One of the best sevice available here. The hotel is very good with top class service.

The room is clean and comfortable, breakfast is rich, and the little kids have tableware groups/dining chairs and wet paper towels. The service attitude is great. We went out and took mineral water to the door and asked me if I wanted to take it out.

Deluxe room, bed sheets are not clean, there are stains, bedroom clean, some details part look smaller, but not a problem, TV provides a good movie quality, bathroom is very large, the outer wall is all floor-to-ceiling windows, can take a dip while looking at the market, but the floor is not high outside the scenery is not very good, but this experience is still enjoyed,
Overall, it's good.

Nice hotel with good service. But the breakfast has to be improved!

Every time to Taipei must stay in a restaurant, cheap really and service attitude is very kind, let people really a feeling of home, this time is a luxurious and exquisite room, the bathtub can see the whole Long Anton Road lively street, soaked in the city street view is also a kind of enjoyment, People who have the opportunity to play in Taipei must come to this restaurant to stay!

Everything is perfect! The rooms are clean and simple, the location is in easy walking distance to multiple metro lines, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with every need, no matter how large or small. We were treated like family, and provided with maps, restaurant recommendations, and other useful tips in the mornings, and recognized and welcomed back every evening. The free continental breakfast included safe classics and unfamiliar new options, and the free laundry machines made packing up for our next leg of the trip more pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the Deluxe Room, the room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom amenities were good. Room was spacious and the entertainment system had a range of movies to select from. All hotel staff were super nice and professional.

Great location, fantastic staff, wonderful rooms. I enjoyed my chats with the front desk staff who spoke excellent English and were only too happy to help out with travel advise and directions. Receiving a birthday card under my front door shows just how much the staff care for their guests. Try and stay on a Tuesday to enjoy the violin being played over breakfast. A nice touch. I stayed in a corner room and enjoyed the luxurious feel of sitting in the bath surrounded by the sights of Taipei. I loved it! My only criticism would be the Wi-Fi did not work in the bathroom and was just adequate in the room. It was good in the lobby.

One if the best front desk service, polite and really helpful. The hotel also provides free breakfast and afternoon tea. Free bottle of water and mini-bar.

I would bucheñ again at any time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All sights can be easily reached by subway. Breakfast buffet is suitable for Asians and Europeans.

Overall pleasant, but also not my preferred hotel having experienced it. It's rather far from main transportation hubs (10~15 min walk to subway) and the bathroom could be cleaner. Breakfast buffet is nice.

The hotel has very nice large rooms with spacious bathroom. However, the water pressure in the shower could be better. The Wi-Fi works brilliantly and the location on the edge of the Japanese district with its small bars and restaurants is also great.

Everybody that works here are lovely. Always helpful. They even set up an appointment for a mani/pedi for me. Breakfast is simple, but very yummy. Many fruits and vegetables plus western items as well. I loved my stay here, and next time I am in Taipei this is the only place I would stay.

Incredibly good service. From the arrival one was helped. When asked what you would recommend as sights, you had no 20min later to get a letter under the door pushed through with a map and marked places, as well as short tips.
Rooms are clean and large, the connection is good because very central. The location is great because it is not so touristy.
I had injured myself on the last day of my heel slightly and the hotel staff are, without most knowledge, gone to the pharmacy and have freed me special plasters, just super great this team. Stayed there for 6 nights. Just got back to Singapore. The staff from the front desk Vivi, Vivian, May, Jerry, Allan and last but not least the manager Daniel including the housekeeper Li Rong and Security Card was very helpful, hospitable, patient and even though sometimes due to the overwhelming guests checking in and out, the staff lived up to their professionalism. They are just Sunflowers. They brightened our days during our stay there. They never failed to. Fulfil our requests as we are Vegetarians. We Feel So Blissful to Rejuvenate There. Hotel is very clean. Short distance to Mrt and night markets. Thumbs up.

This place was five stars for customer service, breakfast and bathing room facilities. There is a little bit of noise that can be heard between rooms but there are signs posted reminding you to keep quiet. Also great location next to the creative arts shopping area and easy access to the metro (MRT). There was even a violin serenading us during one of the morning breakfasts.

We found this boutique hotel online and booked based on the positive reviews. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and modern the hotel was. Our stay included their free breakfast buffet which started at 6AM. It included some western dishes like light pastas but also had traditional Taiwanese items like fresh soy milk. (But I would rather save my stomach space for the authentic local street food! ) One of the front desk agents also doubled as live entertainment and serenaded us with his awesome violin skills. The rooms were a lot bigger than I was expecting and the bathroom was huge for hotel standards in Asia. There was a walk-in shower AND a separate tub, and ample room for two people to walk around. I loved that the room was spacious and easily fit all our luggage (3 check-in size pieces). They also had on-site laundry but it ends at 10pm — but don't worry you can easily do a quick hand wash and hang dry in your own bathroom if needed! However do note that this hotel is not located in the city center and the nearest metro station is about an 8-10 minute walk away. It actually was a good way to burn off all the calories from all the eating and night markets! Don't forget to factor in the travel time when you plan out your activities! It isn't located in the most active part of town but knowing that we were coming back to a clean comfy bed was reassuring enough. The employees were all super friendly and helped us hail down a cab whenever we needed one.

Best value for money and exceeds all my expectation. The best boutique hotel I have put up so far with great attention to even little details. And the front desk personnel are very helpful especially a girl named Amber who helped us with finding, calling and booking a hotel at Sun Moon Lake. On a side note, the Taiwanese are very honest too. I lost my wallet in a cab and the driver came back to the hotel a few hours later to personally return it at about 2 am local time. I reported the loss to the police and they helped us view the CCTV as well albeit unsuccessfully. I am very impressed with the locals in Taiwan, indeed.

Just arrived. Looks nice all is bright and white. Mad red cow in lobby a bit odd though. Strong smell of polish in room and bathroom quite dated and damp. Breakfast so so not as bad as expected from other reviews. Staff always polite with us. Some road noise obvious in room. Close proximity to MoCA and digital plaza.
