Love the mix of modern and rustic rooms. Set on the mountains, the location is amazing. The breakfast cafe was pretty amazing too, it has the widest selection throughout my stay in Europe. The crossaints were probably the best I'd tasted. The beds creaks a little and the walls are a little thin so one could hear people walking past the room. The windows were also ajar for air to enter the room which is sometimes a worry for break ins. Would love to stay again in the future!

We were there for a wedding with our children (3 and 6). Arrival only by gondolas. Too much luggage is not recommended ;-) Apart from that, I only find words of praise for the Berghotel Trübsee: very clean rooms, fantastic food and a wide selection at the morning buffet. On the first floor of the hotel there is a great room with lots of toys. The children can stay there for one hour or another. The staff is also very nice and accommodating: cleaning, reception and service was extremely nice and always find a solution in case of deviations from the normal script. The stop there is highly recommended. Come again.

A beautiful hotel, very refined, standard double room well equipped.
The half-board menus are very good.
The only problem, on the site is stipulated as French and speak, but no one speaks it.

Beautiful family hotel located at the top of the cable car. Ideal for a nice ski holiday at the foot of the slopes. I plan to go back in the summer.

I was already öffters dor. Is always great. Nothing to fault.

Very friendly service, rooms have an amazing view of the alps and resturaunt has great food. (the only food in the area on the mountain). Gets a little busy in the lobby with tourists but very nice overall. Includes cable car tickets.

Excellent location for a peaceful retreat in the mountains. The hotel service crew were a cheerful lot and they genuinely serve the guests with the Swiss standards. Ask for a room with a view of the mountains. It was simply breath taking!

Was a really nice, quaint hotel nestled among the mountain! I really enjoy the breakfast especially the freshly baked croissants! Dinner was just ok… the fried chicken wings was a bit salty!

I love going there. There's lots to do for the kids in the summer and in the winter. Can't wait to go back.

Best Mountain Hotel I've ever been to! Friendly service, good rooms and very good food.

Had a lunch here, buffet/tray style where you get what you want and pay before you sit down. Food was good to enjoy in the sun!

A great hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. Also the food, both the 4-course dinner in the evening as well as the breakfast buffet are excellent. I always like to come here again.

Pleasant ambience and when I asked if I could take my baby dog in my pocket in the self-condition it area because I was all and no one could take care of her, the young woman said if I just wanted something to drink yes and otherwise she would look at her quickly. You are not treated so generously everywhere.

UNVERSCHÄHMT expensive, even for Swiss relations. It's ridiculous how to draw your own guests ' money out of their pockets. Not worth it…

This hotel is just great. Location Perfect as Dorelt on the ski slope. Mornings and dinners are just perfect, even if dinner is a bit better. The staff are all very friendly and the rooms spacious and beautiful. There are actually no negative points, it even has a program in the evening with movies etc. Everyone who loves skiing should definitely stop by.

The hotel is in the slopes. It has a kids friendly area an a couple of restaurant choices. The breakfast is great. Rooms are clean.

The staff were very friendly and the location was great. The only downside is the bathroom: you can't lock it. Otherwise nickel.

Extrem friendly and helpful, even for swiss standards. When you talk to them, they give you the feeling of beeing welcome and that they are more then just employees which do their work. It's much more they honestly care. I appreciate that they act autenic and don't pretend anything. It seems like they having a good work environment. Someone did a great job! I seldom have seen that on other places.

Last week I visited the self-service restaurant of the Berghotel Trübsee. The food was excellent! In addition, I am very satisfied with the customer service! After leaving my charging cable on a bench, I was in contact with Beret by phone, and the charging cable was promptly sent home to me. Thank you again for that.

Amazing location allowing us to be the first up Mt Titlis in the morning.

It has perfect view of the summit, very clean, food is great, team is awesome.

The location is great, very close to cable car station. The hotel is big, clean, and comfortable. I like the decoration and the environment. Unfortunately, there is no water boiler in the room for us to have hot water to drink. However, in general, this hotel is great!

Nice food in restaurant, waitresses are attentive and kind. Rooms are unique and cozy. Excellent!

One of the cosiest and nicest mountain hotels and restaurants I know in Switzerland. Great food, great staff. Excellent to be!

Restaurant prices and quality are a joke. Avoid! 14SFr for a kids portion of oily spaghetti, and 18.5SFr for a Röstipfanne-what has been cold and needed to be warmed-up again. This is not the way we get tourists back to Switzerland, I feel ashamed.

Good offer in beautiful mountain landscape. Fine dining in a homely ambience. Nice and clean rooms. Very friendly staff.

The rooms are small and not exhilarating. The food is okay, breakfast quite large.
