Thankyou, rooms and service was very good.

A clean well maintained place. Room is nicely decorated and is large, though definitely not spacious. Nice bathroom and good view over the city. Breakfast is good. Not only European orientated, but the breakfast also offers Thai, Chinese and Indian dishes. Marvel is on a good location. It is easy to get to other parts of Bangkok.

I'm sorry that I had to give 2 stars for this hotel. I'll start from the good things: the employees are very friendly and able to speak English, there's a fitness center and a swimming pool, and the bed is pretty comfortable. When I came, I saw alcohol and a pack of condom directly on top of the cupboard. So, heads up for those who have kids. The Wi-Fi is really bad! The breakfast is okay, but not fancy and delicious. Around the hotel are various restaurant, however for those who have kids, it's not recommended to bring them further from the hotel. There are lots of bars, and I would assume a place for prostitution, as well. The interior from hotel itself seems old and I've found a couple of stains on the bathroom. For a short trip or business trip, I guess this hotel is okay to stay at. But, not recommended as a holiday hotel, especially if you bring your family.

This place was clean and the room service was good at a reasonable price. However, the Wi-Fi was so bad that I could not sent messages at night time. I had to wake up early to use Wi-Fi. The staff also had a hard time managing the sound levels. There were a couple of nights that I could not sleep because other guests were being so loud. I called the front desk for help but they were not able to address it. The loud guests continued to keep me up for over 2 hours.

I stayed in Marvel Hotel Bangkok in 2015. In all, it was a bit mixed experience. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the market, u can go anywhere very easily. Breakfast was not so good. It lacked Muslim food as well. I had to ate jam and toast only. Breakfast menu should be more improved. The service was very good and they did their best to help out with everything. The staff was friendly too. Room was good, interior was nice as well. But washroom was looking bit old. And the space of the room and washroom was so short. The pool was also not big. Overall I liked the hotel and would recommend it for a stay in Bangkok. But dont go for breakfast.

Good hotel for staying surrounded by Indian food restaurants.

Absolutely marvellous. The staffs are super friendly and they have rapid service. Ambience is mesmerizing. This hotel is located in the prime location. Almost all the major places to visit in Bangkok is close by from here. Best place to stay if you are planning your next trip to Bangkok.

Good location but bit far from markets/ room services could be more moderate.

Staff is very bad and they STEAL STUFF, the receptionist doesn’t understand English and is very RACIST. Rooms are filthy and dirty. Everything is broken and unhygienic. The staff steals if you leave your luggage at the reception. Later they deny and laugh behind your back. The worst hotel you can book. Toilet is very dirty. Housekeeping is worse they don’t give you extra towels also. And if you say anything just shout at you. Never book this hotel. My thin friend almost went inside the bed and got suffocated.

Nice hotel, Good service staff always ready to help in one call, Good location in Sukhumvit Road, Nearby to all good shopping malls. Good for Indians as lot many Indian restaurants available right from hotel compound. Room sizes are small but they are well interiored to occupy all your stuffs and provides you everything you needed to have comfortable stay.

Rude staff. Stole our bottle of alcohol. Very racist. Rooms aren't good and bathrooms are small. My fat friend couldn't fit in the bathroom.

A place perfectly place within th market, keeping everything within a walking range. Its nearby hotels like Marriot and other make this area a better one. Emporio Mall is also nearby and there are numerous thai massage parlours nearby. It also have an amazing buffet which you can jump upon after a quick bath in the swimming pool. If you want to have a feel of outskirts or aomthing like out of the city ambience you should go with other option then.

Nice location in Sukhumvit, but rooms are bit small in size, service is good. It's near to Asok sky train station. Sky train is easier & cheapest means to reach many places in Bangkok.

Located in heart of the city, nice ambience and amenities like bar, restaurant, swimming pool. Price is reasonable good service and morning breakfast also nice.

Rooms need to be re-furnished buffet breakfast is very poor quality. towels to be replaced. tv also need to be replaced don't want to visit this hotel again.

