Smaller rooms than expected. No way 22 square meters!

Nice staff, clean room and convince.

Great budget hotel! Our room was clean. Close to main shopping area and walk to sky train. Staff are helpful and friendly. Lots to eat close by. Close to the canal for affordable day boat tours to some of the major attractions. Good value for the money.

Im very dissapointed with the hotel policy. I had to pay 500 baths for early check in. I arrived in the hotel at 9:00 after 16 hours of air travel, we are very tired and the hotel only worried about charge to me 500 baths. I spent 4 nights in this place, it was not relevant if I entry in the room 5 hours before…

Friendly staff clean rooms helped with airport transfer wil recommend.

Althought it's not the fancies hotel in town but the services and the hospitality that provided are quite good. The employee are also very nice and friendly.

Good location, near sky train stations and quiet at night by Bangkok standards. Room decor outdated, needed a coat of paint plus shower fittings are rusty. Scuff marks on walls. It could not appear clean, even if it was. Staff at reception cannot speak English fluently. Breakfast was substantial.

Booked this place a street down from the grand sathorn. The pool at the top level is good for a dip. Room is decent but water pressure is weak. The main downer is the middle aged female staff on duty during the day. She was neither helpful nor friendly. The smiley security guy who doubles up as a bellboy makes up for it though. Breakfast is ok if you love coffee, boiled CP hotdogs and stir fry Thai dishes.

Great breakfasts, clean rations, daily cleaning. Of the cons, Wifi is not very fast, sometimes the connection is lost and the rooms are not very large.

Close to the ship and the BTS. Everywhere on the street full of stalls with meals. Very nice and friendly people from security ;-) Good breakfast. Nice view of the roof. SkyBar is very close to the hotel. Very dirty rooftop pool.

Clean rooms but from outside it’s very old friendly staff with poor breakfast, Wi-Fi not fast need more attention from the owner and don’t deserve 3 star with agoda website anyway you can book better than this hotel with same price.

Convenient location, there is a pool.

The hotel is in the middle of the life of Bangkok. It is simple but clean.
All are friendly and the breakfast is also good small pool is also on the roof I felt comfortable.

Decent accommodations with breakfast included. AC was cold and the bed was comfy enough. Breakfast was OK and a nice perk, although I would gladly have paid less to skip it. Overall a nice stay, but not the best, even in the budget category.

OK for one night.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. A dirty paper handkerchief between the beds and the small blood stain on the pillow does not really testify to cleanliness. Also the room is not cleaned at 2 nights. And the breakfast? Not bad, delicious Thai dishes like fried vegetables, red curry and rice soup join to diluted orange ' juice ', decent coffee and the usual toast. One more word about the pool: It looks pretty generous on the beautiful photos on the internet, but is actually a joke in paddling pool size.

Very good location, close to everything, train, bus… cleanliness and breakfast correct. The only thing I would not recommend is to do any tour with them, they ask for double. The same thing with taxi to the airport, they asked us 800b because they said that there would be traffic, we called Uber and by 300b we arrived at the destination without problems. The rest is highly recommended if you are looking for good price and a correct quality.

Chose this location due to proximity to BTS, Agoda reviews and price. Beds are standard Thai firmness i. E. Hard. I originally booked 4 nights but stayed an extra 2. When I returned to Bangkok 3 nights later, I stayed another 2 nights. This hotel is a good option for the price point. Pros: * Cheap * 3-5 minute walk to BTS * Quiet rooms (there is construction on North side but they don't start too early or finish late) Roof top pool (small but good enough to cool off) * Good shower. Has overhead and handset with ok water pressure and consistent hot water. * Air-conditioning works well. * Good security with 24hr guard at entrance and 24hr reception. * Good Wi-Fi (Watched Netflix & YouTube without issue). * Two decent restaurants 15 metres from entrance. * Robinsons 3-4 minute walk (food court. Good coffee at Black Canyon). * Two massage businesses in street (got a great Thai massage at the closest one before my flight home). * Interior of hotel is all non-smoking Cons: * Breakfast is barely average. It would by so easy to rectify this for just 20-30 baht p/head extra. Staff are fine — it's the food selection. * Smoking area 4 metres from entrance. * TV reception is poor. Few English language channels. Overall I rate this hotel good value and would stay again.

The pool is small and the view is not much.
And so overall the location is adequate comfortable and the sights are not far and the market is a night floor sideways)

Close to the metro and the pier, clean. The breakfast was very good.

At arrival when we found that the room is not ready, we were really disappointed. But Nina (receptionist) quickly shifted into another room. The hotels location was good and had sufficient breakfast. Cheap but clean and friendly (except Nina. She is most of the time gloomy. Almost no smile in her face and less helpful) hotel. A big thanks to Ms. Youii (I don't know the spelling) whenever we asked for help she was there with a smile (during her working hours).

Located at the end of Chareon wieng soi Which is opposite Robinsons department store, Centre point. From the top of the soi its a short walk to sapan taksin bts or connection to sathorn pier. The hotel itself is nice enough, the staff are always welcoming and friendly. The rooms although not huge are spacious enough and the bathrooms are fitted with handheld and rain style showers. The water is hottest in the morning. Housekeeping do a nice job of keeping the rooms clean, tidy and fresh. Breakfast is from the adjoining dining room, if you have prepaid then collect your vouchers daily from reception. Breakfast consists of toast, fried eggs and sausage daily with Thai varieties mixed around for variation. Coffee, juice and fruit is available. You can do laundry, just purchase liquid from reception. Overall I would stay here again, sure it's far from the Bangkok hub but bts is handy, mbk is just 5 stops. Travel tip: there are couple good dining options across the road from the hotel… Ban Glaang soi, cheap Thai with a wide varied menu. "Home" a pizza and pasta restaurant with great pizza. The owner is very happy to chat with you.

Good location … near the Sathorn Pier … easy to reach Grand Palace and near Surasak BTS easy to more around.

Good location. Decent place to stay. Complimentary breakfast was nice. The only thing disappointing was the speed with which the AC cooled the room. Once however when it was cool, the room felt very cosy. We faced some challenges in communicating with one of the staff as he understood very little English.

Nice budget place in Silam district. Good location and nice staff. The breakfast was alright, not bad, not fantastic. It was unfortunately very noisy due to thin walls and windows and a construction site just next to the building. The rooms were very clean, we met only one cockroach during three days of stay.

Very clean. Basic breakfast but very nice. The breakfast lady was amazing. So so friendly. Staff always available when needed. I would highly recommend this hotel. Location was great. We had a lovely time.
