Beautiful hotel. Large room and great breakfast buffet and lots of warm hospitality and smiles.

Right next to patpong night market. Friendly service.

We expected to find a dated but lovely, clean, welcoming hotel with Thai atmosphere. Instead it is dated in an unpleasant way, which give the idea of worn and unclean. Lobby smells damp, luckily not the rooms. Cmq also these are unattractive, spartan and with noisy condition area. Breakfast was 8th per person, dear so we didn't take it. In our bathroom the bathtub/shower had exhaust problems, that is, the closure of the tub did not work well and did not drain the water while remaining closed. In our opinion it was simply to fix the knoto that closed the drain, so nothing complicated but for two days this was not solved.
Positives: the pool, small but suggestive (especially in the evening) ; Location.
If it was a 30/35-dollar place, it'd be fine too. Paying almost 50 without breakfast, it doesn't have good value.

Having traveled to 90-countries, I am as seasoned a traveler as there is. In this context, I am happy to report that the couple of times I stayed at the Siam Heritage, the service was impecable. I credit management for having trained the staff to be very detail-oriented. Working with a general, aim-to-please attitude, I was always treated with utmost respect and a friendly attitude … but what most impressed me the most was the desire to go the extra mile in accommodating each of my requests. Whether I asked about beaches for trips to the south, or elephant camps to the north; vegan/vegetarian restaurants or places to get a massage; places to buy jewelry; or places to buy Thai silk, I was always given an outstanding recommendation that was tailored to my needs, along with one or two back-up choices, from which I could make an educated decision! Because I am quite demanding, I was pleasantly surprised to experience the professional level of service that I received at the Siam Heritage. In addition to the fine service, I also enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool; the tasty food at the hotel; the cleanliness of the room; and the central location of the hotel. I am a satisfied guest and am happy to spread the good news about this gem of a hotel.

From check-in to check-out this place was brilliant! Staff were polite, friendly and always eager to assist. The room was well maintained and of a high standard of cleanliness (requests for additional soap, shampoo, towels etc were dealt with promptly). The buffet breakfast was exceptional value-for-money and the chef was ever attentive. Location was handy for BTS Saladang and taxis were always available (would recommend using the House Security staff to negotiate a price prior to getting into any taxi). All-in-all, EXCELLENT!

Beautiful and very clean place, staff was very helpful, not one problem at all. The pool was good aswell.

Great staff from reception to breakfasts. Large room well decorated. Excellent location near subway and night markets. We just got a little bit unlucky because our room was noisy because of the exaustion of other fooms ans neighbours. Recommended.

When I go to Bangkok — then only to the "Siam Heritage". Best rooms and service. Very nice staff.

Best value for money in the area. Very clean and staff were attentive and polite.

Also, if the room has a better dehumidification opportunity, a toothbrush will be better; bath supplies are not good to use, preferably with their own. Outside is the weathering area, very convenient!

Had a superior room on the 5th floor. Unfortunately very musty and the window had the view to a wall that was in double arm's length. Air conditioning very noisy. Nice terrace on the 9th floor and Super Central location. For 1-2 days OK, but for a similar price there are clearly better rooms.

This hotel is perfectly located for those who wish to stay in the Silom area and enjoy the nightlife of Patpong. It is typical Thai style, the staff is friendly is welcoming. Our room overlooking the west side, was spacious, clean and quiet. The bedding in the king-size bed was of very good quality. Drinks were available for payment in a small clean refrigerator. The air conditioning emitted an acceptable noise. A superb swimming pool is located on the roof of the building in a green setting.

Perfect location for you into a night life. Their spa can provide a good massage therapy. But the hygienic of room needs to be improved and pretty noisy.

Dimly lit, the decorations are terrible, the worst is to live two days, first day shower hot and cold asked to change the room the next day and shower suddenly suddenly small, no toothbrush, towels have a smell, snacks are for the money but next to it there is no menu.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Also the bathroom is very clean, of course there are signs of use. Breakfast is served nicely, egg is freshly prepared. Different choice of bread and typical Asian also hot dishes. Different kinds of fruit. Top so it should be. On the top floor there is a pool and a bar. Spa and fitness room is also on top.

My 2nd stint in Siam inheritance and again this time, I do not regret it. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is full and the food is good. The place is quiet and peaceful.
Hotel very well located for nightlife, but also to visit Bangkok.

Hotel very well located, near the BTS and the Night Walk of Patpong. Clean and pleasant room. Attention Service. The breakfast is not varied and the service stops at 10 o'clock. The pool on the roof is very agraeable.

2.5 star hotel. 3rd world for sure. Perfect location, next to the Patpong Night Market. Acceptable.

I really like this place. I have been here twice now and feel there is value here. The rooms are rustic (not old). The food is great. My only issue is the shower curtain in these units should be upgraded to sliding doors. Be prepared for water on the floor. To be clear though I really like this place.

Great hotel located in central Bangkok Great base for shopping, night market with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Good value and a superb breakfast option.

Pleasant Hotel in a Central location. Especially nice is the roof terrace with a Pool and a Bar, where you can also dine in the Beach Look really good.

High cost performance accommodation in the city center of Bangkok. Just few minutes walk from Patpong area. Very convenient for shopping night life, massage and eating. Only 10min wall from BTS station where you can reach from Svanapumi airport within 90 minutes. The breakfast offers American and Thai. I feel the Green curry offered at Breakfast is the most delicious for me. It cooked to meet non Thai people without pakchee and prick. It contains fish squid pork chicken shrimp.

It was OK for sightseeing in bangkok, clean, very friendly, quiet in the room despite street location…

Nice affordable hotel in the heart of silom surawong. Just minutes walk to patpong night Market. I've recommended countless friends visiting Bangkok to this hotel in the past 2 years.

Nice. Cute. Stylish. Friendly staff. Location is great. Why not 5 stars… the window didn't lock. The safe was not bolted to anything. Kinda scary. Usually the safe is at least bolted to some wood shelving. Not that it make it impossible to steal it. But, at least it feel a bit safer.

Nice and spacious rooms in a hotel in old Thai theme. The pricing is good and location alright, right next door to a dodgy night market, if that's your thing. I found it to be a long walk from the skyrail station. Overall there room was nice, nothing extraordinary. The bed was clean and reasonably comfortable. The shower was clean. The pool was very tiny. I had breakfast at a street stall right next door, which was awesome. All in all I had a good stay. I don't like the locality at all, but the hotel is good.

First, I have to say the room was descent and really big for a room in Thailanand and overall customer service was friendly. However, this is not why I am giving it a 1 star. They charged our credit card for room repairs after we checked out of the hotel and had everything okayed by their staff. The only thing I can think of is the air conditioner had a huge leak and had water everywhere. We let them know about this when we were leaving and they said it was okay. We have contacted them by email several times and they wont respond. I know it is a valid email because they confirmed our checkin and request on the same email. This is a hotel that will take bits of money from you here and there so that you don't notice it, but after a while it can add up. I would not trust them with any kind of card. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY! its not worth the hassle of what they will charge to you. (on a side note we prepaid for everything and they still needed our card again)

Ive had the pleasurable experience of staying at this establishment twice towards the end of last year, on both occasions I was made to feel like I was at home, the staff are so friendly and the service is exceptional, it is a small place, rooms are nice and big and the food there is to die for, I could not recommend this place highley enough.

You'll get what you pay for on the facilities. But the service attitude is really excellent! Very cheerful and enjoyable stay there.

Good hotel. Fantastic location.

Stayed a week here, very nice rooms, good service. The pool is wonderful and there is a sitting porch on the street where you can take your coffee and watch the activities on the street. I will return here.
