We had 3 wonderful nights at the Hotel Millennium in Locarno. :) The service is excellent, very friendly, courteous staff and family atmosphere. The room; absolutely clean and nicely furnished and also the "Zmorgenbuffet" has everything you want. The location is top — the lake just across the street, Piazza Grande and the train station are also just a few minutes walk away. All in all, we felt incredibly comfortable and are very happy to come back :). Thank you very much. 1A+++ Hotel and value for money — highly recommended!

We stayed 2 days/nights here and lived in the small cheap room "Jazz". Very clean and everything available. Price/performance more than TOP. The breakfast buffet in the cosy and lovingly furnished room leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to fruits, cereals, meat, cheese and many kinds of fresh bread, the "chef" still cooked eggs for us. Simply TOP.

Very nice Hotel! Although not everything is new, perfect. I feared only the street noise, because my room was to the lake, and thus to the road, but that was fine. At night, not much going on there, and there was a quiet, side window. I had a small balcony to the lake and the view is breathtakingly beautiful! The Hotel is managed very personally and lovingly. You will feel comfortable and welcome. I was glad that there was in the room, no carpet (allergies). The Breakfast was small but fine. Everything there that you need. Only fruit salad was missing, then it would be perfect. The rolls were of very good quality. The bed was large and the mattress is not so soft, wonderful! Have a super sleep! I can recommend the Hotel absolutely.

Adorable themed hotel just minutes from thr train station and directly across from a gorgeous park and the boat ferry. I stayed in the Frank Sinatra room. The balcony had a bistro set for sitting and watching the morning sky while sipping espresso. The amenities are minimal (squeeze gel for hair and body. No individual shampoos or conditioner). Breakfast was very small and not worth an upcharge. Free delicious coffee in the lobby will wake you up enough to go enjoy breakfast at any of the cafes on the block! Lota of brochures and helpful information about the area. Locarno is gorgeous, on Lake Maggiore, with boat service to Italy! Many markets, lovely shops, great restaurants. This hotel is perfect for a relaxing stay. No tub, just a shower in my room. But oh the view was spectacular and I would never trade that balcony for a bathtub! Checkin was easy and friendly. My dog stayed at no extra charge. Wonderful experience that I wouldn't have had except that my train from Italy to Zug was cancelled in Giubiasco! Photo of the hotel from across the street, and one of the view from the foot of the bed! Note: BREAKFAST IS NOT FREE like Google says it is. You can include it in the rate if you like.

Exceptional location, especially 2nd floor rooms with lake view. Rooms are well and elegantly furnished. Breakfast is simple but genuine… much recommended for a relaxing weekend!

Great location, so so prices, outdated interior and bland breakfast. Front desk is not 24/7. So so.

Very friendly staff, clean, super value for money. Rather meager breakfast buffet and poorly insulated doors (you hear any noise from the corridor).

Very comfortable Hotel. Excellent room and service, breakfast was very good. Just a few minutes walk from the town centre, railway station and the lakeside. Would stay there again.
