+ room price is cheap + clean room service every day + 1.6 km. To walk to the mall bangkabi or pay taxi 60 baht to the mall. + near food area + shower room was big + room size is ok + have balcony + room was clean + cool air conditioning + have refrigerator + have salon, laundry, bar restaurant, food shop. Cafe restaurant, 7-11 shop, pharmacy, souvenir shops. + have car parking — water in toilet was not run good. — reception not helpful. Do not expect If you want they help you just to copy your passport page. You have to go find out where is the internet shop. (I printed my at soi 132, you can tell motorbike taxi to go there) — hard to get taxi from 11 pm to 5 am. — have to get password for Wi-Fi every days — no kettle — no safebox — no hair dryer — it not convenient when use lift because need keycard to get in lift and you stay with friend and your friend still are in room but you want to go out and when you come back you need to call your friend to come down to pick you up. — room not keep noise. You can hear your neighbours have activity on bed. — internet Wi-Fi here was very weak. — do not stay in the room near elevator at the second floor because it has water pump machine working near there and it was very noisy, you can not sleep. It will be your nightmare.

Nice hotel but for business and tourism it's not ideal cause no one speaks English and will have tough time surviving if it's a first time Further everything is far away it might feel economical but when you start traveling within or outside Bangkok the expense will shoot like anything cause of huge traffic and taxi does not stop in traffic.
