Absolutely amazing service. Clean rooms, fast check in, hot shower. I will definitely stay here again.

Location very close to MRT station. While the room is on the small side, it is clean, well maintained and comfortable. Service is also great.

Stayed here for a whole month, no complaints. Sure, the rooms are a bit small, but you're in Taipei, go out and play. What do you need the window for? You get free slippers and bottle of water each day. It's quiet, the rooms are clean with free and fast Wi-Fi, what more do you want? The MRT station is a 5-minute walk away. Raining? No problem, the entrance to an underground walkway that connects to the MRT station is just across the street. Take it from me, you can get to all the places that matter in Taipei through the MRT, so being close to an MRT station is a must. There's a 24-hour convenience store right on the corner, super convenient. I lost count of the number of times I'd gone there to grab snacks and milk at 3 am when I was jet-lagged. Best part, there's laundry service for 100 NTD and you get your laundry back the same day, all folded. Other local laundry services charge more than that and you have to pick them up the next day. They've saved me countless hours doing laundry. I'd stay here just for this service alone. It's a godsend. The staff is awesome, friendly, helpful, and speak fluent English. They're happy to help you plan your day trip around Taipei. I even got a cake as a gift from the staff! There are computers, tables, and chairs in the commons area near the lobby. They have maps and guides on the reception counter and a huge MRT transit map painted right on the wall in the lobby.

Near a mrt station. Free water refills and bottled plus cookies. Great location. Bed was stiff but OK!

This hotel are value for money. Very friendly staff and nice location. The only disadvantages is the bed cushion is too hard and thus I had a backache after few night of sleeping there.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Cozy and clean rooms, friendly 24hr reception, free Wi-Fi, complimentary water bottles and microwave available. Just sucks there's no windows in the rooms. Hotel is close to the MRT and many other things within walking distance.

Cozy place not too far from the MRT, great price and free Wi-Fi. Although the check in time isn't until 3pm they allowed us to leave our luggage before coming in. Would definitely come back again. Super friendly service.

Over all, it a nice, clean place with good location for public transport. Working staffs are friendly and nice. Never fail to smile and greet you. Price is reasonable and affordable. Will come back to 9ine hotel for return visit.

Service is very unprofessional. The front desk is laughing and talking with colleague while checking in. Room is also not clean. Not recommended.
