The staff were kind and friendly, very helpful and nice and the Ms, which now manages the property! The council.

Always DIRTY sheets and towels, non-functioning climate, wii fii not working.

A paradise, what about … I have just returned and already miss it, a resort, small, quiet and welcoming. The kitchen and bar great I would say. A thank you and a big hug to Easter and Caterina, managers of the dining area… extraordinary people, who know how to make you feel like home always pampered… always available. As soon as I can I'm back for sure. Meanwhile hellooo.

Despite being a very cheap hotel, we liked it or could have been lucky. I bet 4 with stretch. Breakfasts are usual and give small portions, with number lucky 108-huge with two beds and in 20 meters from the sea, a hair dryer, repair in norm. There are no children. The beach is normal, twice a day for a short time. Cooking in the restaurant is terrible, do not even try, for boiling water asking for money.

The pros are a decent ocean… Cons-Blind place, next to nothing. … The breakfast was very good. Conditions not for all ( (

Upside: very good value for money, great views from the pool and restaurant, the staff is very friendly and willing to help. The rooms: size, equipment and cleanliness is just ok. Downside: the restaurant, which had high prices for the quality of the food, the location is far from the closest village and you need to drive there. Overall I'd say it's a good place to stay.

The location is great but the property is very neglected, common areas not cared for, some bungalows are in pieces, all inclusive promised but not found. Looks like a structure being shut down. Excursions to be carried out absolutely with the beach Boys, Bravo Alessandro.

Good hotel good view and stuff is good in behavior almost.

Great pool right at the beach. A bit south of the main village, so calmer than other places. With attached Kite School.

Wonderful reception, kindness, availability and many smiles from a staff that on many occasions I found extremely patient. Quiet place x who likes to relax, Sandra wonderful problem solving in our critical situations. Clean rooms and great service. Not loving binge or self service to the bitter end I tasted pleasantly new, interesting, good foods. Outside nn too distant there sn local x who loves mundane life and more ' eventful '. From nn forget that we are in Africa and nn on the Adriatic so many complaints I found extremely unmotivated, I personally recommend the Coral Reef and Tours (all) x see the Endless wonders of that place and understand much more. Not bad for a complete relaxation! 4 bet with a reserve. On the way there are several trays selling fruit. Food Delivery from the café.

The place and the price is good. Just beside the beach. You can walk on the shore easily. :)

It is a nice location but the rooms were not in nice condition. There are no hand towels, provided towels were stained and shower drainage was blocked. Provided buffet choices were very narrow. If I pay £15 in UK or 15€ in Germany, you will get very wide of choices in all you can eat buffet places. But they charge $18 and choices are very narrow. Although I am not happy with the hotel facilities, I will not find fault in staff. They were very friendly and worked hard to please the customers. Everyday beds were arranged beautifully. Hotel told us they are restoring the hotel but they should pay closer attention to the huts/rooms first before making them available to the customers. No drinking water available in the room. I don't think the tap water is drinkable in Pwani Mchangani. General note about Pwani Mchangani: If you are relaying on ATM's, there are no ATM's anywhere around that place that you can use VISA or MasterCard. You need to go to Stone Town. Taxi about €25 or local Dala Dala 1500 TSH. We learned it in hard way by spending all the money before withdraw something first :)

Unfortunately, we returned just yesterday in Italy … returning from this special resort
It's special because there work people with a heart of gold, all the staff at the kitchen and pool bar are great. Wonderful. They're friends

Beautiful resort by the sea in dire need of a renovation. The attached restaurant is best avoided; food is overpriced and definitely not worth the money charged.
