Best place for ASQ stay, recommend.

The hotel very good and clean very friendly and helpful the food is good. I can recommend it.

I did not get these designed towels on bed on our arrival the duck shaped ones only simple room but then I can’t say the room was spacious though
Breakfast has more of non veg though they should equally keep veg and non veg food everyone is not non vegetarian

Can’t afford 5*****for this hotel as I had better expectations the breakfast was all cold specially the omelette stuff kept on the table you guys shouldn’t keep it like this in-fact prepare on demand, things were getting finished but staff isn’t bothered unless you tell them that this is finished
My infant baby was hungry and I couldn’t get her down so I was taking fresh hot milk for her from the buffet table but the lady stopped me and said that I cannot take this in my room as it’s a hotel policy
I had to request her so much then did she allow me to take milk but after that another lady was so good that she understood and let me take the milk for two days
I fail to understand that where has humanity gone? Rules are much bigger than anything
Next time ill make sure I book a more efficient hotel in bangkok but certainly not sukhmvit citrus.

We have stayed here twice, both times really happy with room, very clean and comfortable bed, breakfast is great.

Nice and big room with a cool glass panel separated from your bed and the toilet, good for new Wed couple for a honeymoon experience. Friendly and accommodating staff and manager. Breakfast was not really fantastic but variety is there. Anyway you can always eat out in Thailand as food is much better.

No pickup, No drop, just a hotel in a small lane, Ntg much to expect from this hotel. Don't how it got star category, in my country it's equal to a lodge. I requested the front-office to provide me a pickup as I am new to the country and they were kind to advice me to take a cab. For Dropping I requested as I got late and have to reach Airport they again said to Take Cab will be easy for us to reach Airport,

Super great hotel in perfect stock. Comfortable beds, very clean and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet looks very tempting, but unfortunately everything was always cold. We would book next time without breakfast. You have enough opportunities all around to have breakfast. We're certainly coming back.

This hotel is well maintained and staff is good. Room is spacious and the amenities provided by them also good. The room service offered by them is also great anything you ask that will be delivered at the earliest. The breakfast offered by them is also good specially for vegetarian since you have option to eat. The only disappointment here is there is no view from hotel.

A budget hotel I would rate 3 star. Location is slightly away from Sukhumvit centre. Complimentary tuktuk service is good. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Munching cafe breakfast was good.

Stay 5 days, did not provide slippers, hot water hot and cold not good control, gave a tip, clean the end of the room, but also left the pillow on the ground, the quality is very poor! Check out also concave tenants have to use minibar items! Hard to charge! There's no receipt for the charges!
Very dark-hearted restaurant! I stay the Hotel 5days. S seem to is no slippers in the room. The hot-the The housekeeper clean our room careless. Putting and pillows on the floor. I checked out, and they cheated us had used minibar. We pay $ for minibar without receipt. The hotel clerk is not honest.

The check in was swift and upon arrival they suggested that we have breakfast (since we paid for the previous night). The staff although have limited understanding in English language. This hotel does serve Halal food. And the in room service menu is acceptable. They were cooperative and offered assitance and suggestions when required (apart from a few of the staff whose English language were poor). For Families with children this place is satisfactory.

This is truly a hotel thats really good, neat, clean and with excellent service right from the reception to houskeeping. Its cleanliness could be classed excellent. Nice courteous and smiling reception. The rooms are truly tastfull and tidy and neat. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with toothbrushes conditioner and shower gel. The complimentary breakfast had variety and class too. On the whole a nice boutique hotel in busy bustling Bangkok. Its location os ideal though its situated in a rather narrow street.

A really good hotel. First rate. The most helpful and kind staff. Clean and comfortable. I've stayed there alone twice following major surgery. The staff have been truly wonderful on both occasions and taken such great care of me. Way beyond expectations. Close to Bumrumgrad Hospital, so very convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone with no hesitation and no reservation. A very big thank you to all the staff.

Excellent hotel, modern facility, very clean, friendly staff, breakfast varied and abundant, conveniently located near metro station Nana, which makes it easier to transport in the atochada city, is a great option if you are looking for accommodation of good level, good relationship price-quality, 100% recommended.

Such a great hotel, the breakfast each morning was absolutely amazing. The items changed so it wasn't boring, it was fresh and the coffee was also unreal (seems like most of Thailand has great coffee! ) The staff was helpful and we checked in after 12am after a long day and it was no problem and very easy. They even offered to keep our deluxe room for another night for the price of a twin which was very generous. The rooms are clean and the street was quiet. I would absolutely recommend this place to anybody that's checking out Bangkok. Cheers!

