Great place, it was a nice location with nice view. It is great to see the amount of scouts and all the different nations are big. I would want to come here a second time…

Amazing place to spend your holidays with friends, family or even with big group. You can find a lot of activities around which center program team propose for guests. Also you can just hike and enjoy natural beauty. You can find here a lot of different routes for hikes. Prise to stay in center really low. One of the reason because all staff is a volunteers from around the world and you can meet here people from Europe, Africa, America, New Zeland… if you are Scout prise for you will be less and also you can be a volunteer here and have exepiriense to leave and work in International Scout Center. You can choose different kind of rooms orstay with your tent in Camp side. You can have here also breackfast, lunch and dinner, or rent a kitchen (or some equipment for camp side) and cook.

A wonderful place for international scouts to gather. The views are incredible and the staff are fun. You can stay and camp or just stop by for the day. It's a great place to see the Alps.

Good price/performance ratio. Friendly staff. Very shady place in winter. In summer an ideal base for different hikes. Permanent train noise.

Beautiful Area. Plenty to do. Staff are ok. Please work on how you run the recycling centre during busy times. Like a queueing system. When I was there a staff member argued with a leader.

Ski guides were excellent, as were the rest of the pinkies. Accommodation basic but nicely furnished and comfortable. Evening activities we'll run. An overall fantastic place to visit.

Couldn't find a better place for a scouting trip. There is countless activities to do at the camp and in village as well. The helpers there (pinkies) are all volunteers and offer great entertainment.

The scenic location is breathtaking and easily accessed via the public transportation in Switzerland. This is a must visit site for anyone involved in Scouting. There are a variety of lodging, meal and activity options and the hospitality, especially during my stay over Christmas Eve and Day, was amazing. KISC appeared to have every opportunity available during the regular winter season available during our holiday special as well as some special surprise programming. Groups large and small were welcome, as well as family visitors. Some activities had minimum group sizes and this is made well known in marketing as well as during the booking process, however this did not impact my stay. The opportunities for international meeting and greeting as well as the potential for adventure in and around Kandersteg make a stay of any nature worthwhile. And remember to wear a scout scarf and ride the village bus free.

Best place for a true scout experience. The surroundings are astonishing and the people working there very nice. Summer or winter, it doesn't matter, your experience will be great for sure.

A well organized welcoming place with a very dedicated team. The activities proposed are interesting and well conducted. A small downside for the restoration that could be more varied and balanced.

We stayed with a group of 21 people at the KISC at the campsite and were very friendly. Our place was well licked and the toilet and Dush facilities were clean and well maintained.

Actually a must for any scout. Here's the whole year jamboree! Great team, beautiful place, great location and scenery!
… Only shortcoming: Switzerland = not exactly cheap.
But it's worth it.

The staff has been very accomodating.

Many scouts in the blockhouse and tower for a week, good football and volleyball pitches, other onsite activities closed because we were just before summer season opened. Good focus on recycling but it took several calls over several days to get pinkies to come and empty the full bags. Staff otherwise friendly and helpful. Great international campfire!

This magical place is the home of international scouting. The Permanent Jamboree! The world comes to one at KISC.

One of the most fantastic places in the world of scouting — And what a nature! Take a hike and go for it — From the hiking trails in the surundings you´ll get a panorama of mountain tops in green scenery. Thats just butiful.

It was amazing and fun I met some new and awesome people there! it was fantaby dosy.