Hotel is located is good location, only there are lot of massage parlous. Room are good, Swimming pool is also not bad. Breakfast menus should be changed. Wi-Fi will not connect & if connected the speed of the Wi-Fi is very slow Overall I had a okay experience.

Very small rooms, it starts and ends in just 4 steps. Smallest Bathroom ever seen. Hotel Interior is very old. TVs are still of 80s having only 26 channels. Indian food is not available in hotel, not even good for Breakfast. You will find Mosquitoes and Flys all where. Carpet stinks. Staff is rude. Only positive point is it is located centrally, a well known area.

Good hotel but a very old hotel with minimal features like no proper TV and even the power points were not working but good and easy location in the city.

The breakfast was really good. As a vegetarian I really appreciated the choices. The service was very good and they did their best to help out with everything. We booked the hotel because of the pool, but unfortunately it was under maintenance. The manager got us access to another hotels pool, so that we got to swim every day. It was very considerate and good service. The staff was friendly. Child friendly hotel.

Horrible experience at this hotel. Got to hotel and it looked good from the outside but as soon as we got in the elevator I noticed how cramped the elevator was. When I got to my floor the carpets in the hallway were from when the hotel was first built. They were so dated I knew I was in for a shock when I enter the room. I got in the room and noticed the same type of old carpet with a gross smell. The room was very tiny with furniture that was falling apart. The bathroom was so disgusting that I barely used it. The taps and the shower head was not working properly plus the toilet and bathtub were so close that you can not move around in the bathroom without touching the walls. Absolutely terrible hotel! Not sure how it is listed as a 4 star, more like a motel than a hotel!

The hotel interiors seemed a bit old and tired. Also encountered a worm in their toilet, which was scary! We had booked via our tour operator so I am not sure of the exact prices, but from what I can see in the websites, the prices are fair. It's close to 2 metro stations (Asok and Phom Pheng) and opposite to Marriott. The location is an alley, but very close to the main road. The location is really good. Indian restaurant is right next to the entrance (for people who are looking for veg food)

This place is really bad. The hallway stinks of a weird smell. The room carpet also is pretty old and smells bad. The pictures show it to be a 3 star hotel, but there are analog switches and a 1980s TV. So you can imagine. If you have an option, never opt to stay here. It gives you a feeling that you are in some village and not in Bangkok.

Stayed in Marvel Bangkok in July 2016. The staff is very friendly, rooms are nice and comfy, ambience is great. Pool was small, Breakfast was not good and lacked Muslim food as well, had to rely on jam and toast only. Overall liked it and would recommend it for a stay in Bangkok but don't go for breakfast.

Rooms were cozy and well maintained. Breakfast was on the side of little less choices. Staff are very cooperative and friendly. Nice place.

A Three and Half star Hotel with best services compared with the tariff. @ 2200 Thai BHAT I believe its good deal in that area. Best part the staff are helpful and always smiling. Rooms are bot old but still I its in good conditions.

Great, big, conditioned room with a bath. Breakfast was delicious and lots of vegetarian dishes. The staff is nice and smiley. They had a bit slow internet in the rooms, but good one at the comfy lobby. Close to the BTS. Nice swimming pool and cool fitness room. Thank you for a comfortable weekends.

You get what you pay for in Bangkok. I would normally give a room of this size and quality 3 stars (for Bangkok) but they lose one star for the room still having belongings of the previous guest in it, and another star because they tried to charge me because my towel had hair dye on it. Suggested next time they try doing their laundry with hot water and detergent — I'm now a bit nervous about their towels and bedding since they clearly are not using either!

Room smelt, very smelly, dirty rooms and bathrooms, couldn't sleep because of smell, hardly any internet, I FOUND A HAIR IN MY FOOD, bad food bad customer service, they don't treat you like humans here, they don't know how to look after there hotel, the owner needs to change ASAP the place is falling apart tiles, saggy ceiling ect I would not be surprised if the building fell most over rated hotel.

Normal hotel, but. On the 7th floor in room unpleasant smell, cockroaches. Moved to 14th floor all good. Breakfast is not advised, for 200 baht weakly. There is a lot of food.
