Very nice hotel, the staff is the best! Location is great! I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice room good location good bar in thehotel.

Not far from many famous places and nice service and hotel. Good breakfast! They do Happy Hour from 5pm to 6pm but last time the cocktail was funny so will try again and see. Free car park for in house guests. The only thing is the night time tea will be 8-9pm which is dinner time and can be daily but it means we will probably miss it cause we will be out for dinner.

This is our 2nd stays at the Madison, we love everything about the hotel. Close and very convenient to shops, restaurants and coffee shops and just a 20minutes stroll to Taipei 101 or 5 minutes by taxi.

My family and I stayed there for 4 nights. We left with many small itchy bite marks on our legs/arms. I wrote a review on Trip Advisor but got a generic reply that the housekeeping manager would "monitor" the housekeeping and staff training. That's it? Shouldn't the hotel engage pest control to get rid of the hidden bugs? And apologizing for the "inconvenience" is really laughable considering we have been subject to physical discomfort (including waking up at night to scratch until the bites bleed) for the past 4 days. I am really disappointed with the response from a purported "luxury boutique" hotel. Will definitely not be staying there ever again.

Fantastic rooms, friendly staff and location. King size bed very comfortable; a bath was welcome in the absence of a swimming pool. Exercise room was a bit basic. Good selection for breakfast, however often my desired selection was not stocked or unavailable — eg orange juice, yogurt, butter etc. Pretty simple to get those basics right.

Great room with coffee maker, water boiler and fridge. Small gym on 3rd 6:00-22:00 as well as a fantastic breakfast buffet.

Love this place. The service staffs are top notch and genuinely want you to have a great stay. The room we had was morden contemporary (fairly luxurious). For the price and location this is a total gem! I plan on staying here again the next time visiting Taipei. By the way the front desk staffs seem very capable with conversing in English too! The only place where I see some improvement is its breakfast buffet which some of the food I felt could be a bit better. Overall, a great choice for hotel in Taipei.

Stayed in deluxe room, very spacious. Comes with 2 queen size beds and a mini sofa. Can fit 3 to 4 guests and comes with mini fridge, coffee maker, office desk with safe on the drawer, and 2 mini interactive coffee tables. Has automatic toilet with shower & bath tub.

Great business hotel with friendly staff and attentive service. Breakfast options changed daily (at least for my two-night stay) which was a good surprise. Gym is not spacious but functional.

331 bar and actually have a business lunch on 331 Yuan, we are eating afternoon tea, snacks very creative, first came across the latte can also refills the store, the meals are full of professional, a chef cooking is not fast food, it is not bad to!

Very comfy room. Good location, walking distance to lots of good local food and bars and restaurants.

Located in Dunhua North Road and Benevolence Road, equipment luxury new $, underground car park space is also very large, the price of about 6, 000 yuan per night.

2F Italian foods which is good place for taking a rest. Nice foods and good service here. We also used their conference room. It’s quit good here.

It's sweet warm style in room. Not every one hotel provide espresso machine in room. This is nice when you make espresso by yourself then sit beside French windows. Maybe I am lucky got sunshine flow on tree top. The 2nd flow has nice Italian restaurant but around hotel have more surprise worth to discover what is your favorite.

The dinner is very delicious, the elder meat bite not move, but this meal he each kind of meat all feel the entrance is to be, the excellent.

I recommended the Madison to my visiting family initially because of the central location and what seemed on the surface to be a luxury hotel. My dad had been thinking of going to the W or Hyatt, but the Madison is closer to where I’m staying; so I figured the Madison would be more convenient overall. Where to begin. First off, the attitudes of the Front Desk is amateurish at best. Whenever I would walk into the hotel, I would be eyed up and down. I of course thought I was just being paranoid, but multiple friends I had invited to visit my family at the hotel had the same awkward experience. Just smile, or don’t stare, it’s really not hard. I asked the Front Desk to call us a cab to go to the zoo. They seemed to not understand what I meant and after 10 minutes of waiting I just grabbed some from the street. It’s not hard to dial a taxi hotline number. My sister’s room on the second stint had no heating and was freezing cold. Rather than offering a new room or a discount or something, they put in a space heater. If you’re gonna give us a pathetic space heater, give us drink coupons to warm up another way. This isn’t supposed to be a Best Western. My dad, my girlfriend, and I went to the hotel bar on New Years Eve to have a drink before dinner. They were putting on some event, but it hadn’t started yet. We simply asked to be seated at the bar and served a quick drink. We were the only customers at the time. They put three stools at the bar and we took our seats.

Christmas Eve we go to eat set meal, bread is OK, after can not praise, the most easy to do prawns are not delicious, and cattle completely tasteless, dessert is better to go to small seven to buy a piece of cake, this operator has eaten? I love the hotel room. Very nice room service & bathroom. Love the complimentary breakfast, lots to choose from. The only complaint is the small gym and biggest weights were 10lbs. Only one treadmill, just wished it was bigger. Other than that really great hotel.

Great service, rooms are clean and nicely designed. Light switches are a bit confounding but adequate.

Excellent friendly staff that greeted us every morning and provided outstanding service. The rooms are relatively small but beautifully clean and decorated nicely. Sleek and clean bathroom with good sized bathtub. Location of hotel is very central, and only a few meters away from a rental bicycle station. Taipei 101 is only a short bike ride away.

The parking space is really great, and the Ubike site is about 3 minutes away. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast was slightly different and not exactly the same. Unfortunately, the room humidity is a bit heavy, just when the taste is not very good smell, and no matter how many days, the room's dim sum fruit only the first genius has attached.

Lived two times, but the second one was worse than the first, and the hotel had a few provincial strategies that made the tenant feel less generous.

Quiet, new, and chic. The cafe/bar on the first fl is nice to hangout with friends. Restaurant on the second fl is pretty bad, definitely not worth the price you are paying for.

This is a very cozy hotel with pleasant staff offering excellent services. The breakfast offers a broad variety with good quality. The room is spacious with all the amenities available. It certainly exceeds my expectation and I have no problem to recommend to my family and friends… not to mention I shall definitely come again!

Stayed for just one day but the overall experience was very good. If you are looking for a high quality room and basic services, this hotel should be definitely considered. All mini bar menu was complementary although it only offered two cans of soft drinks, four bottles of water and two bags of potato chips and the complementary Wi-Fi was also excellent. However, if you are looking for good amenities such as restaurants, massage, swimming pool and workout gym, this hotel offers nothing like. Two restaurants, located on the lobby and the second floor, do not offer much.

Great location. Awesome room and service. LOVE the bathtub. They gave me 4 bottle of water each day. I don't see other hotels do this. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again!

My mom and I enjoyed the lunch at Gustoso a lot. The food was fresh and not so much gourmet powder, and the service was friendly and courtesy. Highly recommend.

Taiwan is known to have friendly, but the staff here are amazing and So helpful. It's was our anniversary get away from hk weekend, we got a great room upgrade free mini bar.
The room was very clean and cozy.
To be honest the bed could be smaller lol felt like sleeping in an Olympic size swimming pool lol
The location is great very central and easy to get around. We mostly walked everywhere, so many nice little shops along the way. … what makes this Place great is the staff.

Friends and I reserved a table for their afternoon tea almost 1 month ago. They didn't even bother to informed us they lent the whole venue (1F) for commercial shooting so we had to be set to another restaurant (on 2F). We could only take it or leave it at the scene. WTH?!

Super sized beds, beautiful rooms, and professional staff. There is nothing not to like about this place.
