Stunning piece of heaven on Lago Maggiore, even on a rainy weekend. Best of the best in hospitality with every detail taken into account. Attentive and friendly staff. Our son was sick and they made him a bowl of chicken soup! Martina happily answered our many questions and Sandro, the manager, is a true professional. He made sure we were comfortable and happy. It’s too bad the weather didn’t cooperate, but somehow we managed to have a wonderful time despite the rain. Already Looking forward to returning. Highly recommend!

Restaurant — worst service ever! Didnt even get to try the food since they give you the feeling your not welcome. We were waiting for 30 minutes to get the menu card. After 30 more minutes without beeing able to order and beeinf ignored we left. I am not sure if thos is a good service if there are 5 people standing around with only 15 guests in the restaurant. Just disappointed.

Disappointing, service so slow that we left! Too bad for the view over the lake which is excellent.

Absolut Spitze is probably the terrace which is directly on the lake, just a way and some food separate the terrace from the water. Nice staff which is very accommodating suits the ambience. A good plate with cold cuts always suits Apéro. Tip also the roof terrace, if opened.

Excellent event venue, lonely terrace with amazing views. Great food and drinks, all as expected from the Giardino chain.

Simple and elegant place. Staff very friendly and quick. Bar Restaurant recommended for an aperitif in the company, enjoying the panorama of Lago Maggiore. The Dogs have access to the outside of the bar (terrace) and they have a great bowl of freshly filled water at the time by the staff.

Outstanding customer service first and foremost. The restaurant is outstanding and the setting idyllic. If the rooms are too small for you, make use of the bed or try going to another continent or simply go sit on the patio or in the restaurant.

A true gem on the shores of the Lake Maggiore, beautifully designed hotel with stunning views. The staff is fantastic, polite and nothing is too much to ask. Comfy and welcoming restaurant serves truly scrumptious food and is totally recommended. One of my new favorite places!

Very nice boutique hotel with wonderful lakefront location and stylish modern decoration. The dining room decor is really very nice. Warning, rooms are super small. Excellent restaurant for dinner, we really enjoyed our meal. Service warm and friendly. Parking available.

We eat there a chateaubriand exceptional on the terrace at the edge of the lake. A very friendly service and a good home for our small dog. Not so simple to find its way to go there, but it's worth it.

The local and the terraces look very nice and invite from.
Unfortunately, we came not to look at it, enjoy more still to try the food and drinks, not unfriendly operation could wrestle through, to get us two more chairs for our children.
