Decent hotel in a good location. Very close to railway station not that we used it. My girlfriend disliked that the shampoo was a 2 in 1 so the hotel doesn't provide conditioner so we had to buy some from 7-11 down the road.

Very nice hotel near the Q. House Lumpini. Breakfast here is very good with a variety of food selection from local dishes to western, and also some Japanese choices. They also have a small fitness center and a nice pool next to it. Hospitality of staffs here is amazing.

Excellent hotel close to Lumpini park is Bangkok. I stayed there for work at Q house which is a five minute walk. The breakfast spread is really good with several choices and lovely presentation. Room and bed were very good but there were a few hitches in the service… Wi-Fi didn't work till I called reception for a new password, the hot water took time to come. The reception sends up a person (who only speaks Thai) even when a simple query can be solved by giving instructions on the phone. Overall, a very good hotel which can improve its service efficiency.

Spacious, new and clean rooms and wonderful staff. Nice pool area. The executive lounge was a wonderful addition which I strongly recommend. There is a lot of constructions in the area but you cannot hear it inside the hotel. The only downside is that the road outside the hotel is extremely trafficked and at least the days we were there it was a strange smell in the area (I believe it to be from the sewer).

Modern, very nice hotel with great service. Location is very convenient to the MTR. The mattress on the bed could be slightly more comfortable, but otherwise had a great stay.

We book for 3 people 2 adult 1 children then we arrived and my sister dont have bed and they said that breakfast wasn't include, we have to pay 1200 thb at the counter, we ask for commercial gesture for the breakfast then they refuse it (200 thb) this hotel is overpriced and service is bad, I dont recommand it.

This is a great place to stay if you want the luxury life. Great location by subway and Lumpini park. 4 pieces of laundry a day was also awesome. This hotel had amazing breakfast and if you get the club lounge it has great snacks and drinks. We will definitely come back to this hotel, the staff was super friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Definitely recommend!

Very good location of the hotel. Near the park, Metro, shops.

The hotel is great. 24-hour room service, a swimming pool with views, metro stop next to it that makes it so you can go to the tourist center. It is located in Lumpini so you need to take metro, taxi, tuc tuc (if you want to save time) to visit the city.

Nice hotel with an interesting shower for couples. We were only here two days. But the connection with the train to the larger shops and downtown are very easy to reach.

Very nice hotel, with great rooms and a nice bar on the top floor. The rooms are a bit noisy, most of all if another guest is in the middle of the whirlpool anschmeißt.
Unfortunately we were not completely convinced of the service. We were at the concierge to give up a larger letter/small package. The solution was that we got the address from the next UPS station. On departure from the hotel by taxi it was not taken into consideration whether the driver had turned on the meter. Both things I would have expected at a 5 star hotel and the service claim.

Nice hotel and a nice promise with the jacuzzi in the room with a view of the city. We were sadly disappointed with the service as non-functional jacuzzi, leaks. Bed not comfortable and duvet at the end of life (foam missing in several places). Which is a pity for a room at this price in Thailand. The breakfast is OK with the choice of salty, Thai, Japanese and "Western". The staff are welcoming.

Location on the Metro is quite good, otherwise not the typical Bangkok, rather business district. Huge hotel, impersonal, noisy guests everywhere.
The lady in the Executive lounge, however, is very friendly, helpful and takes great care of her guests.

I must confess I had high expectations for this hotel when I booked 3 days in a Deluxe Room with my wife. Next to the Lumphini park, not far from the subway and a room in the last floor to get a full view of the landscape. We found an overall good hotel, that in the past was sure a high standard hotel, but today seems a little negected. You can see this in the details (old and broken furnitures) and in the cleaning (not always perfect). I also can't find an explanation for the high deposit fee policy of the Hotel, that needs 3 to 4 weeks to be refound by a Bank after the checkout. A refound with the credit card takes seconds. The personnel of the hotel was available and professional, also the lounge bar makes very good cocktails. The pool and gym area could be improved with little effort, but overall was a fine stay.

We got a nice upgrade to a suite on the 24 floor. The room was nice and large. There is a safety hazard with the bathroom window. This can be opened completely.
The service otherwise was very good. Breakfast is good average. The location is very good at the metro station. EinzigesWir forgot some things in the room which were supposedly not found. Then on a personal request it was checked again and we got everything back.

Relatively new hotel so amenities were in good working condition. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff conducted themselves professionally but only few could be considered friendly and hospitable.

Excellent service, the restaurant for breakfast is impeccable, lots of variety and freshness.

I stopped for a week in December 2017 with a five year old child.
From the Pros: 1) Walk to Lumpini Park with playgrounds 8 minutes.
2) The Shopping Center "Siam Paragon" with a lot of children's entertainment 60-70 baht per taxi, which will provide the hotel staff to the entrance.
3) The Staff is fluent in English, friendly, will help absolutely in all requests: print out any tickets and reservations, call the agency (where you need to speak Thai) and for you agree, sharpen colored pencils…
4) Rooms are clean, bedding is pleasant to the touch, after cleaning leave wishes in notes, flowers and beautifully wrapped candies.
Of the minuses: 1) The pool Area is not comfortable and not cozy. The Sun appears only in the afternoon, covering only 2 sunbeds, the water is cold.
2) The Area is dirty, it is not the fault of the hotel, but still felt.
3) I would like to reduce the price of breakfast (at least for children)

Great rooms, views and service. Valet, room service, and club benefits make it an excellent place to stay. Just a few minutes from a lot of attractions as well. Only issue is that the lobby was always packed with loud and rather rude guests. Typically had people smoking right in front of the doors with people trying to get into your taxi before youve got out. That's not necessary the hotels fault, just an observation. A few tweaks to some of the procedures could go a long way in helping keep the lobby experience more enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel quite close to the shopping centers. It has a good breakfast, amazing views, nice pool on the 9th floor and if you are lucky like us a free upgrade. We were upgraded to a suite with skyline view, a jacuzzi and a rotating TV that could be watched either on bed or in the bathroom. Also the room's size is massive, and the bathroom is also super big. This being said, beware, the hotel is at least 30 minutes away from the main sightseeing places, so for sure you will be stuck either taking Grabs, Ubers or taxis. The last ones usually trying to rip you off charging 3 times the normal amount, even when the hotel staff request them to use the taximeter.

