Located on the popular Khao San Road. Out side of the hotel is sometimes noisy, and blocked by shoppers and party people. But, inside is quiet and air conditioned. My room was the double twin beds. My wife and enjoyed the room, and pushed the beds together. The free breakfast was excellent, and you may sit in a balcony overlooking the street. Please note that the toilet/shower area are separated from the rest of the room with wooden slats. So any bathroom sounds or smells may invade the rest of the room. This is easily remedied by using the toilet on the sixth floor, by the pool. Great view, and very nice.

Top customer service and have no complaints about the room. Just be aware that Khao Sang road is incredibly busy and a tourist hotspot, but I still got a good night's sleep each night so even though that's not really my thing I can't really complain.

First time in my life I have seen a see through toilet when booking the standard room, had to ask the reception to cover it. All ways noisy as club is below hotel and people always screaming have sex next door. 10 minutes from grand place.

Okay, so this place has its quirks. So, my A. C. And lights would flicker on and off for hours. So the shower only had blisteringly hot water sometimes. This place is in the center of everything on Khao San Road (which is a crazy-sexy-fun blast, btw) and it has a beautiful rooftop pool + bar. You'll meet all kinds of awesome people here and it's a good home base while traveling, AND the price is right.

Very central location in Khaosan Road. If you are looking for the fun of Bangkok it is perfect. Sure a bit confusing you hear but if you ask for the internal rooms it's not bad at all. There is air conditioning and this is a factor to be reckoned with absolutely. The breakfast is good and complete.

Big, spacious hotel. Clean rooms, pool, cafes and shops within walking distance. The service is simple, everything you need. Massage, showers, some windows not even a bad look.

Reasonably priced. Breakfast starts at 7 so we missed it for 3 days because we needed toove early. Consider staying in Soo Rambuttri Street which has a nicer vibe than Khao San Road.

Excellent location. But in 4 nights, not repulsion, never the shampoo or the soap despite what we claim, in addition to forgetting a day of not making the fourth.

In BKK always liked to be controlled there is nothing better than to be on the roof in the pool.

Not the best value for money but could be worse. Was clean and right in the heart of khoasan road.

The hotel has good things and bad things. The service does not know English very well, was not too clean the room (in the bathroom had mold) And the service responsible for the daily cleaning of the room nor was anything of effort, until they stopped cleaning for two of the seven days that we have been. Otherwise it is comfortable, good breakfast and the best thing is the rooftop pool that gives you a great relief from the hot Bangkok.

Way too noisy at night, if only to take a room back out. Rooms are average, breakfast was not so great I would rather take a taxi to the fray and book something outside.

Nice clean rooms. Absolutely make sure to get one of the back rooms, otherwise until three o'clock in the morning noise from the street.

Flophouse! You can't even call this a hotel. Mildew Odor everywhere — penetrative, the air conditioner never cleaned, it runs not only Kakerlacken, but also rats around. Clean in the pictures, dirty in reality, completely indifferent and therefore unfriendly staff. The English is very poor. The Mattresses! Lying on the floor, the Kackerlacken more accessible. Perhaps relatively quietly, paid and ran away, for it was not to be held there. Is located directly on the loudest pedestrian street, where also some tuk — Tuks drive. If you're still worth it, keep away from this demeanor!

Hotel clean, rooms a little small but it is very convenient especially if in the evening looking for a lively neighborhood. The pool is really pretty. Good breakfast buffet, I recommend.

Great place for value. Khao San road is one of the most tourist attractions Street. It's comes to live at night. The hotel is in perfect location and people at the reception are really helpful, especially Duangphon. Provide great all you can eat breakfast.

Nice hotel! On the plus side it was pretty cheap and it is in a good location. Also it was quiet for a hotel in the middle of Khao San Road. The breakfast was okay. Not too much to choose from, but it was mostly fresh. Ate better, but also ate worse. Room service could have been better! One day they forgot us completely. And stuff was not always too friendly. I would come back here anyway.

Impossible to sleep in 'noisy' rooms with windows to Khao San road without earplugs. Even non noisy rooms are very noisy but it gets better around 2am. But awesome place if you want to party.

Dirty, very noisy, a lot of drunken foreign youth, which buzzes until the morning, but curious to see. Good breakfast buffet. Pool on the roof. Original, authentic performance of the rooms. Slippers and a toothbrush.

