They tried to cancel our entire reservation because our flight was delayed. We had to have a friend drive there and check in for us so that they wouldn't cancel. When they arrived to check in the hotel had already given away our room! We showed up the next day and picked up the key, and the attendant just made excuses and did not take responsibility or apologize. Then they put us in a small room that smelled like smoke. The window room that we paid extra for was a tiny window facing a loud laundromat. Terrible.
