Marco & Tamara are fantastic hosts+ their staff is really welcoming & friendly We are on a roadtrip for 1 month through Austria, Italy & Switzerland and Eco Hotel Christallina was one of the best places we stayed & served by far the BEST breakfast with fresh fruit salads. Stay for dinner as well as all their food is locally grown, healthy and full of taste. Our room had large windows, was really clean & spacious with a strong focus on environmental consciousness (tapwater is drinkable, towels air dried, inspiring art, no plastic,. ). Our room had a large terrace with a view over the mountains. Marco told us stories about the valleys & we went out exploring this unspoiled pure nature. If you love mountain views, waterfalls, hiking, mountain biking,. You are in the right spot. If you travel with kids, no doubt you should stay in Christallina. There are toys, super friendly towards kids and kids seem to take over the tranquility of this place ;) This is a place that really deserves their Eco label & I would love to come back here any time.

Beautiful eco-hotel in the Maggia Valley, delicious dishes, also for vegetarians. The staff was very friendly, charming place immersed in the nature. The spacious garden. Rooms are spacious and clean. I recommend to everyone, suitable for families, in the garden there is a playground and e-bikes available for guests.

The restaurant pizzeria of the eco Hotel Cristallina is amazing. Personally, one of the best in Ticino. Wine list is also exceptional. I come back every time I am in the area. Prices are fair and even low for swiss standard.

Very good food, even some good vegan dishes, mostly freshly prepared. The restaurant is a modern style, not the most charming place but ugh my recommended for the food.

Great organic restaurant with eclectic mix of newly interpreted traditional regional and Italian dishes. Cater somewhat to allergies. Delicious and fresh. Very helpful waitress and waiter.

I know the Crystal clear Eco Hotel from when it exists. Service was excellent, the food delicious and well cared for as the presentation on the plate. The pizzas are also very good. I recommend it.

I've been to the Hotel in winter, when the Magga's valley was covered by the show. The location is really suggestive and the position or the Hotel is central so I could choose many trail in the Mountain, helped by a lot of depliant that I found in Hotel Cristallina. The room were very nice, clean and comfortable, the personal completly disponible, the food was good too, all cooked using Bio products. I had a really good experience.

Very friendly staff, small but really nice rooms. I was just staying for one night but it was a troughoit pleasant experience!
