Memorable stay in Nov2017!
I was expecting more. On the other hand, the restaurant they work with (which is inside) was terrible. Customer care is not friendly, we went to buy a coffee and eat our own sandwhich (which we brought from our room) and we were kicked out. We spoke with the owner and he was pretty rude towards us. If you can't eat your own food even though you are paying for coffee and cookies on a restaurant that was pretty much empty, ATLEAST have the courtesy and professionalism to warn people off hand or explain it kindly. Now speaking about the hotel rooms, we stayed in a suit with 3 beds and there was no fridge so we left our water bottles outside in the balcony so we could have a drink during nightime, the heater was terrible at night, the room was quite cold so we had to ask for a separate heater which thankfully they gave us. The toilet paper in the bathroom is of the most unusual thing I've ever seen in a hotel! The paper roll is inside this plastic container (like a public barhroom) and if you pull the paper too fast or your hands are wet, you have to go to reception and ask for someone to come with a key, open the box and pull out the paper again because ifnot it will remain stuck inside. I understand it's a lowcost hotel but atleast have the courtesy to put a toilet paper roll like a normal hotel. Overall it wasn't a pleasant experience and we ended up leaving earlier than expected to a different nearby hotel.

Amazing place to stay of your a small or large group! Really friendly hosts and the view from the balcony is breath taking. Would suggest Spannort Inn to all my friends and family.
