Quaint hotel with average rooms and slightly hard beds, but they are veeery helpful and kind and the breakfast was incredible. It was a mix of Thai and western, but with perfect variety and flavour. The proximity to the airport is in point, just a short taxi ride away. Very ideal place when in a short stayover in Bangkok. It was 120 for an airport taco as they have a 50 surcharge. But it was only 100 to get back to the airport.

Good hotel for transit. Rooms are clean and ok. The food in the restaurant is good. The breakfast could be better.

Transfer is not transfer and theft.
The shuttle from and to the airport is called a shuttle bass, which runs once every 40-60 minutes. If the minibass left in front of you or you lacked space, then you will have to wait another hour, that after 2 hour 6 flights is not the sweetest option. It costs a shuttle at the same time 300 baht from the room, and a taxi 150 for the car!
Naturally, they did not wait an hour, they arrived by taxi. The hotel refused to compensate the taxi.
A polo shirt was forgotten in the closet. Wrote in the hotel — the reaction is zero. Wrote in the booking — the same result. Called from the reception of another Thai hotel — the answer: we did not see anything, do not know.
The total: "nasty".

Staff was so welcoming. Particularly the guy we met at check in and he was there again during check out. He assisted to set up my Thai digital TV app account (Russia 2018). We were provided early check in. Breakfast was brilliant. Lot of options. Shuttle service to the airport. Only negative aspect: Location. Virtually nothing close by.

Best 3 star hotel close to Bangkok Airport. 15 by shuttle. Well trained staff with good skills in English. The rooms are clean and while the bathroom is small, it is functional. Aircon works well and some ground floor rooms have direct access to the pool. The rooms have a small balcony with chairs. Close to a ĺarge market. Fast food outlets are 5 minutes walk but why would you eat maccas when you can use the Cottages great restaurant? The only negative I have found is the lack of power plugs for hairdryers and the toilet seat was loose. Positives are the location and the awesome staff. I will definitely stay here again.

Not expensive hotel, with free transfer from and to the airport. Everything you need to sleep, everything is there. There is a swimming pool.
The city centre (Bayoxkai) by taxi (grab) is approximately 250 baht.

Nice place and the price is right. Good for short stays. Clean room, working ac, internet was reliable, and airport transfer. I have stayed here for short stays with my family for 5 years now. Improvements have made or most recent stay very enjoyable. Clean, very nice pool, good restaurant, airport transfer. One of my personal favorites, firm pillows and soft pillows available in our room!

So good. I came for one night and stayed 8 so far. I didn't know what to expect being near to the airport. I always stayed more central in Bangkok before. Being near the airport has great advantage for catching flights. Someone who wants to sight see in Bangkok wouldn't be suited. It's a very relaxed, clean, quiet and friendly hotel at a good price. Just what I needed. They have a nice salt water pool too and half the rooms can view it. The area is low rise suburban and nothing interesting which is how I like it. No partying neighbours. Less than 5 minutes walk away however is a nice mall. More like a plaza because it's open air with night market in the centre and shops in two floors around the edges. Includes restaurants, banks, AIS shop, Villa Supermarket which stocks so much imported and quality stuff, at a price, Home Pro, a few massage places and also a few preschools are even on the 2nd floor. Pleasant enough place. Staff at The Cottage have been so nice. Far enough from the airport to see planes but not hear them. Close enough to get there by car in 10 minutes. From there you can take the Airlink train into the city but you wouldn't want to do that too many times because it is a longish trip. Thanks for a relaxing stay.

For its location it is excellent if you have to be at the airport.

Reserve the two ways of airport to Hotrl and I did not go to find, in the package said you were given a welcome drink and I did not even thank the staff lacks training on how to treat a customer.

I had booked an offer that included transportation to and from the airport, a complimentary upgrade to a room with a pool view, if possible, check to 11 instead of to the 14, always, if possible, and the breakfast, I think anyway. Until the transport from the airport, all is well, waiting a quarter of an hour, there is. We arrive at the hotel at 8 and offered us an early check in fee, 300 baht. The total of the room I had paid 1, 000 baht and then the 30% extra charge for one thing that would have to be included. I do this and I responded to get comfortable in the lobby that we would be given the room to 11. To 11 nothing done: ask and tell us they are cleaning up. At 11.30 am we require news and we are told that we will give to the 14 that we asked for a large bed. After a night in the plane and 3 hours and a half of waiting, my wife is also pregnant, we decide to go to another hotel (which incidentally gives us the room immediately). What you paid obviously not returned to us because the reservation was not refundable (I have to ask, even in cases of clear breach of an obligation of the substantive contract? the choice of this hotel was dictated by the ability of the executive check-in). I do not recommend at all, highly recommend.

Totally Abgewphntes Hotel, staff speaks almost no English. Cleanliness just the bathrooms an imposition. The rooms same 0 stars and the highly acclaimed breakfast for Asians OK for Europärer a 0. Loud and totally noisy.

For an overnight stay okay… Shuttle service was fine, but the rooms could be in better shape. Like many others already stated, was there hair in our bed (in the second room, the first was fine but had no electricity, the third one was clean and had electricity). The near by mall has a small supermarket, where you can buy something if necessary, the other shops weren't really interesting…

Very good combination of price and quality. Close to the airport. An ideal place for those who passing through in Bangkok. The hotel has a swimming pool; Good breakfast. Everything is great.

Close to a main road, so easy to get taxis. Within walking distance of a shopping centre and markets. Has a restaurant with very nice food. Rooms were nice and the service was good. They do not have a laundry service though.

Now in this hotel. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. There is a swimming pool. Good Wi-Fi. Close to everything you need. If you need to spend the night waiting for your flight like us, then this option is for you.

