I have been to Hyatt many times but never with a pet, so overall my experience is bad, I wouldn’t recommend if you have in mind to travel with your pet.

Family & pet friendly hotel, My cat is so happy here. The staff service are so good with very nice facilities that all prepare for family and pet. I enjoy the food here. Beautiful place nice beach, lots of tree. The Spa here highly recommended (The Barai). Only one point was deducted, the pillow is too low. Anyway I will go again for sure. Recommended this hotel! 👍🏻

We book the hotel room 2 months in advance and 1 week before to check in they send an email cancelling the booking due to some room renovation without caring the discomfort created.

I recently attended the Global Wellness Day at the Hyatt and wanted to compliment the staff. All were very professional and helpful. They don’t just point you in the right direction, they literally walk you over to the place you want to be. The fitness staff was so kind and motivating. Stayed in August 2017 after a whistle stop tour of South East Asia! What an amazing resort; had a bit of everything for everyone! The Club Deluxe rooms are amazing, as are the perks — the lounge and the complimentary massage per night! The Barai is to die for and massages since, including in the Maldives, just have not been up to the same standard! It’s a real experience. The resort is set in wonderful grounds and right on the beach. The pools are wonderful and there is plenty of space for everyone — even when full — it simply doesn’t seem it. The staff, particularly, at the club lounge, are excellent and always on hand to help! We have booked to go again in August 2019 and did so without hesitation! This will be the first time that we have ever gone back to the same resort because we like trying out new places. Well done Hyatt Hua Hin and see you in August!

Perfect hotel. Pool and garden is absolutely beautiful. Everything available for breakfast. Absolutely recommended.

I'll start with the numbers. She lived in the older building number one. If you do not take into account the floor, which is periodically rubbed by the guests, everything else is very good. There is a shower cubicle and bathroom separately. There are a lot of accessories, from toothbrush and paste, razor, to set of cotton buds, earbuds, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Slippers and robes. Of course there's a hairdryer. And every room has an iron, a mosquito-borne Raptor, even a mosquito spray. Umbrellas in case of rain. The hotel has free Wi-Fi for residents. Wonderful in the pool, which has a separate area for kids and even 1 water slide. Exit straight to the sea. There's a gym. The only thing, breakfast is not diverse enough, but compared to all the service and pleasant territory with it can be experienced. In the VIP area there is a great restaurant with delicious food. There is also a restaurant and bar on site. There is a spa salon for a fee.

Stunning property on the beach. The spa area is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Food was delicious with so many options to please everyone. It has a true resort feel which personally I loved. The gym facilities are open 24hrs. They also offer a wellness program at this hotel. I will give it a try on my next visit. Nicest Hyatt I have ever seen.

Awesome hotel (resort). Greenery. Perfect for children. Gluten free meals available, which was a great deal for us. Swimming pool is just too awesome. Food quality is great. I was a little disappointed with housekeeping. Room was not very clear. 7/11 is very close by. Direct beach access. Staff is friendly. Valet was available but not at all times. Only two pool boys, not sufficient for a large crowd. Overall it's a great hotel. I'm satisfied with my stay.

I LOVE THIS RESORT! I stay in 5 star resorts quite often for my job and really, this is one of my favorites… Thailand is a country known for it’s world-class hospitality and the Hyatt Regency in Hua Hin delivers. The hotel itself is quite nice with great rooms, great food, and great amenities… But honestly, my favorite part of my stay was the spa! I can’t wait to go back…

With the beach and facilities here provided with comfortable feeling to spend time for full resting. If you want to enjoy swimming, there are many parts with swimming pool and enjoyable water slider. Sand here is still soft and clean with luxury environment. I love bar here and garden as well. Enjoys.

Excellent. This is where you feel perfectly taken care of.

We were here for six days for a family vacation and we loved it. The pool/canal running through the resort is great for people who wish to loll in the pool all day long. The beach is too narrow for you to sit so the resort has placed beach chairs around the main pool areas. As a result, you don't miss lying on the beach. But you can still walk/run on the beach. This seems to be true of all Hua Hin resorts unlike Phuket. The resort staff were very friendly and service was excellent. Also, the resort tries its best to organise lots of guest activities which increases the fun quotient. Water aerobics, water polo, yoga, zumba… All in all we wished we could have stayed for 6 more days.

A super hotel with everything I can imagine. Super pool area, room large, spa section super, breakfast very rich with all you can think of. The staff will read all your wishes from your eyes. We would love to go to this hotel again and again. Were there twice now. Mr. Wurm the manager always likes to help if you don't speak English or a little. Shopping facilities nearby.

The hotel grounds are very nice, there is a spacious pool. The staff is very friendly and the spa/massage area is the hammer! Brilliant ambiance! Beach is unfortunately so well. At least in the low season. :) Food is also quite good. Overall a nice hotel with good location.

We spent three weeks at the Hyatt Hua Hin in March. This is hands down our favorite place to vacation! We traveled all the way from Texas and it was totally worth it. The beach, pool and hotel grounds are amazing. The rooms are luxurious and the staff are amazing. The 5 restaurants at the hotel have something for everyone. Our kids aged 10, 8 and 3 had the best time and are already asking to go back next year. We enjoyed massages at The Barai and Afternoon Tea at McFarland House. Hua Hin is amazing and the Hyatt is our favorite hotel there!

