The welcome always very pleasant when arriving, Alexandra is the best receptionist in the world, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, at the restaurant the waiters all very nice with always small attentions and with the restrictions gel gloves disinfect they have work in addition and manages all this without stress in any case without showing it, nice buffet for half board a lot of choice, pool heats just what you need and for the chilly there is the jacuzzi!

We have been there every year for 10 years. It's happiness, SPA pool, the rooms are beautiful and very large, we eat well and the staff is of exceptional kindness.

We just love this Hotel. Everytime we are there we feel like home. It is just comfortable and there is something special in the air that makes you feel happy. The food is great. We would love to come back. The view is breathtaking and the mointains make you feel alive. For me 5 stars.

The restaurant staff is so helpful and kind. It’s ok for them to bring food in the room if your child is still sleeping. The children is free of charge.

We were there a few years ago. The Hotel is ideal for families with children up to pre-teen age (12-13 years).
The rooms are spacious and have great views.
The eating was simple but good and nutritious and served in the form of Buffet. Waiters take care of the drinks, which are not included in the half board. The staff are friendly and the view from the restaurant terrace is fantastic.
If you are there on the first of August you will have the pleasure of being awakened at 6:00 in the morning by a series of Cannon salvos fired on the leysin square of arms.

Great location, superb views and great food. Expensive bar… use the shop just further down in the village. Rooms ok.

A simple and warm place, the interior decoration transports us to a rich alpine chalet. The welcome is very nice. The Saturday night raclette buffet, perfect! The SPA is in a beautiful space. The bedding is of good quality.

On The one hand the staff are friendly, helpful and attentive, the facilities are great But on the other hand the food. For the whole of my stay it was beyond bland other than one of the cheese cake. But if it’s gonna be a buffet it needs more selection and not to be served in one of em things you find at your primary school.

We stayed there with the Oh pass, the place is super nice, we ate very well and the prices are more than OK! Special mention as the hotel welcomes the dogs! On the other hand a lot of family, the SPA is invaded by children, it can make a little fall the romantic and intimate atmosphere…

Establishment really MEDIOCRE the incompetence is at the appointment to all the floors, whether in the room, in reception or in the kitchen, this is worth ZERO! Not even they know how to make a fondue, in Switzerland lol the direction is even obliged, to write positive opinions to put back his note! Lol MDR very mediocre as behavior! Isn't that funny DD?! Pseudo manager of junk! Who spends more time chasing down the little waitresses than to work again!. He's. Paid more for that! Hallucinating MDR. And for info also read the review of lepoupi on TRIPADVISOR I've been laughing so much it's the reality.! with in title "the residence of horror" you will have a little glimpse of what you expect… the beautiful Masquarade of the central residence! Really worth the detour… Laughing out loud. And it wants to be passed or pretends! Professional, but in reality the true professionals have shameless! because such behaviours are detrimental to the profession. PLACE to flee and especially especially not to recommend, except for a good prank!

PS also avoid the Alpine Classic Hotel! C is the same dubious direction with a good ethic to her! The scam!

Nice hotel in the middle of the mountains, very good morning — and evening buffet. Highly recommended! Keep it up!

The relaxation area is not a space to relax and rest. There are kids running, jumping around. There are come and go in the Jacuzzi that are unpleasant. We had come to rest, as your site says but we could not do anything about it.
The evening buffet is disappointing, there is not much choice.
The cleanliness of our room was more than mediocre, a pampers room was hanging on our balcony on our arrival. And the bathroom is not clean.

Receptionist arrogant, obnoxious, dishonest and pretentious, very bad reception, not at all professional. Evening Service very bad, the orders of the tables were mixed, we received the drinks once finished eating. A tourist factory to avoid. We will never go back!

Unfortunately, no good experiences were made. The food was poor and the staff not exactly friendly either. In the room only cold water, the windows were leaking so that it was cold in the room. Not child-friendly. Too expensive for this level. The landscape was beautiful.

Very friendly, very friendly staff, welcoming and accommodating, has 5min of lifts, beautiful view. The buffet is nice, no more. A small snag, the pool and spa not being watched and crowded, many children scream and do anything. Otherwise, very pleasant stay.

Friendly Hotel. We're going with the family. The rooms are suitable for families, for a decent price. Breakfast is plentiful, and the evening buffet too. The staff are very professional and friendly. There is a heated pool, Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna or the whole family can enjoy it. I found also great the library or the one little read in peace.

The Italian is not even calculated… For them we do not exist horrendous food from breakfast to dinner you save a little the rooms if you have the panoramic view otherwise you look at the parking lot and the rubbish bins staff rude and uncaring I will never put foot again.

Would not recommend. Room was not very good, smelt like years of smelly farts built up in the out dated decor. Only decent thing was the restraunt, with an ok breakfast spread.

Made a booking at the last minute after seeing a Kayak deal when searching for hotels in the area. What a gem! Friendly reception, awesome views from the room and the restaurant and the CHF20 buffet p/p was the best value I found in Switzerland. Parking was convenient and Wi-Fi was fast. Would come back during snow season for sure.

The swimming pool, sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi are open to the public. We wanted to take advantage of it. But it is downright the circus (the kids jump, howl, enter-come out of the sauna as in a mill…). We knew it was not monitored! Even to Fr. 8. — The entrance is 8 times too expensive! It's not a swimming pool, it's a fairground!

2 bed, 1 bath apartment rented. No reception on site but keys left in box and no issue checking in. Comfortable rooms, kitchen and living area. Nice balcony with outdoor furniture.

This hotel looks a bit plain from the outside, but inside it had a warm alpine lodge feel. Nearly all rooms face south with balconies with tables and chairs. The views are breathtaking, and facing south very sun pretty much all day. The swimming pool spa is fab, with a lovely south facing garden terrace. The restaurant is a revelation. Grand buffets of the highest quality, and lovely wines, and lovely friendly french-swiss staff. I really want to visit again.

The food was ok and the views, but I'll not stop here again, we had to change our room on arrival as they had booked us into a cupboard. I was ready to book a hotel elsewhere but my wife and I was offered a room which seemed to be better and we excepted however, though they changed the towels often that was all as our room was not cleaned for our entire stay of five nights. As we were traveling as part of a group we were reluctant to complain to much. The hotel felt like a youth hostel as it was packed with school children who used the corridors as race tracks and the outside became very loud.

Empty room except beds. No cups, no fridge etc. Not near the town center and hard to find nearby restruant. The worst part is the Wi-Fi, basically no stable signal, checking email becomes a half hour waiting. People at reception is not helpful too. In my point of view, not worth the three star it put on itself and definite the worst hotel ever been.

Beautiful, friendly, good service, clean, very good price, good views, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hamam, fitness room and massages, apart from area of machines with billiard game and included football is a great luxury, all wood, great… awesome all restaurant, 5 stars well-deserved.

There's fondue, there is a free buffet at CHF 20, all of good quality and taste, good service, people attentive and speaks many languages, I loved it.

Our room was great and the facilities were really great. It was nice to sit in the hot tub while it was snowing outside. How can you beat a view of the Alps from a hot tub.