The pool and fitness area Nekudyshnye, the plumbing is on the verge of self-destruction, but the service is gorgeous and the rooms are nice.

AETAS Lumpini was the best hotel in Bangkok that we could have chose for our honeymoon in Thailand.
The staff was always very polite and friendly, and they even had the chance to give us a small surprise in our room for this special occasion.
The swimming pool was perfect for an afternoon retreat and the breakfast was very complete.
Also, it's very close to a metro station — we only used it at the end of our stay, due to the fact that we were always taking excursions (there's A LOT to visit in this wonderful city).
We really recommend this hotel for a quality stay in Thailand.

The hotel is located quietly next to Lumpini park just before the entrance to Sathon road and within walking distance from the Silom (15 minutes’ walk) and Skytrain (MRT even closer). When you come to the hotel the staffs immediately help you with their luggage. The lobby is modern, bright and pleasant, and of intermediate size. The staff at the front desk and at the entrance is glad and service minded. Because I booked the Club room with access to the club lounge they offer early check-in if there is a possibility (priorities) and late check-out. Since I arrived early at 9 am, my room was not ready right away. I was shown up to the lounge, which is located at the top. Elevator up to the top floor and then walk 1 staircase. In the lounge, I was offered something to drink. I get access to the room short after. The lounge is nice, modern, more elegant than a café (as now many lounges are beginning to resemble) but not luxurious in the form of cozy furniture, large armchairs. There is also a terrace you can go out on, nice restrooms and a small space in a separate room with a sofa. In the bigger room where the buffe, severing take place it is tables and chairs. The lounge offers coffee, tea and soft drinks throughout the day. In the afternoon also serves pastries (afternoon tea). 2 hours in the evening they offer wine and cocktails and snacks in the form of simple sandwiches and Asian small dishes. The wine glasses are cooled which they should have credit for!

Close to the metro, good service, spectacular room.

Lots of complaints… The night we checked in a cockroach was in the bathroom (see photo of body smashed). Staff lied about being able to use the coupon until after I ordered. They didn't say it couldn't be used for room service despite it being the same restaurant name. Also the coupon as shown says nothing about not usable for room service. Then the Tom Yam soup wasn't hot. On top of that their staff can't speak English and I had to get room keys remade twice because they checked me out by accident.

Impressive Hotel but… some customs with women affected me, I was with my partner.

This hotel is incredible well priced for what you get. The staff are professional, warm and welcoming, whilst the rooms are immaculately clean, spacious and updated. Very good air conditioning. We had the second top floor, and there we excellent views over the city from a glass wall-like window. I have given four stars instead of five because they can improve by checking the taxis they call for you, to see whether they have a taxi meter. We ordered a taxi from the hotel — the doorman opened the taxi door and we got in. As the taxi departed I realised he had the taxi meter turned off, and the driver was asking an outrageous price. I managed to insist in a fair price, but it would have been better had the hotel have checked the driver was honest, especially for fresh tourists. Every other time the driver was honest however.

Good hotel, price-quality. Well located. We stayed in one of the large rooms type suite. Good breakfast and good facilities. Has a mini gym, sauna and swimming pool on the 9th floor. Restaurant, cafeteria.

Nothing much to look at. The hotel is functional and clean. The lobby is sterile, with very simple decoration. The room was comfortable but being right next to the highway it is quite noisy at night, even though we were on a high floor. (21st) The morning daily buffet is simple, but again practical. The swimming pool is on the 9th floor, quite small but again functional. The gym is extremely small. (half the size of the hotel room) Staff is very friendly and efficient. The hotel is very near the MRT, but it is not connected so be prepared to get wet when it rains.

Superb hotel. Staff are all competent, tall and have excellent English. Gave us a nicer room since they saw we had a baby. Room had awesome bed, pillows and sheets. Awesome layout and view, great bathroom… even the free fruit were good and the complimentary waters were in glass bottles. Breakfast was decent as well.

Great Hotel in the center of Bangkok. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are spacious, modern and very tidy.

The hotel is very good, but the location not to much, if you are traveling for business its ok, if you are traveling vacation its so far, and you must to takea tuktuk to go to down tow… its a little complicated.

The hotel is really nice. All the help speak some English. It does seem that everyone staying in the hotel was on some tour package though. Why only 3 stars? The neighborhood isn't that good. There are much better hotels in better areas of BKK than this one. But if you're booking a tour there's nothing wrong with this hotel.

Really nice hotel, very luxurious. I dont know the real price since it came included in my travel package but the package was pretty cheap anyway for such a nice hotel. The only thing is that the bar is kind of expensive, but you probably want to get around bangkok anyway.

Aetas Lumpini is a nice hotel with lots of amenities. It has a beautiful hotel pool, a bar, a restaurant, a gym, and free Wi-Fi. The room was spacious and clean and the service was excellent. The hotel's location is perfect — it's right near lots of street food and shopping, not far from Lumpini Park, and it's a good central location to go elsewhere in Bangkok.
