1. This is the first hostel I've encountered a bed frame making a loud cracking sound when guest from the upper bed move slightly. Woke up in the middle of the night, went to inform the staff immediately but nothing was done. I didn't pay to get a sleepless night! 2. There's a notice outside toilet stating that hair dryers should be used inside between 1-7am to reduce noise disturbance. However, I can hear someone using it at 1.38am. You paste a notice but you don't enforce it then why paste? You're paying a staff to work midnight shift just to watch door and her phone? 3. You'll have to pay NTD 30 for specific request (s). Ridiculous. 4. You'll have to put on the bed sheet and pillow case yourself and take it out when you check out. 5. Female shower room is small and only one hook is available. 6. Laundry service is expensive. 7. Paid around the same price point for 3 other 2-star hostel stays and this is by far the worst service provided.
