Very convenient location just 1 min walk to sky train station and great access to BBK's major shopping areas. A clean and comfortable place to stay, with good service from professional and friendly staff. Its restaurant and spa are also really nice! Recommended! ❤

The hotel is clean and residence where we stayed aswell. Staff very frienfly and helpful. Convenient for national bts services and national sky train 3 minute walk. With 7-11 stores and mcdonalds. MBK shopping centre abit further walk away. Food in bcde resturant very nice. All in all 10/10

Amazing accommodation, close to everything. Everyone friendly and welcoming. Worth the money you pay. Had a massage at Kiriya spa yes it is pricey but you get what you paid for. If you want a cheep one there is a massage over the road, but you get what you pay for their. Happy hour is 2-4 at the pool bar which is really nice as 7/11 wont sell alcohol between 2-5. Breakfast I would recommend so much variety and is amazing. The meals at the hotel are also amazing. I can not fa…ult anything at all with this hotel

Hotel in center of everything. Walkable distance from 2 metro station, well connected. Friendly staff, well maintained place. Rooms are spacious and neatly maintained. Swimming pool and bar area, in evening, is a must visit. I booked hotel from hotel website and got extra discounts.

Is the second stay is LIT Bangkok residence, the room is still spacious, especially like its kitchen ware complete, but because the floor is not high so there is no view, and the building next to it is too close to long-term closing curtains feel not open enough; Although the swimming pool is not small but still comfortable, but also can use THE LIT BANGKOK HOTEL pool, this is very good, the hotel is located in the inner street, access should pay attention to driving, because the street is not wide, the hotel near the massage parlour also has a restaurant, in the morning there are some authentic food stalls and a small street there are 7-11, From the hotel to BTS station does not take 5 minutes away, very convenient;

Good clean hotel with nice breakfast buffet. Pools also very pleasant. Have to say some of the front desk staff were more helpful than others. Overall right in the heart of the action.

We ordered 2 numbers from 13:07 to 16.07.18 Before making an order, we looked through photos and advertising films of the hotel Lit and rooms. We really liked your advertisement. We got the rooms and were shocked by the difference that was noticed. The rooms are very small and not comfortable. There is no room for suitcases, and they occupy almost the entire space. There is no place to put things. There are no cabinets with shelves. The room has a very narrow passage and there is no balcony. The design does not correspond to the advertisement. In the bathroom there is also no place for toiletry. And also hang and dry things after the pool. We have three children. This is not a very convenient option. The pool is the same old and not attractive it needs repair. The big difference between advertising. Breakfasts are disgusting and we did not even go for them. We wrote a complaint and received an answer. To change rooms refused said that they will contact us. Nobody checked our complaint and did not contact us. Vacation was spoiled. We do not recommend this hotel. Very bad! Tali Bitonsemanov.

Great location. Close to train stations but tucked away just enough. Amenities were fair. The internet went out a bit but was expected in this area. Tip: There is a lady on the corner who sells the best soup!

I'm still staying here, have just had an amazing dinner. Our room is one of the nicest I've stayed in, and I have stayed in some very nice (read pricey) hotels around the world… Would highly recommend to anyone who cares about my opinion… However few they may be.

Wow this hotel was extremely pleasant to stay in! My room was less like a room and more like a one bedroom apartment. Big bathroom with bath, shower toilet. Living room and kitchen combined. Even a washing machine! Staff were friendly, room was clean, and the pool was nice too! Theres two little islands for sunbathing directly above the pool. It was very quiet just my girlfriend and myself who were there. Location is ideal too, right next to national stadium BTS. Price was fair for what you you. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that weren't as good as this one. Highly recommended.

This is a nice hotel. Center of Bangkok city. Can travel around city by skytrain or walking around this area has manythings to do. And the hotel is nice, five star room and service.

My wife and l spent 8 days at this fantastic hotel. From the first day to the last, the staff and management were friendly, kind and extremely helpful. Our room was comfortable and the hotel facilities were excellent. The buffet breakfast had a good variety on offer and the dinner menu had a great selection as well. Good prices too. It is in walking distance to the major shopping centres (MBK) and other attractions such as Jim Thompsons House.

We lived here for five days, I have chosen not to need room service brand, fourth day early in the morning seven o'clock on the phone to the room to ask if there is room service, seven points? We were all asleep at the time! Feel not respected! And that afternoon back to the hotel when the room card authority was canceled (the first three days can also brush) let just participate in the water festival is drenched in our body, but also to the counter to open the authority, is not very pleasant experience! I would only give a star if the porter at the door was friendly.

Lovely hotel very friendly staff. Warm and welcoming. My only issue is with pools. One to small hardly any beds. The 2nd you have to walk around the side and back of hotel to another hotel to share their pool. Again small no sun as shaded.

Nice hotel. It is good for family trip and stay there. But not suitable for business trip purpose. Wi-Fi is slow and desk is small.

