The Light Hostel was a nice place to stay. It was very close to the train station and bus stop for AliShand. The beds had a privacy curtains on the bunk and charging stations. All locker were controlled by the hostel access card which was convenient. There were few guests but that was great that there were no horses of tourists.

Big for a hostel, comfortable room and a large toilet to share for 4. Has a nice quiet terrace on the 5th floor and the hostel staff were pretty helpful. Pretty close to the Chiayi station (not HSR)
