Great hosts and breakfast, clean rooms and close to restaurants and shops. Very friendly and accommodating, would highly recommend.

We are from Chinese mainland tourists, have been to Hualien and Yilan is a vision, originally want to come to Taiwan the Bay to feel the local culture to spend a pleasant and meaningful new year, in booking on to do a lot of homework and finally chose this home scores very high bed and Breakfast. But who knows due to the Taiwan government for Wuhan pneumonia make foreign policy, we are Taiwan Airlines denied boarding and entry, leading to our Taiwan tour itinerary is completely void. In with the airline after communication we are also expressed understanding, in order not to the Taiwan local public health and local population of the belt to the inconvenience, we also agreed to cancel the trip, but also get the airlines support as well as a full refund. But did not think when we tried to contact this homestay here want to discuss to see if you can talk to other hotel the same as for our refund to reduce our loss when is homestay the owner strongly denied, adding that if there is no pneumonia condition then the responsibility is not in them, if there is to conceal the pneumonia condition shall be according to the law fined sent to prison, in any case do not accept refunds requirements. We understand that property owners may be because small business are reluctant to bear the economic loss, but such a statement really chilling, but also let Taiwan people are hospitable impression greatly reduced.
