Spacious rooms, comfortable linen and cable tv. The hotel offers great value for money. 1km from Tesco and On Nut BTS station, it offers 30 minute shuttle service to the mall.

The room big, new tv, clean bathroom, high quality, but the stuff was roud with us, theres one girl she never smile to us and when we ask to order taxi she refuse till we tell her where we want to go, and I think this private things to us to not telling it, the tuk-tuk drop u louts only, but they return vip gust from outside, can feel Racism there. The stuff before was good. I remember a guy from South Africa was soo much nice with us and give helps what he can.

Near bts (on nut station). And you can go by tuk tuk to get the bts from hotel (on of the facility). Good service. The room is nice and clean. A cozy place to stay in thailand.

This place was my first day during my Thailand visit. It's a little out of the way but it's close to shopping and public transportation. Very good price point and the staff is awesome. Try the fish and chips I loved it ate it practically everyday.

Nice place rooms ok daily cleaning, toktok to bts every 30 mins for free also return. Rooms are nice too balcony a little hot becuse of a. C. Fan views are ok.

Everything great except that you have to call tuktuk service. You have to call and make sure they come and pick you up, according to hotel info they go every 30 minutes and that's not working. Lot of inconviniance last time for me…

Very good and comfortable. The rooms are big with a patio. They dont serve breakfast but there's a restaurant down food easily available. If not, they provide shuttle service to the nearby Tesco. Been staying there many years if I am down to Bangkok. And safe too.

For an apartment, the amenities are poor. There's no microwave and they do not replace drinking glasses or cups; but only rise them in the room. Bed sheets are not replaced unless asked. I've stayed for 27 days and sheets were changed 3 times, only because I've asked for them to be changed. As for the front desk, a couple of them were professional and friendly. As for the other half, need to be more professional.

Absolute rip-off!
First of all, the location for this price is very poorly located … The offered shuttle service is not reliable and the staff very unkind!
The highlight of our stay came on the check out … We were prosecuted for stains of our bedding for which we could not! I still meant to my girlfriend look what dirty bedding we get … Was even so smart to record it via camera … 1500 baht they then wanted to rip off us after a long stripe when it was my girlfriend in the end and I were against 8 hozelemployees we gave way … Like a mafia … Absolute cheekiness … This hotel is not always available for nothing! Avoid this place … Insolence! For the same hotel you will find in Bangkok hotels that is better located with swimming pool and fitness!

Good if you need a economical, no frills, simple and neat hotel bit away from hustle bustle of busy streets of Bangkok. Friendly staff and very good food served via restaurant/cafe located inside the boundaries of hotel. 5 to 7 min walk from nearest BTS station OmNut.

Decent hotel, great neighborhood, felt very safe even walking around late at night. The pressure regulators don't work correctly, so the water pressure in the shower keeps surging stronger and weaker as other folks use their bathrooms.

Wonderful place to stay for those who want t take a break from busy BKK life and rest in spacious rooms of Chateau. Really recommend it.

Very nice and cozy hotel. The location is not very far from the Metro but there is a free shuttle to it.

We have stayed in a lot of hotels in Bangkok this hotel is the nicest for around $30/night. Rooms are very spacious, clean and with strong and fast internet. This is a great price for a hotel of this caliber. The hotel is in a great area and walking distance to the On Nut BTS station. If your feeling lazy they also have a Tuk Tuk every 30mins.

I started there for only 8 hours due to the early morning flight. Quiet place, clean and friendly stuff. Only downside is location not really walking friendly.

Very clean, nice location and great price. Located close to the BTS. Good bargain and the cafe in the front of the hotel is excellent.

Great hotel, modern clean and large rooms… Great bathrooms (compared to many other bkk hotels I have stayed) Its not in the most convenient location but they have a tuk tuk to take you to on nut bts every half hour til 10pm sometimes later if u ask. Theres a 7-11 about 6 minute walk opposite way to bts Andd good local food noodles and like wise next door to 7-11… The food served by room service is very tasty a little pricy for thailand but who can complain when they deliver food and beer to your room.

To far out of city difficult to get taxi back no swimming pool the reception phoned at 21.30pm telling us to keep the noise down we were not making any noise apart from a bit of laughter thought holidays were supposed to be fun.

Great staff & service. Location quite close to 'on nut' metro station. Comfortable stay. Bit overpriced but value for money! Cafe food is yumm.

Clean and good value hotel. Internet a bit slow and not much to do or eat within 15 minute walking distance.

A very nice n quite place 15 min walk from Suhkumvit main road. Theres a tennis count adjacent to the hotel. Cons after 10pm there are no way u can find a place to eat except u go 2 BTS stations away such ad Thong Lo. Rooms are super clean. Hallway. Elevator. Lobby. As well super clean!

The quality and service greater money I spent.
