Great location and value, breakfast buffet is delicious and staffs are very welcoming, helpful.

The Wi-Fi very POOR. Overall is great n good from room until staff. Will stay here again if im come back again later. Love 🇲🇾

Good location is a main selling point of this hotel. It is located next to BTS station and close to MBK and Siam Paragon. Easy access to everywhere. Nice designed room and good Wi-Fi but! Need to ensure that hotel's rooms are ready for customer as clealiness and hygiene are the most concerned. I found few big stains on hand towel. A leaking water tap, a dirty bed side cabinet and a small hole on the blanklet. Friendly staff, however a well-trained on client's reservation is necessary. Khun PP offerred to move to a new room. Hoewever I didn't take that cause I stayed only for one night. Thanks Khun PP to take an immediated action on this 🙏

My mom is currently staying at this hotel for ASQ, highly not recommended since the food was served with a rotten tomatoes and some of the dishes (most of it) was disgusting.

Location is above some packed shopping mall. Rooms are decent but has a dusty feel probably due to the old walls and slightly dim lighting. Service was good though.

Hotel staff except the front desk staff are friendly & helpful. Out of 45 TV channels, only 1 are full time in English, another 1 or 2 have some English programs, all other channels are in Thai. Limited facility in this hotel. Hotel entrance not able to find.

The most convenient hotel in Pratunam, but be prepared to be staying with many other Malaysians. Decent rooms, but the location is smack center.

If u come to shopping at very cheap clothes market. This is the best place ever. The hotel very nice.

Hotel was quite a challenge to locate. Google maps pointed me into the direction of the street before Hotel Vista Express (Marlon's Place). It was located in the street parallel to it but still quite unnoticeable. A sign by the street would be helpful. The location would be favorable for those wanting to make wholesale purchases in the markets. But for regular travellers, it is not. The nearest BTS station is a 30min walk away. It isn't the easiest walk either, especially if you are lugging a suitcase.

Second time here. Location is amazing for a shopaholic. Strategically located above the Day fashion market and just mins from platinum fashion mall. 7-11 is just outside the hotel and 24 hrs MacDonald is just a few more steps (3mins) away. Central World is of walkable distance too. But it is not near to any BTS stations. So you probably have to taxi your way to any other locations. One suggestion from the front desk is to write the type of room you want (e. G double or twin). And The room is also pretty dim.

Hotel directly located above all the female fashion market. Good place for shopping. Room wise, room is okay if you are not too particular about things. I personally find the room too dim for my liking, toilet door no locks and water drainage is a slight problem after bathing as it will flood the toilet a little.

Friendly staff and receptionist! Clean, comfortable room and environment. Only Walking distance to any where you want to go. Seafood, world of women fashion, massage, night market, 5 star shopping many more you just name it!

A very very simple hotel with clean rooms. The hotel is situated on top of a textile wholesale market which starts to operate in the early morning. A shoppers' heaven. It is also less than 500m from the famous PlatinuM Fashion Mall.

Room was clean and neat with good amount of space. Staff were nice and friendly. Shopping paradise as shops would open by 7am just below the hotel.

The entrance might not be very obvious, the room & bath room were clean. The only drawback was the hotel main entrance was quite dirty after the fashion shops closed and many rats were having their 'party' nearby the garbage area.

Excellent value for money, strategically located for shoppers who love Pratunam wholesale and Platinum fashion mall. Very hard to find though.

Difficult to find the hotel entrance. Room aircon not in good condition. Switch board not in good condition, electricity constantly switching on and off even with the hotel card in. When requested for solution, they suggested to provide us with emergency light and portable fan.

Budget hotel with Comfortable room accomodations. Good breakfast, fresh brew coffee, walking distance to Platinum mall. Surrounded by clothing seller booth.

Spacious room and bathroom. Location is great as it is very near the main road. There's a 7-11 down the road and plenty of roadside stalls. But Wi-Fi here not strong, keeps disconnecting.

Nice friendly hotel the waters know how to speak tagalog really impressive.
