Loved the place as usual. Good place to stay if you are travelling with kids.

Excellent hotel. Good spacious rooms as well. We stayed here for four days and enjoyed are stay thoroughly. The service was good as well. The staff was also quite helpful.

Best place/price I found in bkk.

Small apartment, clean with views of the city and the buildings. Well located but toilet clogged and leaking bathtub.

Lost my passport. Had to jump through hoops and waste a lot of time to get it back. Pool was empty, no gym as advertised. Rooms were pretty skanky. Would not recommend.

Now Had two Stays in this Apartment hotel, for Bangkok a sufficient Apartment. However, I was not told in advance that the Pool is being built and cannot be used. In the Apartments some Things defective, just have not been repaired. Toilet often sometimes clogged. Staff very friendly. Location is relatively central in Sukhumvit, 9 min to the nearest BTS station and relatively quiet. However, I book for the Money I paid there then rather something better, of which you have a lot in Bangkok.

Well located hotel, quiet, deserves some renovation work (pool). Helpful and polite personels. 4 out of 5

Nice and quiet place, not far from the center but rooms not really 4 stars for Italians. Quite cheap, in concierge friendly and helpful.

Decent hotel but we could not have Wi-Fi.

Great place to stay! The Operations manager was very rude and ZERO customer friendly. If you are not worried about the service then it can be your choice.

The Spa and Pool was nice but the hot tub was broken and dirty. One day they entered or room when we had the do not disturb sign hung. Every morning we woke up with bites on us somewhere. We also had to switch rooms because the tub/shower had a leak in the first one. When we had the front desk call us a cab the driver didn’t even get out. After the first toll the driver tried to rob us. He pulled over on the side of the freeway and started screaming in Thai (which we couldn’t understand) and the few English words we could put together were him accusing us of taking his money. He refused to finish taking us to the airport and we couldn’t even get out of the car. When we finally got him to drive to airport he refused to give us our bags at the airport. I asked the security guard for help and he waved me away and went and spoke with driver. As soon as I said I’m going to get the police he gave us our bags. And now we are sitting at police station at airport. So I think it’s safe to say we won’t be staying here again.

I would stay here again. The best location. Quiet. Comfy beds. So clean. Only thing is kitchen appliances and other things such as washing liquid and cleaning sponge, iron etc are on request.

Never change bedsheet daily and aometime miss the make up room. No breakfast as well.

Really good value for money. They location was great for us, close to the BTS and you can get a taxi in seconds to wherever you need to go. Nice kitchen, you have to ask for the utensils but that's not a problem. Really nice people and service.

Stayed here during my Bangkok escapade and would definitely stay here again next time. It's not that expensive for a regular traveler or backpacker (but if u find the pricing a bit expensive there are cheaper places but with few benefits). Good place to stay in with friendly and helpful staff and concierge. It's just a couple of meters away from 2 BTS train stations. Plus there are different essential shops that are just walking distance away from the hotel. The reason why I chose to stay here at The Capital was because it has its own gym; also it has a dance/yoga room, swimming pool and a training area for any mma buffs. If you are into photogrpahy or just city viewing, you can sneek to the high floor or get permission to enter the building beside The Capital and go up the highest floor. From there, you will have good view of the surrounding are (pro tip: do this at night and in the evening). The Capital earns a capital B+ for me.

All the photos showing are new building of Waterford diamond tower, and if new building fully building, they will give u a OLD building, which is just beside the new building condominium, a dirty, dark, with poor attitude staff. After staying for the first night. My kids, three of my kids, thier legs full of insects bites. And I bring my kids to reception, talk to the girl downstair nicely, hope that she can allow us to changed to a new rooms, and we hope we can get the new building as we pay the amount of money are for the new building as what the photos showing, not the old building with dirty bed sheets and full of small little tiny insect, and the girl said all the rooms was fully booked. So she said she will changed a new bed for us the second day morning. But we have to overnight one more day with the dirty bed, then I got no choice but I asked for a new blanket as I dont wan my kids to get bites anymore and we can sleep on a clean blanket at least for a night and she say she will send to our room later. But we waited for the whole night and no one sent us the blanket and I went down ask again but the girl she is back home and only a guy who cannot speck english say it is too late he cannot get a blanket for us.

Great place! Located right on sukhumvit and only a 15 minute walk away from the nearest skytrain station (Phrom Phong). We had a 2-bed, 3-bath condo on the 7th floor first and then a 2-bed, 1-bath condo on the 46th floor. Both were great! Staff is friendly, maid service is phenomenal and I would highly recommend it.

This older condominium building is between two BTS stations, about 8-10 minute walk on Sukhumvit Road. I like to walk, however the issue here is there is constant traffic in this stretch of road causing air pollution from vehicles. Not many motorcycle taxis by the building and even when you get one the driver has to fight through traffic. Not much else in the area except for Rain Hill plaza across Sukhumvit, however crossing it is no easy feat at times when vehicles are flying through. Drivers here don't care to stop at the pedestrian crossing so be assertive and careful at the same time. This applies in most of the city. Gym is great and the pool needs renovating and more, better chairs.

The room was not in optimal conditions. Was something desaseada. The bathroom had no curtains and the hot water was going and coming. The pool is nice and large that is what is good.

Best you can get in bkk for the money. Everything around walking time. Great gym and pool. Great smile from staff. Clean and I will always come back here every time.

If you have the right room on the right side (the quiet one) this comes close to perfection.

High-floor condo building, located very central in Sukhumvit, in-between bts stations, close to emporium and the benjasiri park; some apartments are jewels, i. E. Very reasonable price for size and furnishing; building not the newest one, but still well maintained, proper, (almost) no cockroaches, friendly receptionists and guards;

The rooms are spacious, but old, helpful staff.
