The location is very good. The hotel is great as well as the restaurant and breakfast. The only thing that I don't love are the tents in the showers, even if the level on those in this hotel weren't bad.

I am a foreigner, I'm free on Sunday 8.4. The phone the table next to window for Tuesday 10.4. Reserved, the response was "it is ok"! but we get on Tuesday only in the aisle next to the wall, no table, and the Service lady says, simply, "the window table already has all of the". It is reserved for true on Sunday, in addition to window table already? And we have only a. Then we are calling the Service woman who had taken away our plates, and couple minutes later we get only half the food, we asked why only half, the Service woman said, "this is the Rest of this menu, we can offered a Cup of coffee or a ball-and-Grace".? We wanted to eat, not to drink coffee, sorry! You könnente us honest is no longer enough for 2 servings on the menu say it is, we are allowed to select other menu, or? It had been very unpleasant Situation, and the Service and atmosphere has disturbed us total. Solothurn is a UNESCO town, and red tower is a historic Hotel, the Service Staff should respect the respect and kindness.

Had an Event and 15 rooms booked with event space: Inflexible
Unjust bill in the case of the already very high prices. We have quite a few Events organised but the "petty" nature of the Hotels we have never experienced. A great pity that such a good Location soooo badly managed and implemented.

Very good food. Speditiver and flexible service.

Loveless kitchen. Lettuce drowned in Frenchdressing and fart dry Cordonbleu. The fish at the table was served 5 minutes before the other 3 dishes. Professionals or just taught? No more time. Sorry.

I have been a guest of the hotel and of the restaurant, the rooms are nice and clean, but the temperature is a bit excessive. The restaurant is cute and quaint and the dishes are tasty, too bad for the waitress that understands English but responds in German, making it a bit difficult interaction…

My partner and I were some time ago to eat a Sunday lunch at this restaurant. The tiny little Cordnonbleu would have been able to go through as a child's portion — just for three times the price. We really thought of a hidden camera when we saw it. Kalbsleberli with roasted enough disk of the quality — the portion again as a child's size. On the other tables, fantastic aussenhende and sumptuous dishes were served. The service did not come from the compartment — which is not a must for us — if the "services" are otherwise true. However, we are compelled to find some basic language skills and some empathy and interest in our guests. We have not received any comments or explanations for the long wait and the mini portions.
In particular, we found the sallow excuse of the restaurant management after we had subsequently described this incident by e-mail. We would have expected a small return in this case.

Excellent location in middle of town. Room has everything you expect and good Wi-Fi strength.

Very nice place in the center of Solothurn, my room was lovely. The only downside: breakfast could definetely be better and with more choice.

Was here for dinner (in the "la tourelle") and it was very, very nice. No wonder they have a couple of gualt milleau points.

The food is quite good. But the prices too high.

Excellent lunch eaten! Was served as a seminar leader with special requests friendly and obliging.

Restaurant at the top has a great view but service was slow, food was good but nothing exceptionnal.