Very adequate hotel for our 2 night stay. Pool was enjoyable, restaurant was quite good and not too pricey. Airport shuttle service from and to the airport was great. They sent us off this morning with bagged breakfasts. Staff were helpful and kind.

Nice hotel, not far from the airport, meets and picks up the shuttle, 10-15 minutes, the rooms are clean, the staff is nice, breakfast is excellent choice big (true scrambled cold was), for the younger son gave a crib. The pool is nice. Close to seven minutes walk shopping center (there are all banks, cafes, supermarket, street Edai etc. )

Very nice for the cost, much better then I expected! Clean, comfy bed, great staff and within walking distance to the Paseo mall which has loads of food to choose from.

As most of the hotels in this area, also this is situated some distance from the main road. As the other hotels also this is a little scruffy. Restaurant is good. Breakfast is great! Staff friendly and service minded. Pol area is good.

Close to a shopping plaza, The air conditioning is a bit noisy. Small but decent and reasonably clean hotel for one night stay between flights. Very helpful staff. You can arrange a shuttle to the airport.

Honestly is because away from Airport is probably 10 minutes, plus have stayed 5 times, too lazy to find an alternative, otherwise here's the sound insulation is not good, the room floors sometimes there will be dust and didn't provide disposable Slippers, the soles will be dirty, this is perfect for a night of Hotel, not suitable for more than 2 days long-stay.

The manager, Mrs Anh, made this hotel experience great. The "kitchen" is shared and sparsely equipped. No elevator. However, the service was EXCEPTIONAL.

Close to Airport 15 min. For 1 night (with next trip) the following day it may just go for Asian conditions. The furnishings as usual old and down-farmed. To open the door to the hotel room with simple means though should actually be closed. Breakfast. Well. You can do without it.

The main and probably the only plus for transition is its location: the airport is 5 minutes by car and no traffic jams in principle. All for those who only need to spend the night waiting for your flight. Otherwise, the cheapest hotel with dwusplay and shower. Space in the room no free in principle. Safe either, however, there is individual air conditioning. The Breakfast is very mediocre.

The hotel is… 2. Although the rooms are cleaned every day, the rooms do not have the necessary kettle (and in general, the equipment of the room "Pechalko", breakfast is so-so. But nearby there is a mole where you can find entertainment and all the essentials and a little more.

We have been in this hotel for 2 nights. Rooms nice and clean. Very friendly Staff. Swimming pool small and cute, it always remains in the shadow because at the centre of the structure, but perfect for cooling off. Just A 10 min shuttle from the airport. Highly recommended.

Situated 8.5 kms from Suvarnabhumi International Airport, The Cottage Suvarnabhumi is a more than average hotel to stay. I was charged for 1180 THB for a single day. Check in time : 2.00 PM Checkout time : 11.00 AM. Since the hotel is far away from the actual city, book only if you want to easily go to the airport/or be at the hotel itself. If you want to visit the Bangkok city then this will be a far hotel. Restaurant inside is pretty decent with complementary breakfast. Outside nearby there are small food outlets where you can try authentic Thai food.

The room was clean, the pool was cool. The staff is polite. Instead of breakfast took the box with them, there was only a sandwich, juice and Apple was.

Is okay for one night, but no more. Photos on the Internet much better depicted than in reality. Otherwise okay …

The cottage is our home away from home when we fly in/out of BKK or travel beyond Bangkok. It is clean, the food is good, adequate facilities a nice pool, it's close to shopping and markets and has helpful friendly staff.

The Cottage was a nice place to stay. They have a decent breakfast. The best thing about this place is the people that work there. They are kind, friendly, accommodating, and so helpful. As we were leaving, one of the workers ran after me to hand me my insulin I'd left in the fridge. As a type 1 diabetic, this would be a life or death situation for me. Pros: Close to shopping, walking distance to Paseo Mall, Mcds, KFC, Pizza Hut, and close to Lat Krabang station and thr airport. Cons: hard mattresses, no hot water in the shower, you're lucky if it's luke warm, and really far from the center of Bangkok. Have to take the train into Bangkok if doing any tours. The tour bus will not pick you up from here.

The hotel itself is alright, especially considering maybe you're just spending one night in between flights. There's free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Also a mall with all sorts of restaurants and a big supermarket nearby. But the rooms are quite terrible, very very noisy, bathroom is really dated, the minibar has only water.

Very nice staff, clean and tidy room, nice pool. But you need more or less 1 h to go to Bangkok downtown. But with the airport rail link, its good connected.

Old hotel and insufficient service at reception an undisposing employee. At the airport we had to wait 45 minutes for the taxi service arranged by the hotel. Despite that it was the 22.15 and their restaurant service should be active until 10pm. 30 we were unable to order anything and no one offered us (we would have paid of course) a small snack. For me and my wife it was not a big deal but our daughter had to skip dinner. The room is acceptable and the bed decent but for the price of 1400. — THB is expected more.

103 rooms airport hotel, 5 minutes from the airport. You can walk 4-5 mins to Paseo, 24 hours Mcdonal, lot of restuarant, Villa supermarket, Paseo is a community mall with many shop and night market.

Very clean hotel. We stayed here overnight to catch some Z's before our flight to Phuket. Shuttle from airport was quick and on time. Thai breakfast in the morning was amazing.

Excellent location with of access to public transport, to the airport and the city, great service and good value for money with rooms and facilities.

Nothing at all sets this hotel apart from others. Wifi in lounge but not in rooms.

No free Wi-Fi. Hard to find. 10 year old TV's Staff is friendly and helpfull. Overpriced with NO FREE BREAKFAST. Bed and pillows are ok! Free water 2 bottles! Mini Refrigerator in room. Walls In hallways need painting. Grest 2 Star if price was lower. Nice small in hotel Cafe!
