Looking forward to staying for my third visit this December. Lovely atmosphere, homely, friendly, convenient for BTS station, 24 hour supermarket, eating and the spa upstairs. Breakfasts are super. Rooms amazing and very comfortable. I haven't had a room with a view, maybe next time. Great neighbourhood too. Must book up soon because the HoPJ seems to be very popular. Look forward to seeing you in December 2019 and January 2020. Xxx.

The rooms has so much creativity and immaculately clean with comfy beds. Also, the staffs are very polite and friendly as well.

If you are greeted so nicely on arrival you know that you are right and welcome.!
also in the organization of tours and the like, the staff are very helpful and committed.

Always our top place to stay in Bangkok, close to the river and Saphan Task in skytrain, amazing rooms and staff! We won't stay anywhere else. Too many pluses to mention!

I only had time to be there for a few days, but was a great experience.
I've stayed at many hotels/hostels over the years, and this was by far the BEST place of them all.
The rooms were great fun and individually decorated, very clean and comfortable. Probably the best sleep I've had in a long time.
I think my favorite part of my visit was the staff, especially Jan! She was incredibly sweet, accommodat…ing, helpful, gracious, welcoming, fun, and overall just a beautiful person! Also the staff in the Cafe were great as well.
When I come back to visit Bangkok, House Of Phraya Jasaen is where I'll stay everytime, without a doubt!

Avoid rooms near the elevator, lot of noise, people talk and door slams of the lift safety grill, I have asked to change the room but was told they have only one room of the type that I booked for, funky style, I was ready to downgrade just to have a quieter room instead despite I paid higher than normal price due to late booking, just a few TV channel working, but overall the hotel is nice and clean with comfy bed despite the room size.

Don't have sufficiant place to sit. Rooms are small and out of basic amenities. And King studio room is very small. No Muslim showers in toilets. Ver little food ariety available inside hotel. Towels are smelly, toilets are not properly closed from top. Staff is good help Full and friendly. Over hotel is clean.

The staff at Phraya Jasaen are among the nicest one can meet! We enjoyed staying in the "T-shirt room" and it was a great and quiet place to unwind, as contrasted with the constant stimuli of the city streets. Try their food, too; it's exceptionally good. It's easy to take the sky train from the nearby station, or the ferry, which is cheaper and a good way to get to Wat Pho, but it is much hotter and smellier than the sky train or the subway. Don't take directions from strangers, as they'll most likely send you on a tour of tuk-tuk scams. But do stay here.

Absolutely LOVED this place, Beautiful staff, clean comfy rooms, (We had the round bed room which is very comfy) Room serviced daily and fresh bottled water supplied, Close to 7/11, skytrain and Boat pier. I was actually sad to leave there yesterday after spending 2 weeks here. The staff are so helpful and friendly something not all hotels have these days, The owner is a friendly lovely man too. We most definitely will be back to stay as it’s just so handy to everywhere and the staff are exceptional, other higher class hotels could take lessons from the Paraya Jasaen staff!

Irresistibly charming, eclectic and eccentric. Clean, slick and modern! Aside from the service, the hotel is great. Sadly, I was not told by the staff that my toilet would be shared. While in the restroom, I heard my name called and a persistent and rude banging on the door. They called my name and insist I unlock the door. I repeatedly yelled “occupied” but the knocking and calling continued. I spoke to the manager, who politely upgraded my room. I told him I was upset because I specifically asked for a non-shared room. This should not include someone being able to walk in on me in my own bathroom through a bizarrely placed extra door, linked to an adjacent room. I turned out a member of the staff was the one harassing me when I was in the restroom. I am glad they upgraded me but I am still pretty shell shocked as to the strange behavior. I cannot wholeheartedly recommend the hotel due to those circumstances.

Friendliest, most helpful staff who made my stay so enjoyable! Such delightful decor added to the welcome home atmosphere. Everyone took an interest in tending to my needs with a genuine smile and respectful attitude. The sleepwear amenities provided were a delightful new experience for me. Laundry, spa and coffee shoppe in house had all the comforts of home. Outside street vendors offered all sorts of tasty treats too. I indeed felt like a very special guest who hopefully will return someday!

Fantastic budget accommodations a short walk to elevated rapid transit and the ferries that ply the river. The rooms aren’t very big but then how much time are you going to spend in it? The staff go above and beyond in their willingness to make your stay memorable. Conveniently there are an abundance of food vendors that set up on the street outside, so you only have to go as far as your appetite takes you. I would have given this hotel a full five star rating except that I never found any nearby bars to meet fellow travellers. All in all well worth the paltry cost.

Beautiful accommodation. The staff is super friendly, nice, lovely and speaks English! Price — performance is unbeatable. The Skytrain is in the immediate vicinity. Street food still and necessary right outside the door, just like a 7 eleven. Laundromat right next to it. Massage can be booked right here, at local prices. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Perfect hotel!

Good hotel. You pay a basic price but get much more than you expect. Only 5 minutes from Skytrain and ferry. We took the stylish 2-person bedroom which had a modern and trendy look. Staff is friendly, speaks good English. Would stay here again. Probably caters more to a 'young'-couples than a 5* or family crowd.