Overall if you've read the reviews you should know that there is lots of noise at night due to the night markets, so don't expect to sleep early if you want a good night's rest. The hotel rooms were clean, We stayed in a family room and booked in advance. Breakfast is provided but it is basic, better to go eat outside as there's tons of things to try around the area. It was definitely a good experience but I would recommend if you are staying here for more than a few days to go somewhere a little further from the market as the noise was quite overwhelming on some nights, the good part is that they lower down the noise around 12am. There is also a rooftop pool which is pretty neat.

… right at the beginning: If you are looking for peace, relaxation and wellness in Bangkok, you are definitely wrong here! … you wouldn't choose a mountain hut in the Alps if you want to use the days for club visits, shopping and big city flair!
However, if you are looking for accommodation that is right in the middle of the action and offers a perfect starting point for any activities in Bangkok — is the place to be!
Located right on Khao San Road (No. 1), it goes without saying that the noise level from 20am to 02am 00 is at the highest level and thousands of people celebrate on the street! … therefore, complaints about the "invading" noise are completely incomprehensible, as you should find out in advance at least a little bit where you want to settle in this metropolis!
For us, this property will be the perfect starting point for a wonderful stay in Bangkok next time!

Nice staff, pool, clean rooms, cheap, in the evenings far too noisy because Khao San Road is the party mile of Bangkok. Room staff are unfortunately late and sometimes not at all if you are not outside the room between 4pm. Breakfast is good as relatively much choice. The hotel is centrally located in Bangkok, so you can get to the sights on foot or cheaply by boat and therefore do not have to spend money on taxis.

Despite the room booked, it is extremely noisy at night. Even with Ohropax, I could barely sleep. Otherwise simple clean room.

Interesting rooms. The noise from the street is negligible, you can sleep quietly when on the street party. Very close to the Starbucks ☕. The breakfast is European, good. The rooms are clean, everything works. The pool and bar on the roof of the hotel, in the hot Bangkok there you can relax.

A mid-fancy hotel in a very crowded party-nightlife street. The swimming pool was great. If you are looking for party and you don't want to stay on an hostel this is the perfect place.

Beautiful roof terrace with pool, but the Khaosan Road is quite noisy around the clock and the Dang Derm is right in the middle of it.

It is on a street with lots of fun, if it is to go to relax better go to another hotel. If you fancy out of party are at the best site and also the pool is very well. It should be open overnight would be luxury.

Great location as the value for/prezzo… Surely if you want a bit of peace is the wrong area of town.

Great hotel. Everything is clean, the service is really good and an amazing Thai breakfast. Great for coming with your couple. Also its location is awesome since you can find and breath the Thai life on the street it is located.

A good first port of call for Bangkok …

Great value, excellent location for nightlife. Only problem some rooms could be a bit noisy because of the loud music coming from the streets.

The breakfast is bad. Just bread with egg omlete, salad, spaghetti with thai sãuce… no more choice. Noisy aircondition. No wardrobe in guestroom. It's difficult to control hot and cold water in bathroom.

Para Brasileiros. É o hotel mais caro da rua 90 reais por noite. Não aceita cartao, tudo é no dinheiro. Era o unico com elevador funcionando dos hoteis que visitei. O quarto do fundo nao tem barulho. Voce tem que deixar 50 reais de garantia. Tem um ATM na boca do hotel. O quarto tem água gratis. Quarto muito bom. Cafe da manha bom com pouca variedade, mas parece limpo. As atendentes falam ingles daquele jeito mas ajuda muito. Check out 12:00. Check in 13:00. Bem localizado.

Excellent, good value. Clean, well maintained and a great rooftop pool to get away from the chaos below. I would recommend you sneak you own beers up though.

Yes it's noisy! It's Khao San road, what can you expect! Good value gut the money, nice room, amazing rooftop area.

I would not recommend for Asia tourist, they have totally different service attitude to Asian Guest and non-Asian.

This hotel is terrible, the crew are so mean, they lyed about they missed an ash tray in a non smoking room, and wanted us to pay for it. When I checked in the girl in the counter was so mean and unprofessional, they don't even want to open the passport to the currect page. And they are racialism, Asian travellers shall avoid this hotel.

It's OK for an overnight stay. But for a longer stay to ensure that the room is not direction courtyard or street. Because of the noise in the night is unbearable. I was also ripped at 09:00 from sleep and asked at the reception, because I had not yet paid for the current day.
