Location, safety and cleanliness are the three things that I look for in a hotel when I travel abroad. K Maison exceeds these qualities in every way. However, the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. It's the best boutique hotel that I've resided in Asia. The hotel rooms are extremely well appointed, including virtually everything one needs for a restful stay. My favorite room is the Marble Suite. You'll really experience the "supreme luxurious urban lifestyle" when you stay there over night. The interior design blends oriental decadence with Thai modernity. If you're hungry, they have a restaurant called "Kay's Boutique Breakfast" across the hotel. Not much to say — just see their reviews. I've been here a few times already, so I owe this place a well-deserved review. Worth every penny for both the service and location. Everything is good (space, cleanliness, amenities, location, staff) except for the Wifi that not available most of the time.

Room is smaller than in pictures, although it is a beautiful little hotel with great decor. Room corners are not exactly clean (hairs found upon check in & left there for the next few days during my stay). One thing that I really like is the friendly of staff and helpfulness that they offer. A suggestion here: more hooks in the room & bathroom to hang clothes.

When looking for a good hotel in Bangkok at reasonable prices, I appeared many, I chose this hotel for the review that the rest of the customers gave to the location and cleanliness, so I totally agree, they also have a very friendly staff, from the guy who put the bags up to the receptionist, they are all very sweet men and willing, they ask you for a taxi, they give you directions and always with a smile. I didn't know what a boutique hotel was until I met this one, and I find it a very interesting concept of hotel. Recommended

When I looked for a good hotel in Bangkok at reasonable prices, I was found a much of this, I chose this hotel because of the assessment that the rest of the clients gave the best location and cleanliness, with which I totally agree, in addition they have a very good staff of workers, since the boy that goes up the baggage to the receptionist, they are all very sweet men and with good disposition, they ask for a taxi, they give you directions and always with a smile. I've ever knew a boutique hotel before this and it seems to me a very interesting hotel concept.

Because chic hotel with reasonably priced comfortable spa services. Only complain is that there's no elevator and my room is on third floor but that's manageable :)

Very friendly staff, impressive design, really clean. Tucked away in an alley and we really enjoyed the street food a few steps away from the entrance.

Price is reasonable, but I would emphasis to it’s nearby (just around the corner) street food, convenient store (7-11 and Tesco), cafe. The hotel is clean, bright, and comfortable. Front desk is friendly and breakfast is good. Some more massage is just beside the hotel, what’s else you need?

My family and I spent 3 nights at K Maison Hotel and I’m very excited to share my review: The overall stay was very comfortable and the service was top notch. Upon check in, they welcomed us warmly and we were served local beverages; my first impression of the hotel was that it was beautifully decorated with an oriental theme and that the receptionist and workers were very professional. Their rooms and toilets were very comfortable and well decorated as well, we had no troubles sleeping and staying at all. If you’re planning a visit to Bangkok, I would definitely recommend this award winning hotel — K Maison.

Internet didn’t work in the room. We asked staff at reception and they said they would take care of it. Nothing happen, so we called reception and after explaining something impossible to understand they hanged up on us, which was very rude. The staff was not helpful at all and internet never worked in the room. Rooms are fine, small but comfortable. No lift in the hotel, and the hotel is located at an alley. Breakfast is the best part of the stay.

Cute and comfortable boutique hotel in a nice area with lots of restaurants, cafes and shopping within walking distance. The BTS/Skytrain has a stop only a few minutes away by foot and there's a lovely little park just down the street. The rooms are small but comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located just down an alley so you're close to everything along the main street without all the noise or immediate foot traffic passing by.

Awesome boutique hotel, clean and organized. Great service and staff were really helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and nice, with smart TV in the room. Location was near major shopping district siam. Many places around the area such as massage and mookata and near bts and airport mrt line.

1st time stay in K Maision, its a boutique hotel with a group of friendly n helpful staff. Specially Tommy he will keep his smiling face all the while. The room is clean, air cond is cold enough. The most we like is the breakfast just opposite the hotel, the environment is good n the breakfast is excellent. We will come back again for sure.

Design and room size is good enough for 2. But the stairs to level 4, tiring after a shopping day. Price is about high for this room and location.

We stayed here for 2 nights before we went back home. The room was great! Probably the only place in Thailand that we stayed where you get conditioner! You also have English TV which is nice if you need something for 20 minutes before bed. The breakfast is at their boutique restaurant across the street and is overpriced. We instead just at a stall in the street and it was delicious! There are many 7-11's around too.

With the same price, I could stay much better hotel (better location, better view, better facility and better service)

Stayed here for 3 nights. Wonderful interior and exterior. Very zen, Japanese-style from decors to furniture. Staff is an icing of the cake. Very gentle, hospitable and accommodating. Tommy is a wonderful and chiq staff. Hope to see you again.

Very nice hotel. Good location Near subway and train to the airport on foot. Breakfast in a gourmet supplement.

The bed in my room is so good, had a nice sleep here. Staff is polite and service is great too. Plus it's very quiet in the alley and there is a Tesco shop around the corner.

Clean hotel, excellent service! I love the little elements of design in this hotel. Breakfast portion is adequate, with a choice of eggs and sweet (ie pancakes, French toast) and a small buffet of breads, salad and drinks. Many local street food stalls just outside, with amenities like 7-11 also very close by. Very pleasant experience. The only thing not too good about this is the location. It's Abit far from the local metro or BTS. However I was travelling alone and the motorbike taxis were more than sufficient.
