Hotel is renovated, looks nice but too gray. Price and location is very good. Wifi as well. Could be cleaner actually, it is absolutely not perfectly clean.

Best 3-star hotel I've ever stayed in. Good sized rooms, friendly service, great location right next to the metro too. Our room had a view of the cathedral, and faced west so we got the best sunsets during our stay.

Good hotel but difficult to get to by car as no parking. The room at the 6th was under the roof and well insulated from outside noises. Good bedding and comfortable bathroom.
Breakfast was served in a fantastic setting from a canopy overlooking the city.

Stayed here with my Mrs before we could fly home as she had just come out of surgery. The staff were so helpful and friendly. A great place.

Nice hotel, lovely view from our room and it's in a good location. Breakfast finished earlier than stated — it was supposed to end at 11 but when we arrived just before 10:30 most things had run out already and were not replenished. Not worth paying extra for breakfast.

It's OK, it's not a four star, and the rooms while big are quite dark, and as it's Swiss it's expensive. The girl when we checked out was not the friendly type, lady the second day was better.

Good value for money with direct access to the Metro m2 (10 meters from the hotel door) and close to the street of the city.

Unfortunately, although the room is correct and the location has nothing to envy to the other hotels in Lausanne, it is not the same as the catastrophic customer service that is almost disrespect sometimes.

Modern decoration, modern material nice carpet everywhere, good quality bed, nice position in the middle of the city.

Modern, Good value for Money. It took me a while to adjust temperature in the room, Then it was ok. Breakfast was ok. I did not like the street noise I could hear in my room. Besides that super-efficient design — in mu small room there was iron set, security box and fridge. Cool. :)

Basically a nice hotel, albeit with very thin walls, the sink was clogged and as you can put the fridge of the minibar, whose compressor was very noisy, probably defective, right next to the bed (head) is a mystery to me.

Elegant, clean — small but fine fitness room with sauna. The only drawback is of course the big road…

This is a very decent hotel. It's clean and the rooms are very nice. The rooms even have a kitchen annex, I guess it's there for you in case you book for longer then a few days. The room has a mini fridge with some drinks and snacks. For an extra of 20, — CHF you can get a pretty hefty and tasty breakfast. It's an overall good hotel and the price isn't that bad considering you're pretty much in the middle of the city. Oh, and you get a big discount for the nearby parkinghouse — it's only 15, — CHF a day for the hotel guests.

Modern hotel at great location (do mind quite a steep climb, walking from trainstation). Only downside = no airconditioning. If you go in summer (like I did) with 35°C outside, these rooms get really hot. Cooling down can only happen by opening windows, but being on a busy streetcorner, that is definitely not something you wanna do all night.

Comfortable accommodation in the centre. Refined and elegant.

Great location and its in the middle of all amenities. Metro station is at the door step. Free Wi-Fi, and the hotel offered travel card for your stay which is good gesture of them. Very clean room but they fall short of room service a little bit! I have got refrigerator broken and they failed to fix it. Room was really warm and humid as they lack air-conditioning. It can get really hot in summer time in Lausanne. Beds and pillow are comfy and clean Breakfast menus is poor and pricey All in all is good for short stay, not more than 7 days. I'll give it 3 stars as hotel.

The completely renovated hotel presents the theme of viticulture. Breakfast is served in the panoramic room with Cathedral view is breathtaking. The prices are affordable, especially on the site of the hotel.

Hotel wretch! Not worthy of a 3 stars. Tapestry which comes off, bathroom in very poor condition. Breakfast very low-end.

I did not have the breakfast, but the room is very good. Now Wi-Fi is for free. This is very good.

Deplorable this hotel to lausannel! dirty bathroom, stained curtains, of pousiere everywhere, old furniture and delabre, tapestry will takes off, grilling to 136. — the night without breakfast. A shame.

Poor breakfast, if you ask for a password and pin for internet you have to pay 12€ for 24 hours independent you get use of it or not. No air conditioning, in summer it could be very hot in the room, to open the window is unpossible because it is extremly loud in the night if the window is leading to the street.
