Eiger Lodge Easy Hotel

Every year again: Ideal, great accommodation directly on the cable car/cog railway. Clean room, friendly staff. Everything you need. For the few idiot guests who can't behave at night, the hostel can do nothing. We're happy to come back.

Facilities perfect Staff kindest I was surprised is that breakfast has hot milk Ugg delicious soft bread pass is not dead salty and not sweet but good taste to like the original food I am good.

Nice and comfortable stay… the location is awesome… Good connectivity to Grindewald main street via city buses which are free if you stay in the hostel… friendly staff… only one feedback… the self catering kitchen has very limited utensils… there is fridge and microwave… no oven… kids enjoyed a lot…

Location is perfect for active activities. Hiking, cycling, anything. The bus and train stop 100m from the hostel. Hostel is clean, simple and personel is friendly. Rooms are quite roomy with large lockers for everybody.

It has everything that a person booking a hostel accommodation would want. Clean. Helpful staff. Baggage facility. People I shared the dorm with were also quite cooperative. No noise at night. Overall a satisfactory stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel! I always felt comfortable in my room and around the others staying at the hostel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I thought the complimentary breakfast was fantastic. They supplied clean bed linens and I found the showers to be nice! I never used the kitchen but it was in a unique outdoor spot. It was in a perfect location, just a short walk from the town area and at the base of the beautiful looming Eiger. The discount card they provide was helpful as well.

Very decent hostel. Nice and clean rooms. Great breakfast (Buffet! ). Ample parking space and super friendly staff. Would come back 100%.

I have been there several times to stay with breakfast, at that time the mountain guides Kurt, Godi and Mirjam were the operators. Very nice people and good relationship with them. Great breakfast and clean accommodation, the car in the courtyard under the roof. From there I drove in the morning with the first train to the Kleine Scheidegg, then to the Jungfraujoch and there all scouted. Then through the tunnel up to the monk's hut to stay overnight. Very good there! Also the food, and early the next morning up on the monk.

Restrooms are so clean and rooms are spacious and comfortable. No words to describe about complementary breakfast! Perfect place to relax yourself during your skiing vacation separate space to keep your ski boots, board and other belongings! At the end would like to say about staff, They are so nice and cool!

Close to ski lift Männlichen and Wengener train up to Kleine Schneigg. 15min Walk to town center. Clean rooms, nice common area but no kitchen for usage. Breakfast is great. Price affordable for the region. Car parks with roofs are amazing in times of snow.

Simple accommodation with great people. Cool offer! Also the Hottube is worth a recommendation…

For skiers, hikers and bikers super location right on the downhill or The network of paths. The staff were very friendly and tiptop. Ideal as accommodation for a tour with friends.

Well located hostel with clean rooms and passable beds. Showers in the basement are in a pitiful condition. Morning food is good average.

Perfect! The staff were very friendly and helpful. HotPot for swimming and much more. Located directly at the train station and bus connections to the village.

It's really nice to live here! Close to the cable car station, bus station and train station, the opposite also has to learn skating shop, breakfast is also delicious.

If you want to go to maiden Peak, near the train station, walk about 1-2 minutes, there are buses, but to refer to the timetable, it is recommended to live 1~2 night. There is another nearby cable car station which is not to the maiden peak, many people come here early in the morning to ski. Breakfast was great too!

It is a perfect place for young people. If you like sport, you should stay there. The train to Kleine Scheideg departs just 50 meters to the front door.

Good price. Received the bedding from reception, put it on my bed, had a room to myself, went to take a shower in the communal bathroom. In the morning I took the sheets of the bed and put them in their designated container in the reception area. I had a great breakfast, included in the price of the room. I parked my 13 meter bus just a few meters from the hostel. All in all I was very glad I got a room at this place. Good price and good location.

Friendly staff clean rooms cheap.

Average hostel. Its value for the price. The rooms are relatively clean. Though take note that you have to put your own sheets and also that the showers are shared. The free wireless doesnt work at all.

This green Brigade is located between the Grund train station and the Mannlichen tram station, breakfast is good, the service is friendly, the room is clean, there is a simple kitchen to use, it is worth recommending.

Awesome place, awesome people. The girl at the desk was super helpful in finding hikes and stuff to do. The kitchen with pots and pans was a really nice amenity. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and showers were clean and lockers/luggage room was free. They sell beer, ice cream, and red bull which is cool. The only slightly weird thing is that the 6 person rooms have a very large bunk bed with 4 twin mattresses on them, meaning you're basically sharing a bed with someone on the top or bottom. You do have your own mattress and blankets but it's a little close. The free breakfast is pretty good too, which makes up for the slightly weird bedding situation.

I didn't like the check in / out times. The check in Was done at 3 pm AMD we were requested to leave at 10 am, so if you plan to go to the mountains in the morning you have to carry your things until you are able to leave them in the hostel or the next day the same. Breakfast Was very good and personal very kind. I Just don't think it worths for the price you pay.

Horrible place to stay, there's a lot of problems with the services, we booked the room with shared shower with four rooms, but the staff said they couldn't fix the problem of our shower room, so we have to share the shower with all the people in the hostel, and the shower room is extremely small, far from our room, and the kitchen is crowded, small, not clean, it really upset me.

Nice big common area, rooms with decent number of outlets, and roomy shower. The included breakfast was great too!

Best place to stay for backpackers. Very clean and systematic. Great location. Complimentary breakfast. They arranged early breakfast when requested for. Best part is Grindelwald grund train station is just outside the hostel premises.

Hostel with good accommodation in Grund near Grindelwald area. It's cozy and hygienic. You have an option to fire and grill till 10pm. Accommodation includes bed and breakfast with breakfast having umpteen varieties to choose. Happy stay!

Ok price, except for all the "extras" they charge you for. Breakfast was… ok. Bring your own meat and beer and do a barbeque. The hostel supply you with grill.
