Nice, comfortable place to sleep, there's a restaurant selling good inexpensive fresh food. There's a beautiful temple near the hotel, this place is a good choice when having an early flight from Bangkok international airport and you don't want to spend so much time trying to avoid the traffic on the way. The hotel offers a free shuttle van between the airport and the hotel every hour, they also take you back to the airport for free, which is a great service.

Very nice hotel, close to the airport. There is no elevator so thankfully the highest floor was 4. Staff was super friendly and the café down stairs had good food. Room was clean, bathroom was very modern and US style toilet as well.

Friendly staff, cheap and close to the airport. That’s about it. The bed was lumpy, breakfast was extra even though it was included during booking, the ac was humming loudly and the walls were paper thin so everyone slamming their door and shouting all night through together with planes flying overhead every five second (felt like that) even during nighttime made sleeping out of the question. Will never book again.

Well to start with food is amazing, the hotel is a transit hotel if you need to spend a few hours between your flights. Basic hotel average amenities. No lift so be careful if you have issues walking upstairs.

We stay here always before departure. You can get a good night's sleep before you fly. 7eleven next to me. There is a transfer to the port. Advise.

The location of the hotel is ideal for those flying in and out of Bangkok. It is a simple hotel with small rooms and perfect if you need a place to stay before an early flight or after a late flight. Staff was generous and accommodating. The free airport shuttle is a huge plus, it leaves every hour on the hour.

Had a day to spend in Bangkok so needed a hotel close to/from the airport cheaply to sleep. The Shuttle is free to go do 10 minutes no more, but there are a lot BUT! Rooms horror the miserable, filthy walls, mold in the San node, but most of all I dokanali ants, first saw them in the bathroom thought well in Asia it happens, but waking up in the morning and found them on the bed, that is awful! Bedding and towels clean, towels poductive, the room has complimentary water and coffee. There is a Hairdryer and fridge. The advantages of the hotel is the staff, nice condo, close to the airport, the staff was friendly Cons — ants, dirty rooms tortured, cardboard door. Paid for the night 1500 rubles, Breakfast was not included, I think you can find a hotel and a cleaner for the money. Went by taxi to the center is approximately 250-300 baht, other transport doesn't go there (

A Decent hotel between flights… Free shuttle service… No deposit. Recommend.

Clean, comfortable place. Would do with a LED TV and a change of furniture. Overall, value for money. With free shuttle too to suvarnabhum airport.

It is moderately comfortable, and has the advantage that it is close to the airport and provides transfers every hour.

Perfect if you need to have the airport close by, that will come for free, every hour departs a mini bus to the airport, 10 minutes.

If it wasn't for the professional and friendly staff, and the airport shuttle, it would have been a 1 star. The hotel is a cheap place to stay the night before your early departure from Thailand. We didn't have high expectations going in. We just wanted a clean, air-conditioned room. The shuttle driver was friendly and spoke great English. The porter was friendly and energetic. The front desk was helpful and friendly. They even helped us find an activity for our last few hours in Thailand. Once we got to our room, the disappointment started. I didn't expect everything to be in perfect repair, not for this hotel. However, we saw it had mold in the a/c vents, condensed water was collecting and dripping from the unit and the lines running outside (onto one of the beds), mold/mildew in the shower, and many severe cosmetic issues. I could understand cosmetic issues from use. Even a few severe issues. But there were so many that it impacted the way the room was used. The toilet paper roll was falling of the wall, the sink vanity front paint was missing (apparently from water damage directly under sink) which left jagged and splinted wood right where you would learn while using it, the sink was tiled and had many missing, the door to enter was difficult to open close without slamming, the a/c couldn't cool the room down, the shower window was stuck open… more as well. It was convenient and offered a safe place to sleep. The beds and bedding were clean as well.

Good place to spend a night before getting brought in with the free airport shuttle the next morning soon… anyway with about 20 euros what do you expect?

The hotel is well suited for one night. The staff was very nice, the surrounding area is less idyllic, but you get good food in walking distance and can be brought to the airport free of charge at any time.