Service members always have smiles on their lips and speak great English. The interior is modern and everything looks very new and elegant. I highly recommend the hotel!

Correct. A little pricey for the service: No breakfast and bright room all night since the curtains do not obscure it. But quiet and clean.

Great reception! Good quality services, good location, 5min from 2 shopping malls, right next to the Skywalker train stop National Stadium. We had a room in the residence, clean and spacious bigger than a studio! Large fridge and washing machine in the room. There is also a massage parlor right in front!

Very uncourteous girls in the hotel call center! Rented an apartment where there should be wine glasses. They were not found. At 9pm, I called the reception, please bring the glasses. The young lady began to tell something actively (the text I did not understand, something about late was), glasses never saw, until she went down to the bar and just did not ask the bartender to borrow them. He is not obliged to give glasses, but gave. Thank you. For a hotel of this level-a similar attitude to the guests-is unacceptable! The room was… To the round-the-clock construction! I think that in such rooms payment should be at a discount.

Noble Hotel. For the one night I was there, a far too luxurious apartment. Unfortunately I could not use the pool and sauna. But was otherwise top. Also no noise from the nearby main road.

Comfortable Hotel in the center of Bangkok, next to MBK.

I liked very much my room, it was very clean and spacious; employees are amazing, very helpful, polite and respectful, but the room service is not what you expect from a 5 stars hotel. In the morning after I left the room, they came, set the bed, clean the trash, washed the glasses but they didn't put them away, or folded the hand towel, the shower may or the robe or washed the tub … But that can be improved easily. Breakfast is ok, nothing special, they can improve the fruit offer and the pancake size.

Location of the hotel was good. Room is very clean, of a decent size and breakfast was good. Service was average though, nothing exceptional.

Pro: Fantastic room and breakfast. 4 star Con: Receptionists are unfriendly, have an attitude “I don’t care — customer comes anyway”. Not worth a five star hotel — disappointing for Thai standards. 1 star.

Not bad. Good location. Front desk lady bitchy at check-in. No queen or king bed so we stuck with two twin beds. Shower stall nice, no bathtub… Giving this hotel 6/10

The hotel is new, elegant and modern, the rooms are very spacious, beautiful and comfortable. We stayed in a wonderful two room suite that has a fully equipped kitchenette and a laundry machine. There are two pools, and we loved the breakfast. The hotel is very comfortably located near the sky train and the MBK, and from there the Siam center is very near. There is a 7-11 near by and a main road to take taxi or tuk tuk. The hotel staff is most kind and helpful. They helped us with tickets, maps and transportation. I would most recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very centrally located a few hundred yards from MBK shopping mall and the train station.
Situated on a quiet side street leading to the main road.
What a stunning building from the outside but when you get inside its looks even better
Bedrooms are modern and quint and bed is so comfortable
Breakfast so nice and staff is so helpful. I had a bad knee and while coming back from hospital getting off a taxi, I nearly fall over walking with pain, but the doorman run towards me to catch me and help me to the front door.

Exciting Design, Great and Thoughtful Service, and Great Location! The Hotel is so beautiful, I can't wait to be back again! The staff here really ensure that you are being taken care of. For example, on my way back to the airport the taxi driver wanted to charge us additional and even take the slower route at first in spite of what was agreed on. I called the hotel staff to check, and not only did they confirm what was agreed on, she requested to speak with the driver to help me sort it out. I couldn't understand what was being spoken, but from the taxi driver's tone I can tell that the taxi driver took a little bit of convincing before agreeing not to try to charge us more. Really thankful to the hotel staff!

Great hotel and staff, appreciated the lovely room. And the late checkout. The highlight was the room and the staff. But sorry to say the worse breakfast we had.

Excellent self contained room, close to the shopping malls and BTS.

There are the hotel and the residence. We had taken up residence, apartments completely equipped with all the services of a hotel. The situation is perfect. The staff is very dedicated and smiling, Milk, breakfast host is friendly and always available.
The only thing that does not work as it should is the Wi — Fi which cuts from time to time. It's annoying but not annoying.
I highly recommend this place.

Great location for shopping. Pretty close to skytrain and malls. In a quieter neighborhood and fun place.

As nice as the hotel was and as great of a location as it was, I didn't like it. Besides it being newly built (Residence), everything else was disappointing. Pool was not heated nor kid friendly. Breakfast was nice but seats were limited. Gym was being renovated. Washer and dryer (all in one) had no English instructions so it was hard to work with. Internet can only be used with one technology at a time. Hotel services was not the greatest. Staffs were not always as helpful or eager to help. Maids kept taking towels, but won't replace them so we had to keep asking for towels almost every day. It's a good place to sleep at night, but would rather spend my money else where for a better stay.

Family room is nice and spacious.

Nicely decorated with a very modern style. Great breakfast (get the pancakes and French toasts! ), excellent central location but away from the noise.
