I had a great time. Obviously being a 2-star lacks lift and air conditioning, however rooms are well-aread and clean. Staff.

Simple but nice place to be. Staff very friendly. No airconditioning but vents. 2 minutes walk to Lake Lugano.

I liked the place and its atmosphere. The managers were helpful and friendly. Wonderful breakfast. I absolutely loathed the pillows, which were kind of inconsistent, but I guess that's a personal preference.

We stayed at this hotel on our travels in Switzerland and found it extremely clean and comfortable and had a delicious breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend this cute place. Excellent service, as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was large and clean and had a small balcony.
Good location. Centre is within 15 minutes walking distance. The path leads along the lake.

Great small hotel with very friendly owners! Breakfast was nice, and I especially liked that I could boil and time my own eggs, to get them just as I like them. Small things like this — and having socket adapters to lend — really make the stay comfortable!

For those who want to bear in Lugano for some GG location recommended. Friendly owners, comfortable facility and close to downtown. The breakfast was good and the room was very nice.

Excellent location and excellent service by the couple owners of the hotel Nicholas and Sarah. Parking provided in front of the hotel's door. We felt at home there! The picture we're attaching is the proximity of the general area the hotel is located in. Two minutes walk from the lake. We definitely recommend it.

Awesome awesome vibe, the owners/hosts are such beautiful, humble and friendly. And then I got upgraded because I was staying for more than a week and a better room was available. Who does that?! Support these youngsters, they do old school service. I saw the face of kindness here. The food, extra benefits (free bus, tram discounts) and position (200-300m from Lake Lugano) were the cherry on top. Loved it!

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, hygiene kit, nice breakfast (could better but considering we are at the Italian area of Switcherland we can no expect too much) very friendly and polite receptionist.

We had a great time. Parking included and waaay better than an OK place where we slept.

On the way to Tuscany here a stopover turned on. Family-run Hotel. Very kindly received. Rooms clean and practical. 15 minutes walk to the Centro. Recommended 2-star Hotel, which we are sure, once again, to take them into consideration.

I went there for two nights last year, and I can only recommend this hotel for people who don't want to spend a fortune. The breakfast was very nice and the hotel location is almost ideal.