A boutique hotel that deserves two thumbs up! Only about 400 meters away from the Saphan Taksin BTS station and the main pier Sathorn / Central pier. Many food vendors in the day and night, and only a few steps from 7-11. Each room designed in a unique decor elements using a combination of old thai and modern elements. I live in mixed dorms with 4 beds. And that's the coolest dorm room that I've ever been! Dominated by white, room design a collection of quotations or words combined with a cool graffiti / mural and many facilities are suitably in the five-star hotel! On each bed there is a small TV, personal headphones, plug electricity and lights. For each guest is also provided pajamas, soap and shampoo, 2 bottle of mineral water as well as slippers and towels. Soft bed, clean and super comfy. In the room there is also a washtafel, a mirror, a large locker, telephone, hairdryer, electric jug and a large window. Sharing a toilet located outside the room. For non dorms rooms, toilet in each room. The owner also very nice.

Visited here for a cup of coffee, then this review will not cover all details. The layout looks Thais with floor seating on the mezzanine and the chairs form historic pieces. The long table on the basement fits for a group mingling. All the staffs are cheerful and welcome. The coffee, also sweets, test & price is reasonable. Totally recommended.

Booked to stay for 2 nights and stayed an extra one. Very curteous staff and very helpful: on our last day they allowed us to (a) leave our luggage (for the day and one piece for two weeks) (b) refresh ourselves in their spa area (c) hang around until our train left for Chiang Mai. The location is so handy with a Seven Eleven next door, street food stalls at your doorstep, a barber and massage parlour within 2 minutes walk! What's more, the BTS is 10 minutes walk away or you could grab a motorcycle, tuk tuk or taxi just a stone's throw away. No hesitation to book again. Not necessary for us but I should think lightsleepers may wish to ask for a room not above the road (if possible) /ear plugs.

Great atmosphere, been there for 3 nights and the service is very good for its price. Daily fresh towels and bottled mineral water. The staffs are also very helpful. Be advised not all the staffs understand English.

One of the finest hotel to stay in Bangkok, Highly neat and clean, most friendly staff and the owner :) 7-eleven is next door, HALAL food available just in front of hotel, BTS is 7-8mins walk so all very good. Highly recommended to stay in your next visit to Bangkok.

Amazing guesthouse/Hotel. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and clean. Daily room service with towels, fresh water, fresh linen etc. Powerful aircon. I love that our room (the bottle room) had so many individual lights! This was really cozy at night. Good Wi-Fi and helpful staff. Close to saphan taksin bts station and Chao phraya river boat taxi. 7 eleven and several food and fruit stalls as well as a pharmacy are just outside! We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

Good location for bts. Great themed rooms. And can do laundry. Next to 7 eleven and fried chicken street vendors if you're that sort of person.

Lovely new very modern and clean boutique hotel/hostel. We had double private room overlooking the street. Rooms a little small but functional with fridge and TV. 7/11 and street food in the same street. Easy 10 minute walk to ri er taxi and skytrain station. Staff and management very welcoming and friendly arrived strangers and left friends. Would stay again.

This is not just a hotel, this is your home in Bangkok. Fantastic location (close to the skytrain and the water-taxi) in the ancient heart of Bangkok. Friendly staff, helpful in any possible way. They also serve good food and great coffee…! Do not all go there when I am in Bangkok, to make sure that I have a room…!

Really can't say enough good things about this place. Super nice and helpful staff. Good location. Clean and efficient rooms with interesting decor and a dedicated massage staff on the 4th floor who are also incredibly nice. And washing/drying machines too. Don't forget the affordable price! Probably my best hotel so far in Bangkok.

We stayed at your incredibly beautiful establishment on September 5th, and we could not have been more pleased. As Americans traveling to Asia for the first time, we were very excited but also very exhausted from the longest travel we have ever attempted. Your accommodations were beyond anything we could have imagined: The man who check us in (Embeer? ) was very welcoming and helpful, The room (204) was more than comfortable, it was lavish, the Thai massage was equally lavish (and our first! ), even though we made some mistakes, the masseuses made us feel very welcome. Most of all we appreciate the owner (Ou? ), Rachel started to experience some ill feelings due to jet lag and his concern was absolutely heart warming. He let us rest in the massage room even though we had checked out and gave Brian information about a doctor close by. He then ordered us a taxi when we thought our Uber service was not working. Unfortunately, we were incorrect and our Uber showed up at the same time as the taxi he had ordered. Without a second thought he paid the taxi driver and helped us with our extremely heavy luggage to the Uber car and would not accept our reimbursement for the taxi. Everyone we met at House of Phrayajasaen was a delight. It’s hard to believe that anything could have been more beautiful than the house itself, but the employees were. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We can’t wait to come back.

Wow, absolutely top. I would recommend this hotel to everybody. The hotel is so nice and cute. The design is unique and something comletely different than other hotels. The food is good and you get here the best coffee in whole thailand.
The whole stuff is so lovely and they try to satisfy every wish.
The hotel is in a little street next to the main steet and just 5 min away from the BTS Sky Train station.
We would stay everytime in this hotel during our trip to bangkok. … We came as guests and left as friends.

A very nice, modern hotel with quite unique design. The location is a little bit off the main sites and difficult to reach by public transportation. The rooms are very small but have a very nice spatial concept, so you get all the stuff you need (TV, fridge, water kettle, hair dryer etc. ). The bath room was shared, but the other room wasn't booked. Wifi reception was good and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was not located at the main steet but a small side-street but it was sometimes a little loud, because the windows don't provide any acoustic insulation at all.

Nice interior design and friendly staff but uncomfortable… such as. Slippery floor, weak water pressure, doesn't right fit? water temperature controller, no ventilation fan in the toilet,,, even they didn't refill toilet paper! and the worst thing was terrible call taxi service. Before getting a taxi, I would consider to stay there again but now I really upset about their service especially called awful taxi.