I booked this hotel because had a free shuttle bus and it was near the 7 eleven! It was exactly what I need traveling alone pregnant for a stop over of 17 hours. Very easy to find the shuttle bus when arrived. The shuttle bus didn’t take long at all to pick me up, the 7 eleven was super close to the hotel… lots of street food around, very close to the airport, Fantastic! The reception staff was very friendly, helped me out with my luggage and even changed my room so I wouldn’t have to climb stairs. The room was clean and had a good size, bed was confortable, had aircon and Wi-Fi, so great for the price totally would stay there again.

Basic but v. Clean only fault is if you have a large bag there is no lift to top floors. Great if you are aeroplane spotters as they have a roof terance for good photos. Will go back.

Simple hotel, the shuttle bus was useful. Used it as a transit in Bangkok. Breakfast was good. The walls are thin so you hear noises around, plus the plane noises due to proximity to airport.

Friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately, the standard rooms are getting older. Breakfast is served from a small selection, unfortunately no buffet. The proximity to the airport is super, there is a free shuttle there. Since it is very close to the airport you also have the appropriate volume at night.

This hotel is perfect for catching early flights from Suvarnabhumi or for anyone who wants to spend a night close to the airport. It’s the only place in the area that offers free return trip airport shuttle service (10mins). Rooms are clean, bed is super comfortable and overall it’s very good value. If you want to go to central Bangkok, Latkrabang station is only 10mins by foot. Stayed here 4 times already and am always happy to return. Staff is friendly, too.

Yes there are ants (extremely small). Yep it can be noisy. But for a cheap airport hotel with a warm shower and a clean bed it's fine. If you are just sleeping in between flights do it. The pick up for their free shuttle is floor two door 4. There is a little paper sign. If it moves just ask one of the airport info people they will tell you.

Perfect for a longer stop over in Bangkok. The free shuttle from and to Suvarnabhumi Airport takes only 10 minutes. The room was good value for the money and quite.

Transfer from and to the airport is free of charge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is always a taxi, 100 batiks and you are in the night market, near the market supermarket.

This hotel is clean and nice. It is 5-10 minutes from the airport. The hotel has a free shuttle to the S. Airport which leaves every hour. Not sure if you can arrange for it to pick you up from the airport. If you need a place to stay the night before your flight, I would highly recommend here.

Stayed May 2013. I had a one night layover so I chose to stay at a hotel near the airport. Waited 30-min for the transfer because the driver named another sister hotel, assuming I knew the two hotels are next to each other. When I arrived, room was clean and simple. Don't expect too much of it. I needed to go into city center but realised it's a far walk to the metro station. So I had to take a motorbike cab. On my way back, the cab didn't know the exact location of the hotel and thus, we spent some time "being lost". If you are looking just for a place to stay for a night / few hours and don't intend to go out, this place is good. If not, pick something nearer to public transport. I got a good rate on the hotel so I would recommend it if budget/price is your top priority. The important things are good. The bed is not too hard, the air conditioning is really quiet, English speaking reception, free transfer to the nearby airport. The room is clean and the price is very reasonable.

Needed a last-minute hotel to fill a gap in our schedule due to a flight change. This was close to the airport for our early morning flight and included a free transfer and free Wi-Fi and for this reason, it was a real bargain. The staff speak good English and are friendly and efficient, the rooms are clean. It's not going to be great if you want to go out and about, as the area is off the main road and looked a little "interesting", but for one night, close to airport stay with no hassle, and low cost, this is a great choice.

Best hotel in the area under $50 a night. Clean sheets, quiet surroundings, well spoken, english speaking reception, and working internet Wi-Fi make this hotel the best in the area (I have stayed in more than 5 others near the airport in this price range). Catchup Cafe attached to The Phoenix Hotel is a nice place to relax. Great food, better cake! Rooms include airport transfer and breakfast unless stated otherwise. ~50baht to skytrain by taxi.

The room was clean, a little dated and the air conditioning wasn't in shape. The bathroom is very basic, no tray or shower curtains.
Level service, nothing extra ordinary, but it was.
In summary a good hotel just prior to departure.