Decent hotel in the middle of Bangkok. Can be noisy at times due to night clubs being close by. All in all a pleasant experience as very centrally located, nice staff. Rooms could be kept a bit more clean but for the price totally fine. Breakfast is okay and loads to chose from, but not the best.

2nd time stayed there… The location is too good and you have everything in your reach… staff is good and helpful.

Overall clean and in good condition. Room was spacious and bathroom was well equipped. Buffet breakfast was good too. Only downside is that there's fix schedule for the tuk tuk fetching guest to the nana station, which greatly reduces flexibility. The other downside is that there's no pick up service from the tuk tuk.

This hotel is Great! Located right kn the middle for BTS and Airport connecting trains. Very easy to walk from both station. 10 mins walk. I stayed in a cozy room and it was superb. There are items that will cost you when u checkout. Kindly read the slip placed in the tray before u use anything and check if all the item's mentioned in the list are available. If u didnt check and when u checkout some items are missing. U ll be charged. Have a great stay. I stayed for 1 night. Next night was my flight I spent my time from 5 pm to 10 pm in the hotel lobby and the hospitality was great. They even kept my luggage from the morning till I left in a private room that helped me roam freely! This is one of the best hotel I have ever been.

Great hotel with a fair price. They have some freebies depending on how you book. We got $20 worth of food for free on our most recent visit. Clean room which is luxurious enough that it eases the transition into your Thai vacation. They also stored our luggage for an extended period away from the hotel. Would recommend.

Positives: Hotel is nicely fitted out. Rooms are comfortable and not cramped. Overall room rates are some of the cheapest for mid scale hotels in the area. Breakfast buffet has ample selection but the Thai set breakfast with porridge is my personal favorite. There's a very fun little Latin club next to the hotel. Negatives: A bit of a trek from the BTS station (10-15min walk) but there is a shuttle. Checkout time can get very busy especially when there is only one receptionist. Prepare to wait. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would return.

The hotel room we stayed in was small but very clean. The shower/bathroom was New and very clean. Breakfast was included in our room Price and I can say that the food was satisfactory for a short stay. The hotel staff was pleasant and polite. It is quite a long walk to the main Sukhumvit road. However there are plenty of ATM's/money exchange 7/11's small bars and restaurants along the way. I would stay there again as the price, cleanliness and nice hotel staff reflect the average location and room sizes.

This is a great hotel. We originally planned to stay for 4 nights but we stayed an additional 2 nights. Booking these 2 nights wasn't a problem at all. The rooms are just as they are in the pictures. We chose the 28m² room. And it was huge. The beds are really comfortable. The bathroom is great. Shower is superb. The air conditioning is working flawlessly. The curtains are real black out curtains. Room stays completely dark. Room service is available until 10:30 pm. Shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and other things are provided. And restocked daily. The cleaning service is very good. Room was always clean. And the staff is very flexible with room cleaning. It's available until 5pm and after that you can get towels brought up to your room. Breakfast is a plentyfull stocked buffet. It's a bit different everyday but mostly the same. Which is neither a positive or a negative. They had standard European breakfast and halal dishes. Fresh fruit and cereal, different juices and tee and coffee. When we needed to check out later due to one of us being sick it wasn't a problem do shift check out 2 hours back. Front desk was always helpful and friendly. They have a tuk tuk shuttle to the next few sky train station. Only a few negatives which are not really the hotels fault: The doors close quite loud if you don't hold them until the very end. But that depends on your neighbor. And on the weekends there's a bit of music from the surrounding roof top bars.

The first impression of the hotel was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility of the hotel is above average standard given for the room price. The location may not be the most ideal, however, the hotel management mitigated it with free tutu transportation. Even without the tutu, one can easily get taxi outside the hotel. Worth the money!

Nice hotel, good value for the money, nice and clean, breakfast +++ only down turn, no pool and limited meny in restaurant, little bit sad because everything served tasty. Supposed to stay 3 nights but stuck… more then 10 days, Little bit offside but very nice.

Clean and great atmosphere. Restaurant was good. Stayed in this hotel for two days and really satisfied with the service. Location is excellent just 5 minutes walk to Bumungrad Hospital. Highly recommended.

Good overall! all staff were very friendly! very nice food and clean rooms. Only problem, slight bad odour coming from shower drain, but they said it was being fixed.

Rooms are good but room service are not… I stayed for 4 days but they dint bother to replace bedsheets and towel on daily basis. Also breakfast buffet are same every day and very boring… not much variety.
