Nice, kind staffs. Nice, clean hotel but need the shower curtain, not sure why they don't have?

Don't stay here if you think the pics of lobby is nice. The fact is the room is old and very terrible. The smell from the bathroom made me sick and unable to sleep. Furthermore, the breakfast was also bad for the price that I paid. The staffs didn't pay much attention to me, and they have a double standard between a low rate room customer and the higher one. Don't know how they manage to run the hotel for more than 10 yrs with the service like this.

We spent three days at the hotel key for 1300 Bath per day with the lunch buffet included. The hotel is located about 700 meters from the sky train Bearing station. For those who come with a car there is a parking available. The hotel is not new but very well maintained. The rooms are spacious with air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, TV, telephone and small fridge. We were very well received when we arrived. The buffet breakfast is varied and very good. The only problem we had this located in the bathroom. They are impossible to add water properly to take a shower. It's always too hot or too cold.

Nice environment and Clean. Just the distance is quite far away from the town.

It's cool. Relaxing. Safe and out of heavy traffic.

The hotel itself is recommended (if you find it, because despite Navi, our driver had to call 2x there and let himself be piloted). The rooms are clean, the staff friendly, and the food "adapted to Western needs". — All in all, price and performance are true.

Nice quite place to relax and hotel staffs are hospitable. Price is affordable and walking distance from BTS Bearing. Theres Thai restaurant nearby have great food so far. Will stay again next week. One of best service, we arrived early morning and we allowed to check in.

Had a soaking wet towel hanging in the bathroom when we arrived, the bathroom door was broken and not possible to close or lock, the shower curtain bar fell down, dirty bathroom, very hard bed — felt like sleeping on the floor, noisy aircondition, entrance door had no sound proofing and I could hear every sound from the hallway. Very disappointed! Uncomfortable stay with little sleep and an aching back from the hard bed. Find another hotel!

This hotel is located 600 m from the nearest BTS station.
The area of the ground floor is very well decorated, and the reception is nice.
Established compared to the price I paid (1000 Baht at night without the breakfast for an sup room), my assessment is rather positive. The room is correct and offers the necessary (fridge, kettle…). There is a bathtub with a fixed shower system really not practical at all. The air conditioning is noisy.
The breakfast is OK and the area is warm.
In short, this is a very decent hotel if the prices stay low.

A decent hotel, clean and quiet. Fast Wi-Fi, comfy bed, and good aircon. Not much around the hotel in the evenings if you get a craving for something and the water pressure for the shower was poor. Other then that, was nice. Short 700m walk to the bearing bts station.

A simple hotel with some stlye, that is well maintained, clean, and with a good breakfast. Located outside of the tourist trap, but with good access and a short walk to the bts and get anywhere in Bangkok. Great value. I would stay again any time. — Fyi no irons available.

Nice hotel for star. Rooms were spacious with affordable rate you can feel the luxury in economy cost. If you are veggie then difficult for food here as there is no vegetarian foods available here. Being a South Indian veggie I am suffering lot for food here.

Very good and I will recommend to all my friends I have and all the people I know in Canada and Roumania.

Unexpected charges. Charged us extra night because we checked in too early. Was not informed or was clear about extra fee. Not a good way to start a trip just by getting a few more dollars out of tourists.

Probably the worse hotel I have ever been in, booked a double bed, got a twin. Room was dirty, shower was cold, air con was noisy, bed was rock hard and pillow even harder. They pretty much didn't get a single thing right. Worse hotel ever.

Most reviews here are correct as in a nice hotel with friendly staff. Stayed here 3 times for a few days each time and rooms can be great if you are lucky. If not you ask for another room. Since early 2017 they do have a lot of Chinese tours with noisy and rude tourists which does make the hotel less attractive. Ok when on business in Bkk when on holiday look somewhere else.

Booked for four nights, but actually stayed only for three nights. Got the best price on agoda, but it's true what they said about you paid for what you get. Here at Clef hotel, we found cockroaches on our first day of staying. Room has a sign of break in, check the attached image. Don't let The advertisement of this hotel lure you in with their nice images of their lobby. Clef hotel has a nice and new lobby, but completely different to the room your sleeping. The rooms are outdated.

I am not sure who writes the previous reviews, but I doubt if they really stayed here. I have stayed all over the world, and this hotel is among the bad. The food is below par for anywhere. I was the only one in the place for lunch, for good reason. Even Thai food here is below average and 4x the price in the street. If you are on a tour from China, this is your place, getting buffets. If not, you get a limited menu. The rooms are clean and the laundry service is great. The front desk leaves a lot to be desired. If you have a question, be prepared to wait while the desk has more important things to do on the computer. You can not call out from the room to an outside line. They do not have the set up for this, so business can't be done unless you have a local cell phone. Also more importantly, no refunds at all. If you plan on staying, stay one day and see if you like it. If you book longer and want to leave, they will not refund your money. I would not stay here again.