We are having a fantastic time here at the Hyatt Regency in Hua Hin.
4 nights into our 8 night stay I feel I have to write to recommend this resort. The grounds are beautiful, the pools are amazing, the food in the restaurants is excellent and above all the staff are an absolute credit to the hotel.
All staff are amazing, from the security guards to the Gardner’s and management.
We have a deluxe suite with club access which is to be recommended so the staff we think top it all are the staff in the Regency Club who are the best I have came across which is a credit to themselves and the hotel.
We have complimentary spa treatments daily with the package we booked, all are in the BARAI Spa which is the best spa I have ever been to.
This place is class and I would highly recommended.
Just outside the hotel there is the night market and the local food market, the food market is excellent with various Hawker stalls serving their own individual speciality. A great way to try Thai food.
There are toilets there which are clean, there is live music, various drinks from smoothies to beer.

Old hotel. Tap water from unrenovated bathroom tastes like ^#%#}%. Breakfast is awful, the worst in my 5 star hotel experience. Rooms are super wet. Garden view=shading view. Not sure who designed the hotel and the garden, but easy to get lost and it bothers you every time you go out. Quite smoking friendly hotel, so for me it was a worst hotel, smokers everywhere.

Beautiful location. Service and food great. Free Wi-Fi sweet. Swimming pool amazing. However resort is very quiet and a bit overpriced. After all we had a nice time.

Great place to relax. Club level is wonderful with fantastic breakfast, happy hour and private area of the beach. Would have liked more staff to ask about food/drinks during the day and honestly we would have purchased way more if it was asked about and delivered to the beach/pool. Otherwise rooms are great and staff is phenomenal. Would have liked a hot tub or heated pool as well but the pool is beautiful (just very cold! )

After 7 years of interruption we stayed for a week at the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin. Still a beautiful garden, the beach is not usable at high tide. Make sure to book the club. There the breakfast is much leisurely, the day over there are free soft drinks and coffee, in the evening plenty of food, you get tired.

Brilliant resort! Barai Spa is outstanding. Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. Club Regency rooms a must with access to all day snacks and drinks and private beach. Best place in Hua Hin!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very very large pool landscapes with lots of quiet places to sunbathe and relax. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. The hotel is located directly on the long wide beach, however, just outside Hua Hin. The Monkey Mountain is very well accessible via the beach. However, a taxi should be taken to Hua Hin.

We spent the turn of the year 2017/2018 at the Hyatt Hau Hin and were thrilled with the service of the house! After minor discrepancies regarding Of the booked room, we were easily and immediately given a new one. The employees of the house have not only heard about customer service, this is where service is really lived. It was a wonderful holiday, we are happy to come back and only recommend this hotel!

Perfect for relaxation, massive swimming pool area, good for kids and adults, de luxe service, food are amazing, perfect beach front, Fine white sand. Rooms are superb for a resort type of accommodation. We stayed at the club room area with more privacy, private pool and Jacuzzi and privileges such as happy hour from 5 pm to 7pm acces to unlimited and some food etc. Friendly and helpful staff. We are definitely recommending this place to everyone.

Great place to relax. It has a beautiful beachfront, relaxing pools. The hotel is near the Cicada market where you can also enjoy and relax. There is a cool band in their open area. The place is really awesome!

Hotel Hyatt Regency in Hua Hin is located right on the beautiful fine sandy beach. The hotel itself leaves nothing to be desired. The sprawling pool is a poem. The place itself is nothing special. Again at any time!

Wonderful hotel. The staff members welcomed us upon arrival and upgraded to the suite. Their breakfast are amazing, swimming pool and beach are unforgettable.

It was our first trip to Thailand. We chose the Hyatt Regency in Hua Hin and didn't regret it. The hotel is truly a dream-the incredible pool, the entire resort, the beach = all top. The rooms have come a little over the years and could be upgraded a bit. That's the only point of criticism we have. The staff are very friendly and meet every wish. The breakfast is awesome and you get everything you want. Great shopping You can also go nearby (with Tuk tuk) really great. It was definitely not the last time we visited Thailand and we will also choose the Hyatt in Hua Hin again. Thanks for the great holiday.

Nice resort and great services, excellent place for getaway vacation. Breakfast and the SPA are excellent.

The hotel itself is pretty beautiful, the gardens are awesome, but: Most rooms are wet. Not sure whether it is a misconstruction, but when your clothes become wet over night, something don't work. It also seems that people who booked a holiday package are treated pretty worse. No one asked for coffee or tea while having breakfast for example. That kind of behavior was pretty much the same on every single day of our 10 days stay. That's absolutely unacceptable for a 5 star hotel.

Nice resort for relaxation and reflection. Daily yoga and Taichi in the mornings! Meditative morning walks by the beach are a must. Great service. Suggested length: 4 nights 5 days.

Have to be here every year. Staffs are very helpful, well-trained, polite and service minded. The hotel is very green and ambient. Continue improving every time I'm here. Always feel like I'm coming home.

Stayed for 6 days and thought the resort property was very impressive. The gardens are truly nice and the large snaking pool running through them quite magical. The rooms are fairly plain but are large and suit the resort. My only gripe about the property was the fairly indifferent food. At no point did we consider our meals worth praising. Breakfast through to dinner, which is a shame because the hotel is a really nice place to stay and the staff very friendly. I gave them 4 stars because 3 would be a bit mean. At the entrance is the Cicada Market which is fantastic. The food stalls were clean and reasonably priced and high quality. The whole place was a night out as they had jazz bands playing as well.

Very decent hotel, but if someone saves a little, it is better to not take the club room, the area is one, but strange pollulants for the vague food and beer with Cola is no need to overpay. Very nice area, the staff is lacking and does its job efficiently and quietly.
