I arrived with my car’s battery almost flat and was really relieved to find available electric charger 🔌 for my car. Plus it was free. Awesome!

Only had Christmas lunch and did not overnight but the hotel has the most exquisite view of the Alps and the place itself Is just beautiful and feels so historic. Super friendly staff who were very professional and thoughtful! We loved our experience there ♥️ thank you hotel Mirador, we’ll definitely he back.

Fantastic view day and night. And it is a must to get the suite overlooking Geneva lake to enjoy the full experience of the hotel.

By far, the best hotel in Switzerland. Clean and big rooms, beautiful view of the lake and mountains, nice pool, great food, friendly staff. This is our second time in this hotel during covid, and it did not disappoint. Safety measures were followed without compromising the quality of service. A kids-friendly hotel too. My family and I truly had a wonderful experience. ❤

Stunning views but some old rooms while only are highlighted those that have been renovated. The staff is doing their best to overcome this kind of disappointment.

Amazing hotel, spectacular views.

My sweet dogs were welcome in the Junior Suite, there were doggie cushions and bowls foreseen in the room. The view was spectacular. Staff is very kind and attentive. The Japanese restaurant is delightful and the dinks were nicely blended. I highly recommend Le Mirador for people who want to have a great time and take the doggie with them!

The hotel is absolutely perfect, best view, yet pricey. All their breakfast menu are tasty!

The view is splendid, the pool very nice!
We slept on site and ate on the patio and honestly the kitchen is excellent nothing wrong against the service leaves totally to be desired we clearly felt like disturbing them I hardly dared to ask them for a cocktail as they made me well understand that it was long because it was done at the bar, my husband who gently asks for advice for a red wine is limited repackaged by giving him a card without advice or smile in short they are clearly unsympathetic in this restaurant anyway. I wonder what it would have been like with people!

Very disappointed.

Had high expectations for this hotel, but I was so disappointed. Everything about this hotel was average. Housekeeping was so poor. The only nice thing about is it’s location, the view and the terrace where you can chill and have food.

We did not stay at the hotel but did eat at the restaurant because someone in Montreux highly recommended the place. The Maître d' was very nice and gave us some nice seats despite us not having reservations. The vegetarian fare was very good. The servers were polite and efficient. The ambience was S-P-E-C-T-A-C-U-L-A-R! All in all, well worth it. (It's right next to the Funicular stop)

The views are impressive, the food was good but service and food were not up to the price they charge.

We went to the Patio restaurant the reception was cold and impersonal.
The choice of food is more on salads, olives, tomatoes stuffed with cheese, some grills, cheeses and desserts. A little disappointed on the assortment compared to the price of all the same frs 80 per person frs10 beer

Too bad because the setting is beautiful.

This is a 5 star facility. Literally, everything is 5 star. I was struggling to leave this hotel but no choice my next stop is non-refundable. I stayed for two nights, I could not find thing to criticize about. Housekeeping is done twice. Room service was very nice. Check-in/out was done in a second. The tour during guiding the guest to his room was perfect. Basically, this hotel is indulging your senses. I will come back some day.

Can be one of the most beautiful panoramic views for this hotel located right in the middle of the vineyards. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Large rooms and beautiful terraces. Nice pool and Spa Givenchy. For a special occasion or for a romantic weekend, this felted address is to be warmly recommended!

Great views and well placed. Unfortunately the service was slow and they forgot our order twice for 7 people (first order from memory, second was written down) though there weren't many waiters. (the slowness may also be due to our seating area) On the other hand the cocktails and desserts we ordered were very good. (that is all we ordered)

Hotel with a very nice view… but unfortunately it's almost all…
Wanting to organize a wedding for nearly 100 people, with a budget of course not negligible… The collaborator responsible for the events did not take our file at all and ask seriously.
7 emails were sent to him which in any case 3 emails indicating that we had no return and 3 calls including 1 to remind him that our request had simply been set of sides.
We went on the spot thinking that it was better to talk to this collaborator about the offer finally received appointment taken and surprise when arriving on site after 45 min of road The collaborator was simply not present… his colleague Did what she could to explain to us when she was not working in the event department.
So we were moving for nothing.
Simply outrageous for a hotel of this rank and this has especially marred the image we made of them…
A council never organize a wedding with the Mirador, it is simply unacceptable to treat customers in this way.
Other prestigious establishments have done the necessary with seriousness and on time… and have not failed to their reputation.

This is definitely the best hotel you can find in the area. The room has a great view and nice interior design. All the staffs are quite friendly and willing to help.

Great location right at the top of mount pelerin. We got the junior suite and totally loved the view from the room. The terrace was quite spacious and the room had all the facilities.

I am very disappointed by the lack of professionalism of the staff, the non-observance of the politeness and lack of tact. The service, of the great no matter what. Between the wrong order, and expectation to be monstrous. I do not recommend this terrace, to come and pass a good time, but the sooner an unpleasant moment. All the cards are not taken, ESPECIALLY POSTFINANCE, as we live in Switzerland. A hotel/terrace prestigious for nothing. Lack of professionalism!

Amazing terrace with a great view on the lavaux. The service is outstanding and the prices are quite fair. A great place for a coffee or a lunch with a view. A great stop if you visit the french part of switzerland.

