Reasonably priced. The deluxe room was wide and big enough to accomodate the 3 of us. Near the train station (5 min. Walk) and the mall.

The one with the baggage is as bad as the rogue, and if not in Thailand I will beat him up.

On a dark small backstreet but the rooms are wonderful. Recommended.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff not so friendly and location is a bit outside the city centre.

Very comfortable spacious rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Handy shopping centre and local shops nearby and Easy access to BTS to travel to a lot of other popular areas. Car parking available. Inexpensive.

Good location, close to train station, quick check in. Big spacious rooms (huge even! ). Get what you pay for kind of place. Wouldn't recommend the Breakfast, it was cold and tasteless don't waste your money although all you can eat you won't want to eat much! Staff were good and had a taxi ready to the airport for us within a couple of minutes.

Not a bad hotel, the bed was a bit firm for my liking, but the pillows was nice and springy. It it feels to be oriented towards Chinese guest.

Perfect for a short stay. It is a good hotel where Thais also check in. The location is great.

This hotel is not on the level. The staff speak poorly English and not enough to listen, lots of noise in the hallways, a deposite to leave at the beginning of the stay, a low-end bathroom.
Especially the reception at breakfast is very cold and what is offered is low end for a high price.

Very good place. Very clean, the room for two people is huge and the treatment excellent. Very close to Phaya Thai.

Good hotel atypical setting. The Plus is the large rooms with everything it takes and a BTS station at approx 50-100 m. Breakfast International Standard OK.

The quality of the room is poor. Need major upgrades. The people are not bad, pretty friendly and helpful. But I was unhappy with the room as the paint was chipped every where. The view from the room was poor. We asked for a room for three, got anther bed added. The bed was a folded kind, very poor quality. The price was pretty expensive for what we got. Send a complaint message but didn't get a response. I would recommend its sister hotel called true siam rangnam hotel. The quality is 10x better. So don't stay at this one.

Very close to the train station that takes you to the airport. That's why we chose it. Large Hotel, large and clean rooms. Shower with screen. Away from the center.

Love the hotel, it's clean and tidy. Been staying there twice in 2013 & 2014. Located between 2 BTS Station with alot of street food nearby. Clean room with tiles and clean bathroom. Great stay and will continue to stay there whenever I visit Bangkok again.

I was first turned off by its location in an alley but I was so wrong. The alley was quiet and well kept. The hotel was a steal for how much it cost and the staff was extremely helpful an courteous. If I were to come back to Thailand I would stay there again!

This Hotel located at a small one way narrow alley is a shortfall. Quiet is a merit. You will have to provide ample time to the airport due the heavy traffic at this area. As the BTS station is just 5 minutes walk, you can forget about to get around by taxi or driving to the nearby shopping centers. The vintage look of the hotel entrance is attractive, but yet, is still an old hotel. You dont expect to see anything fancy here. Overall the hotel is clean and neat. Pricewise, this hotel is no longer competive. Therefore, this hotel offer some sort of package like airport transport service and one day city tour during your stay.

I got with my praying friend stayed 2 nights at true Siam and can only continue to recommend it. The location is very central and yet it is fairly quiet at night for Bangkok.
The rooms are large with bath/balcony and very good air conditioning. The cleanliness is good and the equipment is absolutely normal for Thailand and I felt comfortable and safe.
The breakfast was also generous if not very European.
The staff was really friendly has taken very good care of us and could converse well in English.

Next to kingpower, eating is very convenient, and inexpensive, most restaurants per capita consumption is less than 50 Yuan, 2 24-hour convenience store, was very close to light rail, hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious, television can receive 6 Chinese language channels, personal feeling pretty good!

Location good, room big and clean, but next to it is King power, the tour car is called a multi-Ah, Wake the dead.

Environmental good, close-in urban areas, and out of the door can take the BTS Sky, it's a traffic jam when difficult to call taxi.

Good connection to the airport and to get around bangkok skytrain.

Landed at Suvarnabhumi very early in the morning, grabbed my backpack and jumped on the City Line (not the Express Line, which is twice the price, and really not that much faster) and stayed on it all the way to it's termination point Phaya Thai. From the Airport Link station it's just a five minutes walk to the True Siam Hotel, and the map on their website made the walk a blast! Since I arrived at the hotel before 8 in the morning I hoped to be able to drop off my backpack and leave. Not only would they watch my backpack, but the receptionist told me I could come back at 11 and check in — normal check in time is 15, and after 24+ hours with no sleep I really appreciated this service! My room, a Superior Room, had two nice beds, a small desk, a flat screen TV and a small refrigerator with water, soda and beer. Everything was tidy and clean! I visited the restaurant one night, as the only guest. The food was great, but the service not that much at all. The service at the reception and outside bar was way better! The hotel is located in a narrow and dark street, which is a bit of a shame, because the hotel is very good for it's price. Note: it's the (hot) water on the glass bottles on top of the refrigerator which is free, not the cold water in plastic bottles inside :-).