My experience over a weekend at le Mirador is just frighteningly bad.
The view and location of the hotel is really great, but that's the only positive thing about my stay.
Staff highly unfriendly, intrusive and unmotivated.
Rooms are similar to the standard of a three-star hotel.
1 small tube shampoo for 2 nights (for 2 people)
When I complained, you couldn't even apologize or make a mistake, but you just tried to justify yourself.
The director of the hotel, however, was the summit. No understanding of my complaint but still accusations against me and my partner.
Takes own staff into the shelter, who entered our room unsolicited while we were standing in the shower.
Reason for this: Director for more than 28 years married to the service employee who seemed about 20 years younger than her, a real joke.
For couples, this place is even more unsuitable.
Separate sauna area for men and women, the pool too cold in the current season (winter) and only 1 single whirlpool for max. 4 people at a full occupancy.
My conclusion about my stay:
Hotel definitely has potential that is pulled deep by the wrong management, organization and unmotivated employees.
You feel unwelcome and not understood.
100% my first and last stay at Le Mirador.
absolutely not recommended!

The view of Lake Geneva, the mountains and Vevey is breathtaking! Visible from all over the hotel (room, reception, restaurant, swimming pool) The Wow effect is guaranteed.
The room (Junior suite) is large and comfortable. The soundproofing is perfect! Not a sound. The bathroom is spacious and very clean (new). The bedding is very comfortable. The parquet would deserve a good renovation, ditto for the switches that hang (a detail). The terrace is spacious and even in winter it is possible to take a sun bath in the morning (south facing), a treat.
The pool and the SPA are very nice and not crowded.
The reception (especially the concierge) is excellent. Always a little word, a kindness, a willingness to know if all is well and if the activities have more. You really feel at home with this benevolent staff.
The room service is relatively disappointing. The service is good but the quality of the dishes is average. Example, soaring prawns that are not flared and have no taste… A disappointing burger (at 30 euros anyway) that boils down to bread, a steak and a tomato… Industrial fries taste fried. Really bad, for this type of establishment, even the simple dishes of the room service must be excellent.
Apart from the room service we had a sublime stay at the Mirador, we will return!

Stunning views, great customer service, free outdoor parking, indoor parking 25chf. Good Japanese restaurant. Spa — nice sized indoor pool, small jacuzzi in pool area. Sauna and hamamme in different floor, in gym area, separate for men and women.

The restaurant is worth visiting just for the view on the lake! Kitchen good but I was expecting better for the level of the hotel. Impeccable Service.

It smells like the end of REIGN.
The rooms are pretty and the view Beautiful. But the staff even though it is amiable and in my opinion not enough.
You're left with one pillow per Person. The mattresses are separating. No toothbrush in the Rooms. The electrical switches that will soon Release.
And this in a junior Suite.
This place would need a good boost.
The Massage. For the first time in my life I wanted it to stop!
The noise of wind tunnel when you arrive in the room is quite surprising…

Beautiful stay, a little corner of paradise. The Restaurant service was good, friendly staff and available. I do not understand the critics of people in a hurry. This is not a fast food. It is a place where you have to appreciate the calm and the time that passes slowly. Only downside the SPA is not mixed… there is a space men and women too bad.

Everything was good. Apart from the restaurant lack of staff (food was really slow) and lack of staff who speaks english (miscommunication on the food order). However, (i think its the restaurant manager) he was very very nice.

Great hotel with a spectacular view of the Lake of Geneva. Junior Suite is a must! Sevice is a top notch. People at the hotel are so friendly. Willing to help with everything you need. Continental breakfast is great but pricy 90 CHF for 2 people. We really enjoyed room service on our patio. Half the price and as good as food in a restaurant. Quality of food is fantastic. Restaurant in the hotel is outstanding with good service. Sounds like Paradise to me! I do not know what could be be better. If you do not have a car not a problem. Cable car next to the hotel will take you down to the city. Bus will be waiting for you so you can go any places. Hotel provided us with free passes for both type of transportation. This is the best hotel I've ever been to. Rooms are gorgeous, spa and gym are world-class and the food was very nice. The staff are incredibly helpful and speak just about every language you can think of! Views over the lake are beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel has one of the most amazing views and a dream terrace. But service is nonexistent! The food is below average. The glasses were dirty, had to send them back. They had substituted the main ingredient of my dish with something else, because they had run out and refused to inform me when I ordered the dish. One could say "well this can happen anywhere". Listen to this, the best is still to come. Once they brought us the bill, the prices were higher than on those on the menu. So I asked why is there a difference between the prices on the menu and those of the bill? And guess what? Because of the currency exchange they had not updated their menu prices! That I find shameful. With this attitude, you never know what else is to come… NEVER EVER go there.

Magnificent hotel with the most beautiful and breath taking view of lake Geneva!

A very swank hotel, situated high above Vevey at the top of the Mt Pelerin funicular. The junior suite rooms are very big, very classy, and have great views of Lake Geneva. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, and the on-duty chef will make egg dishes and pancakes on request. The pool is relatively large. The (unfortunately segregated) saunas are very nice. The location is. Well the view is great, but there's not much else there, and going shopping or eating out can be very time-consuming. The restaurant is quite snooty, overpriced, with leisurely service. You're much better off going to the family-run l'Aigle Gourmand at the funicular station.

The only thing that has in the Mirador 5 star, the view on the lake of Geneva. Food and support a maximum of 3 stars. Ambience, well… To narrow tables, covering of the table is questionable (1 glass place. Red and white wine in a large glass served…) etc.
